This is the best junkyard hands down. The cars are always set on time, and they always open on time! The guys working the yard are absolute units. I’ve seen them working from afar and I’ve never seen such hard workers. Most junkyards I’ve been to, the guys working the yard are lazy and could care less about the customers, but this junkyard is completely different. These guys are very polite and are always ready to help, but not only that, you can tell that they they genuinely care about their customers. Always such a great environment, it’s a pleasure to come here. I met a few of them in person yesterday and I can’t write this review without mentioning them. Adam, Gary, Dwayne, James and Cortney I want to thank you again for helping me last week, you made my visit here a great one. You guys are the best and I will continue to visit this junkyard thanks to your amazing customer service! Sold me a completely dead battery. Here’s the proof. Would never go back there for a battery or anything. Just buy new so you don’t have to worry about going back to find one that works.

First time visiting this junkyard and it was a wonderful experience. The yard was very well organized which made finding my car a breeze. Nick helped me today and he really went above and beyond. Im used to bad service when it comes to junkyards, but Nick really showed me that not all junkyards are alike, best customer service I have ever experienced at a junkyard. This place is 5 stars, the prices are very fair, and the staff is great!

I usually dont write reviews, but this one is well deserved. I have never had such a great experience at a junkyard and it is all thanks to their awesome staff. I was attended to by a young man named Brenden and the customer service he offered me was AMAZING. He helped me find the car I needed and was very knowledgeable about the parts I needed to buy, its great when these yards have a part specialist working the front. He really made me feel welcome and really did a great job assisting us. Hands down the best junkyard I have ever been too and I am now a customer for life! Thank you Brenden!

Very bad experience today. Been going there my whole life no problems. Today I was automatically charged for a extended warranty that they are now offering. They do not tell you that they are charging you for the extended warranty and I was told they don’t have to. Do not be fooled and make clear that you do not want it, if you don’t. It is not necessary to make a purchase. You can make a purchase with or without their new, optional, but not made aware during checkout warranty and automatically charge you blindly.

Ive been coming here for years, and I even referred my friends and customer, great place to get parts. Ive never had bad customer service. Untill I was rudely encounter by a short stubby lady, who I am assuming is the supervisor. She was extremely rude, and obnoxious. Everytime Im there i notice that shes alway having a conflict with a customer. Seems like she only goes by her own rules that even her employees disagree with her. After that experience, it will be my last time doing business with this location, untill she is no longer employed at this location. Luckily, there is another junk yard next door that is ready and willing to take my business, and any future business i give them. I usually dont go out of my way to make a review but this one needed to be done!

Refused to honor the Labor Day %40 discount advertised on their webpage stating,We have not honored sales discounts since COVID.And that,[We] Should contact corporateEven though the advertisement was on their specific webpage. I wouldnt have driven all the way down from Fort Pierce to pull two motors and a trans we my friends had I known they were this deceptive.

I just got a chance to look at my receipts from today and noticed they charged for extended warranty on every part I bought. Thats not cool. I didnt ask for extended warranty which totaled $26.38 of the $133 I spent there. Thats over 20% markup on parts that I save them the labor of removing. Things sure have changed from the days gone by where it was a great deal to get used parts at U PICK. Now we just pay for the overhead of a national corporation. Good Luck LKQ!!

Entering we were greeted with help to get an inventory list, looking throughout the vehicles was enjoyable, when we left the line took longer than it should have and the cashier dripped yellow marking paint on perfectly beautiful sun visor we had found, that was irritating. If the paint doesnt come out, Ive saved the receipt, I will get it exchanged out at no additional cost. I would have given a five star except that was a very irritating experience at the end.

This place has been a life saver for me. I love LKQ.

