This was a great crew starting with Earl who took the time to listen to my issue and then made time to get my camper in there. Had an issue with the electronic brakes they were able to trace it down to a broken wire repair that and do some work on the grounding systems so there would be future issues. Alphonso took the time to explain to me what he had done so that I understood in case it happens all the other trip. All-around good group of people they’re hard-working, polite and professional. I’m very happy with the work.

Its a pleasure to write a review for Excel. I came to them after being abused by used RV dealer in Broward County. From the first minute they showed me what customer service was supposed to be like. Everyone there, from the young lady at the desk, the shop manager to the owner herself were a pleasure to deal with. They did a lot of work for me and each and every step of the way they were caring about the outcome. Such a great experience with Carl and Keevin. They were able to fix my RVs leveling system and battery issues quick and worked with the extended warranty company to get it done for an affordable price. Such professionals and we will definitely be back for all of our RV needs.

I work for a moving company, and this is where we service our vehicles. On more than one occasion, we’ve had to pick up our trucks when the shop was closed. They’ve been very gracious in allowing us to do this. This last time was on the 4th of July weekend, and I had a delivery to make, but we missed the deadline for pick up. The owner went out of her way, to allow me to get my truck. I can not say more about her exceptional customer service, except to add that the mechanics she has have also never let me down. I can’t recommend Excel enough.

I have had my camper van in for service with Mike and his team for general maintenance and occasional repairs during the past three years. I have been very happy with the level of service and professionalism. Mike and his team are dedicated to providing the best service and addressing all concerns. Recently, after a significant failure in my campers batteries and electric power, I took the van to Excel where Mike spent more than an hour and a half over two days testing every component of the vans multiple power sources to diagnose the problem. He also kept the van overnight while operating it at full load to see if he could replicate the problem. After assuring me that everything was in working order and explaining his findings, it was determined the problem was in the power source I had been hooked to at the campground. Because there was no problem with the van or its power sources, Mike did not charge me anything! He had the van for two days and, again, gave more than an hour and a half of his time with me. Now that is what I call a great and honorable businessman!. I will, and have, highly recommend Execl Palm Beach for any RV maintenance and repairs. You will be treated fairly, respectfully, and you can have confidence that you are getting the best service.

This shop deserves 10 stars! I cant say enough good things about Excel Fleet Service. They are a top notch run organization. We were visiting from SC and our A/C would not work. It was Memorial Day to boot! I had to leave a message with their service since they were closed for the Holiday, which I expected. Less than an hour later, the owner called me back personally. She was totally empathetic to our misery and told us to bring in the coach (40 class A) first thing the following morning We were at their doorstep at 8AM and by 10am we were on our way home. Everyone from Amy in the office, to Mike the mechanic and especially the general manager, Mike were outstanding to work with. They all went above and beyond in their customer service. GM Mikes professionalism, attitude and willingness to take care of all our concerns is to be applauded. He is an asset to this company. You cant go wrong using Excel to service your RV.

The only place for RV repair in the West Palm Beach area. Excel has a great location just off the turnpike.The owner and staff are polite, friendly and professional. They all work very hard to get the job done right. Very rare these days to come across a family owned business with good honest values and integrity. They always try to do the right thing by the customer.

If you find yourself in need of RV repairs, this the the place to use. Hands down, they are the BEST at what they do. Their willingness to help is beyond compare. I was visiting from out of state and the front A/C in my coach stopped blowing cold. I pulled in at 11:30 am and by 3:30 pm the same day it was fixed and I was on my way. Our RV was towed in off the turnpike at closing time. MIKE the assistant mgr stayed with another man to be sure the lot was open for our vehicle. Sisters Towing got us here without incident. Because we had our dogs, one needs insulin, we asked if we could stay in the coach. Being locked on the lot was no big deal, safe as safe we were!. Monday early, they worked their time til they got to ours. Ive never seen people working so steady. We are, at this point pleased with this facility & staff. I’ve been bringing my Winnebago Suncruiser class A for service to EXCEL since 2015. The crew and mechanics have always been attentive to my needs. Whether it was as simple as an oil change or more serious issues,I could always count on EXCEL to fix things right in a timely basis. Melissa was always friendly and was able to process insurance claims for me. Sophia (owner), has always been friendly and eager to assist. EXCEL has a compliment of well trained mechanics too. The labor cost and repairs are competitive and defined clearly. I recently sold my Suncruiser, but I have and continue to highly recommend EXCEL to my RV’ing friends.

