Leased a 2021 Trailblazer last year, nothing but problems. Tachometer stopped working, check engine light comes on constantly, all buttons stop working, cruise control randomly turns off, crash sensors only work sometimes after tachometer was fixed. Spoke with GM last fall and they told me I would need to connect with Heiser since they would need to lemon law it, Heiser refused. Check engine light was back on last night, so I will be taking it in for the 10th time for the same problems I have had for a year. No response from management after many emails and voicemails.

The final paint repair was very good, however, the time spent was totally unacceptable. The first time they attempted to repair the paint was a total loss. The invoice stated wet-sanding and yet when questioned, they said the paint had not been wet-sanded. I was told that it would take wet-sanding to repair my finish. I refused. I found a product from a friend that collects cars that would remove the spots on my paint finish. They told me the car would take 3 days. I also scheduled an oil change while they had my car for 3 days. I returned the 3rd days afternoon. They had just finished the oil change after my Corvette sitting for 3 days. The car was finally ready to be picked up the 6th day. Had I not gone to the general manager for assistance, its no telling what the outcome would have been. This is the service on a Corvette Z51, 3LT ? What does that say about Heiser? Next Corvette will come from another dealer. Please feel free to publish this response!

I was not satisfied with the diagnosis of the issue with my truck, second time I took it for alignment, the problem now is even worst than before, the first time I was told I needed to replace the rear tires because that was what is not letting my truck to be aligned properly. This time only 2 weeks after the first alignment, the technician told me I have to buy 4 tires so they can do the alignment. Which means they did the service without giving a diagnosis first, if my tires needed to be changed in order to be aligned properly, I think I shouldve known that before paying for something that it wasnt going to do any good. I also got the fuel filter changed, something I was willing to pay for, when I got to the counter, after the service was done, I asked the lady if I could go get my checkbook from my truck, which I had trouble finding because someone parked it all the way in the back of the service shop, I grabbed may checkbook, when I was getting ready to pay, I got a called from your service manager assuming that I took my truck and left without paying. Next time instead of assuming that a costumer left without paying, first take the time to walk around the building and confirm that the vehicle is not there or at least communicate a little better with your staff.

Made an appointment for an oil change at 11:30am, was told it would be ready by 3pm. Didnt get my truck back until 5:30pm. Had to take an Uber there from work because I hadnt made arrangements to be stranded at work after 5pm. If it takes 6 hours to do an oil change OKAY but at least be honest so I could have planned for that.

The shining star has to be Roberto Alvarez. He took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. He shared some personal experiences that made this sale more than the typical car sale. Roberto is truly a poster boy for what customer service in car sales should be. I am not sure this wonderfully positive experience would have been they same without him. He is a gem. I hope Heiser holds onto him for many years to come.

I had the best experience with my Ford Raptor purchase here. While I appreciate the assistance from the dealership,(bob in finance needed a little help with his math) my sales person Amy Elertson is the reason this was so great. I bought this truck sight-unseen as an out of state buyer. Amy was extremely thorough sending me pictures and videos so I could see what I needed to feel comfortable moving forward. She even drove the truck for me, had it detailed, and looked over it to ensure everything was in perfect shape before it was shipped to Texas. There was a small hiccup with getting the paperwork to me in time, no fault of theirs. I had an opportunity for the transport vehicle to pick up my truck a day early due to a cancelation but my paperwork hadnt arrived in the mail yet. Amy came in to the office on her day off! She had all my documents sent to me that afternoon electronically, just in time for the transport to pick up the truck. That was Wednesday afternoon and my Raptor was in my driveway 36hrs later Friday morning! She even included a nice little gift, a cupholder mount for my iPhone. The level of professionalism, thoughtfulness, and going the extra mile was the best car buying experience Ive had in 20 years. If I ran a dealership or any type of sales organization for that matter, Amy is that star player you want on your team you can always count on!

I scheduled my truck to have Tow mirrors installed and an Oil change done. The tow mirrors took longer than expected because an additional wire harness was required, which I don’t fault Heiser for. I think that GM should alert that this harness was required when I ordered the mirrors off Chevy accessories website. When my truck was done I was called to come pick it up. I had a feeling that they forgot the oil change and when I asked the cashier if one was done, she replied that she didn’t know how to read the service invoice…. I asked for the invoice to read myself, and confirmed my suspicion that they indeed had not done the oil change that I scheduled. That’s pretty annoying because now I need to find another time to get this done. I would say the overall experience with Heiser was just ok. They did a nice job on the mirrors, but forgetting to do the oil change, and the lack of general staff knowledge diminishes my confidence in them.

I really enjoyed working with the sales team at Heiser. From the early email contact with Taylor, pricing my trade with Tim, working with Dave directly for much of the sale, and finishing with Brad for quickly dealing with the final paperwork. Dave especially went out of his way to make sure the vehicle was what I wanted. After the sale he made sure the detailing was thorough and complete and then spent a great deal of time showing me the specifics on operational and technology attributes of the vehicle. After driving from Madison to West Allis, it was worth the effort.

Last summer, I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service we received. I had two recalls fixed on my father’s Chevy Impala. Initially, the service was nice and friendly but one month later, we were checking the engine then realized something was missing. The service department took the 3800 series engine cover. We reviewed over and over the recall procedures and called the dealer. They told me that we should have checked the engine sooner than a month and no one took the cover who works there. This car was not a regularly driven car but still it was upsetting. The manager said he would call me back after reviewing the cameras to see if someone took it. That next day, no one called. I called back and they told me that they did not need to check because they were supposed to take it. If they removed a part off the car, that should have been included in the information and explained by the service department. We were very disappointed no one went the extra mile for us. I bring this up now because we are searching to purchase a new Chevy. I would not recommend going to this dealership because they will not show the service you deserve if you need to come back for service.

