Went in for a new tire because I had a nail in the rear passenger, Got the new tire, checked my PSI in the parking lot it was all balanced 35 all around.. By the time I got to Forest Hill Boulevard from Military and the same tire (rear passenger) I had JUST gotten replaced had already lost 3PSI and was sitting a 32, Pretty sure they sold me a tire with a nail in it. They are nonchalant in saying I couldve picked it up anywhere and that they looked at it prior. But the same tire twice in one day? Doubt it. Last time I use this service unfortunately.

Thieves. I left my car to change the evaporator and my registration card disappeared. My car vacuum also disappeared. They left loose screws and my ac vent broken. My seat and carpet a mess and 2 screws of my riding mower that I had saved in my car were not there neither .

Good afternoon to all who can read this, be very careful with this business, on June 21, 2021 I took my car for a tire alignment service and installation of front tires and they stole my air valve covers, tools of loosening and tightening the tires and they did not tighten the front tires and on June 22 I almost had an accident on the I95 since the front tire was sapped, and you can imagine the scare that happens, I go to place that the address is 2450 S military trail to make a claim about what happened and to request a refund of my money and the employee Danir did not want to give me anything, I am telling you this so that you do not go to this site since they are not very professional

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!They scammed me, the guy tried charging me over 500 dollars each a caliper when my car did not need them and we agreed that I would just pick up my car with using their service and they agreed to not touch my car. When arriving they did over 700$ worth of repairs on my car WITHOUT MY CONCENT and then when I called the cops, nothing could be done because the business doesn’t do work by paperwork, you don’t sign anything, so the owner Infront of the cop lied and said I dropped it off for all these repairs aWhich is false! And although the cop believed me, there was nothing that he could do because there was no paperwork between us. So now I have to pay $700 worth in repairs to pick up my car when I only dropped off my car to get brakes ($239). Do not go here, they will scam you!!!

Run do not walk to the nearest exit This shop had very poor to non existent management. They are there to hustle you for tires and really nothing else. They will not warranty their work and you can spend hours of your time just waiting for your car to be repaired. Plus since work is not done right the first time you will need to come back again to try and solve the problem. Good luck -find another “honest” repair shop in the area.

I am new to North Palm Beach and needed to get new tires and have my breaks inspected. In the past Ive used the chain store DISCOUNT TIRE and have always had a good experience. I searched Google maps for the closest one to me in North Palm Beach and this one came up. Im not gonna lie...I didnt even look at anything but the name. I called and made an appointment and put a deposit down on my tires. When I arrived at Discount Tire I quickly became aware that this was not the chain store but I had already put a deposit down and I figured..its only tires... What could go wrong? I had not had my brakes done in 3 years..because Im a flight attendant and dont really drive a lot but I knew it was time. Just like I thought..I needed brakes..and rotors. Robin (I call him Robinhood because thats what he said lol) took me out to the garage to show me exactly why I needed new rotors. This isnt my first rodeo so I know all about brakes and rotors and he showed me where the rotors were warped. I told him to go ahead with it and fix it because I was already there...and it was needed. So I sat in the lobby area for a few hours. I live 30 minutes away so I decided to just stay. Robin asked me if I liked Indian food..and of course I said yes....I mean who doesnt like Indian food??!! Anyway, he asked me if I had ever had Shingara...I was like..ummm... I dont think so. He said he was going across the street to the Indian market /restaurant to get some. So basically they fixed my car and bought me lunch and I got to eat shingara...which is absolutely amazing!! The next time I went to get my wipers replaced I got a sub from that same place..definitely not subway quality...that sub was everything! Not only is the service good, the customer service is exceptional. I never felt like I was a customer. I felt like I was just going to my friends place to get service done. I highly recommend this place!!P.S. I dont think Robinhood gets lunch for everyone.. But now when I go I expect itP.S.S. I highly recommend the Shingara!! Ask Robin!

Must be nice to have friends who leave home 5 stars. Walked asking about a set of tires for my truck while he did give me a good price for a no brand name tire, I asked about the warranty, Robin tells me that the tires come with 40000 miles warranty, ok good what does that cover, Robin says, nothing as in nothing is covered. So whats the warranty for? Just dont understand how this place has almost five stars. What a joke.

EDIT to Owner’s Response: All tires have a code that show the manufacture date, and I’m happy to send you photos of the ones you put on my car. If you buy used tires from here, have them show you the code first (learned this too late). They probably buy them wholesale or got them off an older car. So much for this “humble” owner. Doesn’t know how to fix a mistake.This place had great ratings so I bought two used tires from them in Feb 2018. Fast forward a few months later, and one of them is breaking at the seams. Turns out this tire was over a decade old. They failed to disclose this at the time of purchase and left me with a rotted tire that could (and should) have blown out at any moment. I called them back twice to address the situation. The owner only offered me a discount on two new Starfire (poor quality) tires for $150 or four for $360 - which is the going price anywhere else. Thanks for the lousy customer service. Will not shop there again.

Took my car here back in April to get both front axels repaired. Change oil and got four tires. Payed $800.00. Two months later have a moderate leak in the transmission fluid. Had to get my car towed to a shop and he said the leak is coming from the axels. He told me to call these guys here and ask them did they change the axel seals when they changed my axels. I called them up they said no they dont normally change the seals unless they look bad. They said they will fix the seals for an additional $250 if i can get the car to them. The mechanic that checked the car said the axel seals had to be changed. Someone lying anyway i will no longer bring my car here. I am sure they will find others to screw. I had the part all they had to do was fix what they should have fixed to begin with.

Horrible! I purchased a tire from this tire shop 2 weeks ago and the tire blow out the next day. I took the tire back to the shop for a replacement and was told that my rim was bad and they refused to replace the tire or refund my money. I’ve never heard of a tire shop that doesn’t inspect a rim before putting on a tire. I then requested to speak with a manager and requested the number to a corporate office. I was told that there wasn’t a manager at the shop, and they didn’t have a corporate number. Very disappointed with this business and the services provided!!!!

Bought used tires from here. There was a cup in my passenger side tire, called them to let them know about mile down the road after leaving. I was told that tires are not under warranty. Guess I will take my business to the other 20+ tire locations locally rather than get scammed again.
