Very helpful staff. Found what I needed fast.

JJ was very helpful and gave good customer service. They seem really nice here and did a great job replacing my cars battery and making sure everything was in good shape.

Superior ambiance. An excellent example of Post Modern decor with a dash of avant-garde revialism. Great selection of mufflers too, a highly unpopular item in West Allis, but there if you are the one in ten drivers that use one, then this place is for you.

Almost a 2 hour experience at this store. Purchased an optima battery online to receive the online discount. Go to pick it up at the store, find out the battery is already a year old. Staff calls other locations and they either don’t have it or their stocked piece is even older. So we request a return. We are told that the return won’t be able to be processed for an hour due to it being an online order, of course the customer service hotline is not open on sundays for the staff to request they do the return on the back end. Then we request to do an exchange for a battery that is available and not a year old. A process that involves calling the manager to figure out how to override the system. The receipt is the most confusing mess, in the end we didn’t get our $10 core fee with our refund. We spent two hours at this location due to silly corporate policies. I appreciate the staffs efforts, they really did try to accommodate, but corporate please make their jobs easier. I hope your future computer systems make more sense so your store staff doesn’t have to deal with crabby customers going forward. Returns shouldn’t be that difficult.

They are always very helpful. Keith is always helpful and knowledge about what makes buying certain products more worthwhile than others in the same price range.

Been in there twice, each time the guys were super helpful. I dont know much about cars but they asked me all the right questions to make sure I bought the items I needed.

Stopped and bought a brake light for a Ford Escape I had just purchased the day before. I questioned the person selling it to me if it was difficult to put in I got a nah. I asked what kind of screwdriver I would need to take off the casing he handed me a philips. We chatted a little bit because he and the other employee working did not have any other customers and not once did he offer to help me change it. I did it by myself and was glad I didnt need to go back in and ask him to come out. But lesson learned next time I will go to Auto Zone where they will install it for you.

Never was at this store, its kind of hidden with a small sign, staff very helpful and prices good, they said its been there for years.

I was at an oil change place with my 2014 VW GLI 2.0L. They didnt have the filter my car needed. I called this place and asked if they had a filter. They said yes but also said to ask the oil change place of they had a 252 filter = you might not need to give us your business.Jake was so honest with me he was willing to not get a sale by giving me good information. Are you kidding me? I have a new favorite car part place. Jake was also friendly, courteous, and efficient and offered options of various prices and qualities.Jake sold me on the Boss Purolator filter, which I bought and will buy in the future.Thank you for staffing with awesome people like Jake.

Everybody in the store working, was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Laughing and joking about everything. Rude remarks toward me. I am taking my business elsewhere.

This is the second time these people tried to cheat my grandmother. They were trying to sell the most expensive part to her. They had the same part for 11.99 and they tried to sell the 79.99 stating thats what they have available... which i weny and bougjt the 11.99 from same locationsecond time she went in for a lightbulb and they tried to sell the part for 99.99Which they have a replacement light bulp for 14.99. Dont ever send people to this location. Probably they are getting commission from the sales.

Sold me a bad battery . Also I bought a replacement bulb for headlight and 2 employees talked to me as if I was dumb and didnt how to install them correctly. 2 bulbs later with their assistance, headlight still doesnt work.

Went there after purchasing the expensive wipers and something was not right with one of them. Asked if maybe I had done something wrong to it or if the wiper was defective. 3 people and not one of then really wanted to give me the time of day.

Some of the worst service in my life, dealing with Matt is going to turn me off from this location in the future which is a shame because some of the other guys here are decent and fairly knowledgeable.