I asked for a price on a dashboard. They told me they cant price it until I pull the part and they see it. Why would I spend two hours pulling a dashboard only to find out the price is not worth it. I have been coming here since it was open. Never ever ever again. They lost a customer that spends probably $5,000 a year at their facility. Now Ill just go down the street and get treated correctly

The parts yard is wo-maned by two nice ladies both entering and when paying for your item(s). If you are too busy dodging puddles of water and mud and in errant try to exit where the vehicles are brought in, you will be accosted by a woman that jumps out of her blue and yellow hut armed with the sensitivity of a sledge hammer and inform you that you cannot exit this way. I mentioned that if they had laid some gravel down, I wouldnt have been forced to seek the easiest way out - only to find out that there is a barrier between buildings. Too bad, was the answer.Total cost of admission fee: $3.00; total cost of special clip item purchased: 56 pennies for a grand total of $3.56. Total cost of having my sandals looking new again: priceless.Would I return to LKQ? - probably yes, as the prices are reasonable and they have a large variety and the ladies handling the parts entrances and exits are nice Ladies. Next time, if it rains the night before, Ill bring my rubber boots.Ill make sure I dont wander to the South side of the lot at entrance 201 Benoist, lest the Mother of all Dragons surfaces again.

Couldn’t get to the part I wanted without scuba gear. Lots of standing water between cars. Yard not level.

Always help for personnel friendly and willing to help you look up whatever you need and print out where its at in the yard and prices are very reasonable

Wow..this place has changed....walked up with a front of a ac clutch plate...girl told the guy to charge me for a ac clutch...I explained it wasnt the clutch, just the front plate... Wanted $56 for a part that cost new for $80 WITH THE REST OF THE CLUTCH and a warranty...I told her repeatedly it wasnt the right price, she didnt care. I went next door to U Pull and Pay and bough the same piece (off of a rebuilt clutch) for $10..... Dont bother going here go to the place just north of it U Pull and Pay....The girl at U Pull and Pay actual told he cashier its not the whole clutch so was just charge them for a pulley!!! Amazing!

This place is a Joke and a crook. Went to get some used parts there and at check out got a bill for $90.00 ask what cost so much telling me the parts I got which was a used small fender grill two park light and 2 mud flaps that cost so much which I can get on Ebay for less. What a rip off. I will never step foot in there again.

Way over priced for junkyard

Every time I call the 1800 number,I have to wait 10 + minutes for them to find my account! EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It doesn’t matter if I say the account name loud, or even if I spell it to them! They always “can’t find the account.” Then when I demand to speak with a supervisor; all of a sudden the account is found. Total BS. Been going to and giving LKQ my business for a LOT of years. Not a happy customer at the moment.

Wheelbarrows are free to use to carry your tools and parts around. Great selection of cars. You can return parts that didnt fit/work within a certain timeframe for cash back. Keep in mind they stopped selling airbags or related parts such as seatbelt buckles/tensioners some 6 months ago

Very easy to find what you looking for.

This place used to be good, now i guess the new people in charge the place is crappy. I would not recommend anyone to go buy parts at this location on Benoist Farm, due to very very poor customer service.

Great people and they have a good selection, definitely register for your vehicles and locations you want to go to and you will get an email notification when they come in so you dont miss out.

This place is trash compared to U pull and pay. Customer service sucks and the prices are WAY too expensive. Went to buy lower control arms they were all broken Armand the bushing missing.. they tried charging me $56 when you can buy them brand new $60 online. Not to mention we went once and my brother rearranged his trunk to put away pieces and they tried saying we took a wire from there.. Theyve idiots.

Did good today still wanted to get 8 taillights but trunks are locked.

The place is expensive I bought a part thats $40 new online and they charged me $31 and theres no guarantees that it will work. It also took me forever to find a vehicle.

Zero stars. Told on the phone that hours were until 6pm, only to show up and hear they closed at 5. Website and customer service clearly states 6pm. Staff were very rude, one walked away from me refusing to tell me what the actual hours were. A second staff member told me they reopened at 8am and again walked away. Very disappointing trip, I wont be back.

Not very helpful and they do everything short of patting you down and walking you through a metal detector when you leave. U Pull and Pay directly next door on the north side is superior in every way.
