Great body shop for all collisions. I filed a claim With my insurance company being American Family, although it was not one of the recommended body shops of their choice. It was still an approved Body Shop. Of which I was capable of making a claim through upon dropping the car off. Staff seemed knowledgeable. Well trained and very courteous and professional. Initially, I was quoted $2400.00 for a front-end damage repair and in the end the final claim amount was $4800.00 based on the insurance company and their findings. The shop made the repairs accordingly as I was given a rental car the day I dropped my car off. The rental car was clean and full of gas. And everything seemed to work out in a timely manner. With fast courteous and knowledgeable expertise from Brownell Quality Collision. My car looks good as new and the paint work was sub standard plus... industry trusted and accredited licensed body shop for use with multiple insurance companies. Pleasant experience overall.

The receptionist is by far one of the best I have had the pleasure speaking with at any companies (I dont remember her name) but once I do ill edit the review and add it. She is so extremely friendly, kind, helpful, patient, enthusiastic, and has an amazing attitude! People like that are what make companies so great and keep people coming back. I am a very small little girl and I always get taken advantage of when getting my car looked at because I am a girl.... they quoted me at well over $3k so get my hood and grill fixed ... went somewhere else and got quoted at 1500... odd

Professional service. Didnt try to upsell me on repairs like other body shops. They gave an accurate estimate. The paint job turned out great. Blended in well with the other panels and doors. Repairs were scheduled quickly and completed on time. Would recommend them.

These guys did a great job of restoring my car back to almost new. We had hit a deer on the highway and totally destroyed the right side of our car. You cannot tell that now! Then my right headlight went out a few months later. Because they had replaced it during the repair work they replaced it without cost or fuss. They are really nice people to deal with.

I have a 2002 vehicle and was rear ended. I called this place to see if they could give me an estimate on the damage and was told to stop in. Upon arriving I was greeted by a gentleman in the parking lot and was asked if I had $10 for the estimate. All I had was a credit card and the man told me it was cash only, so I ran to go get cash from an atm. When I returned the same man told me that my vehicle was too old for them to work on and he didnt want to waste his time writing an estimate! If you do not have a brand new vehicle and top of the line insurance I wouldnt waste your time with this place!

Phenomenal customer service

Stopped in when I scraped the bottom of my car and my front bumper was hanging off. Ryan spent 45 minutes with me, pushed the bumper back into place, glued the trim back on and charged me $20. Unheard of! Great customer service. Would highly recommend them.

Pros: Excellent quality of repair; manager willing to stay late; flexible scheduling;Cons: No status updates after promised time passed;I got my Kia Shortage repaired here after getting hit in a parking lot.Getting an estimate was quick and easy; just showed up during the day without need for an appointment. Estimate and photos were taken and sent directly to insurance company.Repairs were scheduled around my work schedule. A loaner vehicle was offered, though unnecessary. Repairs did take a day longer than planned. Communication about repair issues was lacking. I had to call twice after estimated completion time to find out that work was still being done.After work was done, manager was willing to wait after hours to let me pick IP car due to transportation issues getting me back from rental car location back to Brownell (no fault on Brownell here).