For the past four years we have been taking our 33 foot Class A motorhome to Excel for its annual work, since we have a Workhorse chassis. Every time we have been there we have received excellent service with attention to detail. It was very nice to see this year when we went that Mike, who was working on our rig last year, is now manager. He is very detail-oriented and has excellent customer service. Kylie, in the office, is an excellent addition as well. We look forward to returning next year

During repairs of my Class A RV, they scratched my windshield by mistake when trying to change my wipers. After admitting liability that day they subsequently said they were not at fault. This is fraudulent behavior, and now I am forced to consider legal action over a simple matter. Workers and people make mistakes, just be honorable and own up to it.

I cannot say enough about the staff at Excel Fleet Service! I brought my Class A motor home there for some work, and cannot be more impressed by their professionalism, patience, and dedication to doing right by their customers! I had been told that there was no company close by that could or would service my brand of motor home (an American Eagle), and that I would have to drive it up to the Tampa area. In speaking to someone that used to do mobile repairs, they pointed me to Excel as a company that I could trust. From the time I first spoke to their receptionist, to the best mechanic in the state (Mike Panchenko!), to the rest of the staff there (Tony in particular), and finally to the owner, Sophia, everyone treated us like family. Mike even walked me through my coach after working on it, and since I had never had a Class A before, he patiently showed me all the ins and outs and all the cool things I can do! If I could give 10 gold stars I would!

I cannot put into words how well Excel Fleet Service treated My Wife and I. 5 Stars is NOT enough!We had a bearing literary ally catch on Fire on the rear Axle of our Travel Trailer as we were heading North to our Home in Chesapeake Va. on the Florida Turnpike. The Wheel and Tire came completely off the Axle. So, there we we were,stuck on the side of the Road with 70+ Mile an Hour Traffic flying by only feet away. Needless to say, it was Unnerving. It was Easter weekend and we having trouble finding anyone to help. Garrison Banks of Excel Fleet Services and His wife took time out of their holiday weekend and personally came to our rescue. They escorted us to Safety and Made sure we were completely comfortable. Monday Morning, Excels wonderful staff immediately started work on our Camper trying to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. The turn around time to get you equipment back sucks. Ready feel overcharged by this company. They put the wrong hoses on my power steering and because it has been 91 days I may be charged for new ones. I spent $5000 with them in one month.... I will never return and will tell others to stay away...

Employees are great let you know whats going on with your vehicle they worl on cars as well as truck and trailers. This place was a life saver for me when I was heading out on a 6 week RV trip out west and my front dash A/C was broken. To make matters worse it was a Thursday before Labor day and everyone else would not take on the job until 1 week after labor day. Mike and his crew took me in as an emergency and did an exceptional job on the A/C and got me out that day and back on the road. The A/C never worked great from the beginning but they fixed it and now it works perfect. Just like it should. I have been back twice since for work on my RV and I find their work to be exceptional. I am writing this review now because of the confidence I have in this facility and would recommend Excel to my friends.

We had a difficult issue with the turn signal on our motor home.The techs at Excel replaced the switch,and then isolated the further problem which was a short in the mirror. They completed the work in a couple of days,and and were able to also work with our warranty providers to defer the costs.This is a friendly, competent, honest Christian business,that I recommend highly

I brought my class C Mercedes Sprinter motorhome in for a simple preventative maintenance (A service as called for in the Mercedes service manual). All I received was an oil change and lube, there should have been a fuel filter change too. The main problem was they overfilled it by 2 quarts, and 2 days afterwards I was on a road trip to the Keys and all the oil warning lights and buzzers went off. Per Mercedes manual this can severely damage the engine or catalytic converter. Naturally it was Saturday and Excel was closed and I had to make an emergency trip to the Mercedes dealer. The following week I took the Mercedes invoice for proof to Excel of the incident and they nonchalantly said they would look into it. I never heard back from them.

