I give the place 5 stars. Made my appointment at 8 am and was out other road by 9. Had tires rotated and a alignment done. Very curious and will work with you on getting things done.

I was recommended to go here by a good friend of mine. Apparently Richlen and Sons is supposed to be an honest business. I would have to disagree, based on how a mechanic completely disrespected me, and lied to my face the last visit. Says a lot about the place. No one should have to deal with that nonsense. I recommend going somewhere a bit more professional.

First time I used them. Paul was amazing. I went in to change out two tires, I mentioned that I had a clicking noise when I turn my steering wheel. He changed out the two tires and tightened my rack and pinion. Most people would tell me I need a new rack and pinion and not tightened it on the spot. My car drives amazing. I love honest people. I’ll be using them all the time from now on.

They guys were great and had excellent customer service. Would be returning back if any car needs service.

I have been taking my vehicles to these guys for about 13 years. I send my family there, in fact I send everyone looking for a repair there. They are fist and foremost VERY GOOD at what they do. They are also fair, and genuinely care about their customers vehicles. Family owned business with three locations. They are friendly, efficient and professional. And even though they are always extremely busy they always have the time to make you feel like a valued customer. If you are taking your vehicle anywhere else you are making a mistake.

I needed an alignment, at least I thought so. Brian took the time to evaluate my car and explained that I really needed new tires and then aligning it will be worth my investment. He did not pressure me into buying his service like many places. Because of his honesty, I went with his service even if I knew I could save a little elsewhere. Honesty is very important and I will pay a little more to have that with a service. Thank you Brian for a great first time customer experience! They remove a broken sparkplug shaft from my friends engine head. A different shop broke it and said the head had to be pulled and sent to a machine shop total over $4000.Richlen, who I recommend Tomy friend, removed the broken sparkplug shell and didnt damage the threads. They fixed it overnight and saved my friend slot with under $180 charged. They are amazing!

Mis-diagnosed problems cost me time, $$$, and aggravation in having to return the vehicle back to the shop: more down time, waiting on the 2nd-attempt, having to line up another ride to drop the car off to get you back home till its done, a ride back when it is done again, etc., etc., etc.; and in some cases- they still dont get it right.The boys at Richlens have a pretty good track record of getting it right the first time. That in itself is worth a lot.Talk to Brian, hell hook you up (but i really think his wife should have jelly-filled doughnuts ready....i mean, Grebes is right down the road ya know; hook a brother up for gosh sakes. just sayin....).

I brought our car in after noticing a humming sound while steering. Brian inspected the car, took the time to fully explain the issue, and did it all within an hour. On top of that, he did it free of charge and recommended we wait to go forward with the repair as it was a $500+ job and not completely necessary. I really appreciate Brians honesty, taking the time to explain the sound, and providing ways to manage it on our own. We will 100% be coming back to Richlen and Sons for any future car issues.

I was charged $65.00 for a wheel alignment. The job took less than 40 minutes. I had to go back so they could fix my traction light that popped on after I drove off the lot. They were able to reset and my days have been happy since. I will go there for my next alignment.

This place was recommended by a friend. These guys are really honest and good at their work. My car’s check engine light went on and I was nervous that a wrong mechanic might cost me a fortune. I have limited knowledge about automobiles. But these guys did a thorough Diagnostics and checked for any leakages. It turned out to be a problem with the Gas cap. They explained me the problem, replaced the gas cap and charged me just for their diagnostics and cost of the gas cap. I feel confident that next time if I need a mechanic I’m coming here only.

Update:A year ago I left them a 4 star rating because of a miscommunication.After going back several times since then, its only fair to bump them to the 5 star.Awesome group. Honest. Straightforward. Reasonable.Highly recommended.

Absolutely THE BEST! Thank you so much! Honestly if you dont use Richlen and Sons youre truly are not getting THE BEST service possible! My husband and I are paycheck to paycheck lately and weve had to do the find the cheapest solution option possible which as most you may know doesnt always come out so well. After many frustrations and two weeks of constant car problems (from a car we havent had but one issue out of in 9 years) we knew we had to get it to a mechanic. Of course, I did my online research, and called dozens of places and we decided on Richlen and Sons. They had the best online reviews, were very friendly over the phone (even though Im not a car person they understood me), and they got us in right away. On our way to pick up the car our Uber driver knew right where we were going and spoke highly of them as he had just had some work done with them as well. And lastly, but not least, even though the part dealer gave them a hard a time, they didnt charge us the difference (which is a blessing in disguise this week) and the overall price was very reasonable. To end it all with handshakes and definitely returning only to Richlen and Sons for future maintenance and repairs! Thank you so much Richlen and Sons! God Bless You All!!!!!!

You can tell how much they love the work by the way they talk and the details they provide. They wont sell you something you dont need like other places.

They always seem to work with you no matter how busy they are. I’ve dealt with Paul Jr the last three times I been there and he is one of the nicest mechanics. My sister needed an alignment and we tried going to Monroe a block away from her house in menomonee falls and when I went there and they had no cars in and the guy gave me a hard time about getting me in. I said I’m going to call Richlens - they said we were swamped but I’ll get you in - in 30 minutes. I get there and they are busy managed to get me in an out within an hour and did it with smiles on their faces. Greater me on the way out also! You cannot beat that type of service. A++ highly recommend!!
