This Furguson location is very well stocked and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. If they dont have an item in stock, they can order it and get it quickly. As a professional plumber, I rely on Furguson daily. Even if you are not a professional plumber, you can still rely on them to have exactly what you need for any project large or small.

I went to the Boca Raton showroom and no one assisted me the first day. Front desk told me I had to schedule an appointment to be assisted. I came back my second time for my scheduled appointment and told me she could not take me in and I asked her why if I am on time. She said no, you need to reschedule your 10 minutes late. I was NOT!!!!! No one wanted to assist me and no questions could of been answered. No manager available to speak to either! Horrible experience and worst customer service ever!!!!! I decided to give Ferguson a second chance and decided to try out the West Palm Beach Location. Front Desk receptionist was the best customer service ever (Sheili). She did an amazing job with a warm welcoming and answered all my questions and concerns. Even though she told me she was not a consultant she actually is!!!!!! I ended up purchasing over $4,000 on items on how good she was. I asked her to speak to a manager... she mentioned her manger was out for lunch and I could of speak to Roy. I spoke with Roy, told him how fantastic she was! Roy told me that she is a receptionist and even though that is not her job to do she still takes her time to do so. I told him I did not care how he labeled her but she is way better then just a receptionist. She needs to be promoted into sales! Thank you Sheili for making me change the way I thought of Ferguson!!!!!!!

Walked in wearing a 15k Rolex on a Thursday morning ready to buy a sink and faucet. Was told I needed an appt. 7 employees sitting around doing nothing. On to the next store with my money...

I would highly recommend Ferguson. I bought My subzero refrigerator and oven from them. Everyone from the sales, Customer service, Delivery and installers were amazing. Thank you Ron, Kathy, Jeff. You are the best.

They kinda had the piece I needed, but sure arent shy with prices!! Really only needed cartridge, not entire valve... Oh well, they had it. I needed it now. They delivered. And the walk about reminded me how pretty some of the stuff is! Its a lovely walk thru the showroom!