Shout out to service advisor Mike Catanese and the technician that helped me out on Thursday 8/5. Im from out of town and my check engine light and propulsion power reduced message came on while on the expressway. I pulled into the dealership at lunchtime and the advisor was able to get the car looked at immediately by shuffling other scheduled work. The technician identified a blown emissions control fuse, replaced the fuse and cleared the error - all at no charge! I was able to make it to my destination and then back home several days later without the issue reoccurring - so keeping an eye on things to see if the problem crops up again. Many thanks to the folks at Heiser for helping save my weekend trip!

Completely disappointed. I did an early drop off on 8/19 to have a diagnostic ran. That day I had to call Heiser Service just to see if they actually noticed my car was there. I was told by Keith that they hadnt gotten to look at my vehicle but they would update me as soon as the could. I let him know that I understood & he had a few days due to the fact I had to leave town. Fast forward to today 8/21. I call to see what is going on because I have not heard one word from Heiser about anything & I need to know when I could pick up my vehicle. Ofcourse, Keith is not there & the young man cant tell me whats going on. He continues to tell me I would have to get my vehicle by 5pm today or I cannot pick it up. Why do I have to keep calling Heiser to get updates & if my car is being neglected, why wasnt I contacted 1st thing in the morning about retrieving my car from Heiser. Now im scrabbling to figure out how to get my own vehicle! Im not even back in town til tomorrow. Had someone contacted me at any given point this could have been avoided. & I honestly feel completely disregarded. I cant help what I am & if my business was not wanted, that could have been said.

1. If buying a vehicle here and they tell you they will take money off the price be assured they will make up for it somewhere else. Example... I bought my truck, the sales guy was going to take 800 off the price. I was also supposed to get a warranty for 5 years, no premium. Since they took money off the total price they just added it to the warranty. So now I have a few hundred dollar deductible instead of zero.Got an oil change recently. Hope they put in 8 quarts. Its reading low already. Also they put nice oil finger prints all over the hood and front of my truck.All in all their ok. Ill go back but just wont expect much.However the sales guy who sold me my truck was awesome and the service counter guy was helpful.

I had left my number to be called when my car was done. This did not happen. I had also noted that there was a noise coming from my front left wheel. I was told they could not replicate this. However, as soon as I left the dealership the noise was there. It feels as if you are trying to push this out to after warranty expires.

I will not be having those done there. The prices are ridiculously high. Way to much for labor. I know someone who can do it all for 1/3rd the price. I traded in a 2019 Chevy Cruze a couple weeks ago. The next day, I realized I left my $199 Apple AirPods in the center console. Upon realizing this, I rushed over and talked with my dealer who had me look in the car - to my amazement the car was already wiped clean. No AirPods were found.Knowing for a fact I left these in the console, I immediately requested an investigation into who cleaned out my vehicle after I dropped it off.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Fast forward to a week or so later, I received a call from Mary Bennett, Sales Director, who took my issue very seriously and went out of her way to email me to let me know that she would be sending me out a check for the cost of new AirPods - I was amazed. After driving my car for ~3.5 years I recently got check engine light on my 2013 Hybrid Malibu. I took it to Heiser West Allis and paid $99.95 + 171.85 for diagnostic and battery replacement, as I was told was the issue for the check engine ($271.85).After driving ~75miles, the check engine light was back on again. I dropped my car off at Heiser and the next day I was told the issue was with the generator/alternator (by a different service person) and it will cost me $1175+tax (I asked him to give me a copy of the report). I dropped my car off after couple days for service and I get a text (from first person) the cost is $2672+tax, because there are sign of corrosion and need to also replace the connectors - corrosion on a 8 year old car is expected - but $1495 for connectors?Apparently to his defense, $1475 for alternator (I believe he didnt know i had a printed copy) and $1200 for the connectors. I showed him the receipt for $1175; he changed the price to $2482+tax.Best part: He then explains that after spending $2482+tax on an alternator and connectors (+271.85 I have already spent ~$3000) their is no guarantee that the check engine light problem will be fixed!This place is morally, ethically and technically flawed.

I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD and I had transmission issue with my downshift. I took it to several Chevy dealers and nobody could figure out the problem. I took another gamble and went to Chevy West Allis location to see if they can figure out anything. Mark from service and his techs are wonderful. Not only did they find the problem, they resolved the issue and my truck is running back as smooth as when I first got it! Mark took care of me through the entire process with the rental and great communication. Also, My truck got done sooner than expected and as a business owner that rely on my trucks for day to day operations- that was a big plus!! Excellent experience with Mark and his techs!!! Because of the great experience, I will get all my maintenance done at this location from now on and buy future work trucks from this location. Posted: 3/22: It was interesting to me that when I brought in my vehicle on 12/31/20 for a 2nd opinion, I was told the 45k mile inspection wasnt necessary; that it was just an upsell by another dealer and the mechanic doesnt even do that for his own vehicle. And yet, thats the first thing I was asked to approve them doing when I arrived for my oil change.Then when I was told my transmission fluid was leaking requiring lines to be replaced and the necessary parts had been given to someone else, I needed to prepay for the parts & labor installation. I have never had to prepay any other dealer in all of my years of vehicle ownership. Now Heiser has the money so that I could actually get my vehicle back, but I am expected to wait and hope I hear from them when the parts arrive before they go to someone else again.Updated 3/29: Quinn and Mark really helped to turn my experience with Heiser around into a positive. They were communicative and very helpful to get my vehicle taken care of and back in proper working condition. I would recommend working with them any time and will be sure to ask for them again.
