I called today to get an emissions check, an oil change and a turn signal light replaced. They were able to get me in within a couple of hours. The service was very fast and professional. I waited in a nice waiting room and it took maybe 35 minutes for everything to be completed. Ralph told me about issues that I may have in the future. Super great place and affordable. I will be returning for any further service needs.

I had a 2005 Ford Escape Limited and loved it; however, rust had become a problem and there was a bad rattling coming from the back. It was about time to look for a new vehicle. Driving past Fleet Auto Sales I saw a silver Jeep Liberty SUV looking nice and with a nice price, so I stopped in and inquired. Ralph was very courteous and professional, let me take it for a test drive and answered my questions as I had never driven a Jeep product and wasnt familiar. It was a very smooth, quiet ride, and I was impressed with it. Back at the shop he took a look at mine. It had rusted so badly that a shock absorber had detached from the frame - maybe a $1500 to $2000 fix, and he let me see for myself. I bought the Jeep. Ralph made the paperwork very easy and hassle-free, and took my Escape for a trade - parts basically, he said, as so much had rusted away. It was a good vehicle and had a lot more miles in it, if not for the rust, but the rust was there and I had a problem that it was time to address. It was a good vehicle. Thank you, Ralph, for setting me up with a great solution that had all the features I needed, helping me familiarize myself with it and making the process so simple. I am still getting used to the quiet ride, but I am very grateful.

Fleet Auto saved the day! Headed to work at 5 am to find a flat tire with a screw as the culprit! After taking it to another shop at 830 and still not having it mended by 1:30, I gave Fleet Auto a call and asked if they could help me out, they didnt even bat an eye and told me to bring it in, she was fixed and road-worthy in 5 minutes flat. Truly grateful for them today! I would recommend them anytime to everyone, and they are wonderful when it comes to emissions testing too!

Yesterday morning my 2013 Ford Escape lost its mind. It would not start and was flashing all kinds of messages. I was fortunate to have a friend who came over and put a jump pack on it allowing me to drive it in. Jan & Ralph are absolutely incredible to work with. I have many friends who have used this shop with great success. They were extremely reasonable, replaced the battery, did an oil change and air filter. The car was ready within hours. It is hard to find a mechanic you can trust but hands down I trust them 100% Very professional, fast and kind! I am truly so grateful for how well they took care of me! I highly recommend this shop and love supporting local businesses!

Went for an emissions test, took 5 minutes and I was on my way. FYI no appointments for emissions testing so go earlier rather than later.

After seeing all the great reviews, Im wondering if Fleet Auto doesnt like me. I had a number of repairs done that later were questionable if even needed. And after a lot of $$, other problems arose related to those repairs. Bummer!! Ralph is a nice guy and had high hopes i found a life long car repair garage but i cant go back.

I took my 96 y/o father here to get his license plate renewal sticker and we had to wait 10 minutes for the person behind the counter to finish his phone call, which IS acceptable, but when he hung up he could have said to me; thank you for waiting, but he didnt. Then when the emission test was over he just handed me a print out that the vehicle passed the test. No comment or conversation about the sticker so I figured that I needed to mail in the form. But when we got home I read the form and it specifically said on the form NOT to mail in the form with your renewal notice! I called the friend that referred me to this place and was told I should go back and ask for the sticker. IMO, the person that gave the emissions test should have asked me if I needed/wanted a sticker! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Yes, last few years Ive had to drive a crappy car, and I just need it to run. When I have brought it in from basic oil changes, to not passing emissions, and having windows smashed. Customer service was fine but I went in for emissions testing and their computer wasn’t working. Ralph said it had been acting up all week.

It was truly my lucky day♧ when I first came to FASS (Fleet Auto Sales & Service) No job is too big or too small for Ralph & the boys!! They have proven that to me over & over again throughout the years...Ive been there for everything from re-attaching my rearview mirror to replacing a whole engine!! This place is a joke. I took my vehicle there Today to have a Emissions Test done. I told the mechanic that they had to use the passenger side door to get in to hook up the OBD II for the test because the drivers side door was broke. The mechanic claimed that he could not hook it up because there was several wires in the way. The mechanic claimed that he could not do the test because the OBD II Port was not accessible. The only wire in that area that was hooked up to the under dash Light from The Chevy Dealership. The OBD II Port was very accessible. I left & went to another Mechanic shop on 68th & Fairview. The mechanics at the shop on 68th & Fairview had No Problem doing the Emissions Test. I do not recommend Fleet Auto Sales at all. I recommend going to some other shop. I am mot the only one who had had problems with Emissions Tests there according to some of the other reviews on her as you scroll down & read them- Joseph Alexander SuchorskiOrdained Minister& 2D Lieutenant

Bad customer service. Went in for an emissions test but was rudely met by the manager. I never received a notice in the mail from the state and when I told them that, they didnt believe me and said theyve heard that excuse before. Never going back even though they are only a few blocks from home. I will be sure to tell all family members, friends, and neighbors the same.