Where to starWe brought the rv in 10 months ago for abs, cameras and generator, the had it for around a month and a half. When we picked it up they said all fixed. Well no It was not fixed except for the generator so we called they said bring it back so we did well nine months later abs still broken cameras broken plus they damaged the paint, we now have an electrical short that kills battery’s they took all the paperwork and when we questioned them on all of this they said get off there property that they are not going to fix what they screwed up and if we don’t leave they will call police so if you want these kind of people working on you rv by al means bring to them if you want it done right go else whereGood luck

I couldnt ask for a better experience. I bought a true lemon and it broke down after I drove down from Ohio....leaving me stranded. Garrison and Patrick helped me work with the company to get the repairs done and paid for so I could get on my way. The repairs took almost a week. During that time they allowed me to stay on premises to make sure I was safe, made sure I was as comfortable as possible, had plenty of water,etc....If I needed to get somewhere they got me there until I could get my car. When I left they made me call so they new I got where I had to go safely. I cant say enough about all the staff....mechanics, everybody. They made a truly horrible situation bearable. When I dump this heap....I will definetly bring anything else I get back to them for maintenance and repair....even from Ohio. Thanks guys....I love you all.

My husband and I were heading out of town in our rv for a three month camping vacation. About five miles out, our alternator went out. Our good Sam roadside had us towed to Excel Fleet Sercive. They squeezed our alternator replacement in. They were exceptionally kind, gave great mechanical service and helped us get on the road the same day! I would choose to go there the next time we needed mechanical work and were in the area!

We brought our RV into Excel to have 4 rubber bumpstop installed in our RV. This company had the nerve to charge us 3 hours labor ($450) for a one hour job at the most. We supplied the four Sumo bumpstop to replace the OME bumpstops. There was no disassemble of the suspension, no welding, and the only tools needed were a rubber mallet, 10mm socket/wrench and a floor jack. These bumpstop were completely exposed nothing prohibiting their simple removal. My husband was in their shop a couple of months earlier and spoke to a technician there named Nick who told him one hour labor. Shame on us for trusting them. Do make the same mistake.

Excel did a fine job with the work requested. My feeling is that they over charged the hours needed and amount for shop supplies.

While I have not gotten any repairs at this business, I am very familiar with three key employees there, including its leadership. They are honest, straight forward, hard working and easy to deal with.

Patrick and the team did a great job repairing our RV and the estimates provide were spot on.

I broke down, on the Florida Turnpike, I drive an International ProStar with a junkie maxxforce engine, I call Excel after business hours and talk to I think was the manager, ( I have to say the guy was very nice over the phone and wanted to help me out as much as he could), I drove my truck there in the morning, barely made it but I made it, they took me in right away and hook me up to the computer, gave me good news, my DPF filter was clogged, at 100%, they unclogged it and told me why it was clogged....THEY couldve ripped me off so bad, I know this because it has happened to me before, these people took care of me, SO I let them do more work on my truck just so I can give them some more money, nice people honest and friendly......Honestly people, this is a legitimate business, DOWN to the owner and the service manager...THX you guys......If you guys at Excel read this, you know Im not lying, you guys took care of me, thank you, very very much.....Colin Love, Pittsburgh, Pa......Its hard to find honest people in this world..

This is one awesome company. If youre looking for a company that puts service first this is the place to go to.Our motorhome broke down on Interstate 4 at rush-hour. We are from Illinois and knew nothing about the area. AAA provided a tow service and that service suggested Excel Fleet to diagnose the problems that we were having with our motorhome.We called Excel and they were just closing for the evening. The owner told us to have our motorhome towed to his business and he would meet us there personally. He was there when we arrived 2 1/2 hours later, now after 8 pm. He promised that they would look at our motorhome and diagnos what was wrong the next day They provided power and a safe place to park within their service area for the night. The next morning they were there bright and early to get started on repairs. The staff was friendly and made sure that we were comfortable and secure in what they were doing. They even provided us with lunch as it was national pizza day while we were waiting.The diagnosis was made and repairs completed. We were assured that they had taken every precaution to make repairs that would last.So off we went down the road or interstate in order to be correct. We made it down to the Keys and all the way back to Illinois with out another incident.We have traveled throughout the United States and as most motorhome owners know, we have had our share of breakdowns periodically throughout our travels. We are always leery when we wind up in someones repair BAYand you dont know who the company is or the quality of their work.No such fears with Excel Fleet. Their word is their bond and their word is we will fix and repair whatever is wrong. You are safe in our hands.So if you have a motorhome or truck requiring repairs or service, this is the place to go. Simply stated, we would have no problem ever returning to Excel Fleet. From office support staff to the guys in the bay and all those in between, a big thank you.
