I got into a car accident and had gone here. Right from the start when I walked in everyone was super friendly. Any interaction with any person. They kept me updated on my car through texts which was nice. When I came to pick up my car, the guy helping me explained everything and was super friendly.I had to go back the next day as my brake light wasn’t working on the part of my car that didn’t get hit and the same guy helped me out.This is a fantastic shop and I loved how they said that nothing is a stupid question. Definitely makes me feel better speaking up and asking a question about anything.Don’t pass up this shop.

Caliber did a great job with keeping me informed and updated during the entire time they had my vehicle. I was so happy when I got my car back it looked like when I first bought the car nice and clean, and they also vacuumed the inside of my vehicle out and I wasn’t expecting that but happy at the same time. Great job and I’m happy with how my car looks.

Clean, professional, and friendly! I dont really have a lot of experience with having bullet holes repaired, so I cant say to the value, but everything else was exemplary. Went to Caliber for some front end damage. From the time I arrived to the time I picked up my vehicle I was nothing short of highly satisfied. Shannon was AMAZING. She was so thorough upon my vehicles drop off she left me with no questions and feeling more than secure in my decision to take my Jeep there for the body work. I received text messages during its time there with status updates, calls to confirm progress and was made to feel so comfortable in having my car where it needed to be. Service was literally the best I have ever dealt with. Picked up my vehicle, its amazing, shiny, looks brand new! I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone, 100%. I will certainly return back there if and when needed, no doubt about it.

Got in and out of there in just 30 minutes. Andrew checked my car and said all I needed was few trim rivets or fasteners for a small loose panel below my bumper. He came back out with the fasteners and a power drill, and minute later, viola, the part was solidly fixed. He told me it was a small job so it was for free, but to go tell others how you liked our service. I like it! I like it!

Brought my truck in after a brush with a pole in a parking garage that messed up my drivers side door. Schedule a time to come in when they would have immediately availability. I thought it would take like a week or something, but it was only in the shop about 3 days and I was back up and running. The new door and work looks great. Great quality, great service, friendly, and fast.

Caliber got my repairs done quickly and a day earlier than estimated! They worked well with insurance and with me to make sure the work was done well and that I had a rental for the time that my car was in the shop. The receptionists were both extremely polite and helpful everytime I called or came in. When I picked up my car, I was delightfully surprised to see that they had even cleaned my car and wiped down the dash. I would definitely return to caliber.

They performed body work because my vehicle was in an accident. They sent my vehicle out to Goodyear for the suspension work and tires. But did an amazing job with my body work. Customer Service is outstanding and returned my vehicle two days sooner than originally quoted.

Towed there as a preferred collision shop by Progressive. We recommend STAY AWAY. We were told the vehicle would NOT be moved to a site away from Caliber. We were asked to clear the vehicle enough for it to be worked on. Left a few personal items. Two days later we were told the vehicle had already been moved to an Auction company and had been totaled by the estimator at Caliber. We tracked down the car at the Auction site, have pictures documenting it had been damaged MUCH further than from the accident, and personal items were missing. Would NEVER use this company again.

I was involved in a collision (rear ended) on the Sunday before Labor Day. The insurance company paying for the accident suggested Caliber Collision, but said I could take my van to a repair service of my choice. I decided to go to Caliber Collision, and I was.not disappointed. (My wifes mobility scooter was in the van and the tailgate was very badly damaged, my wife needs to it for her doctors appointments, which she had one scheduled for Tuesday September 22nd) I told them I would need it by then or I would have to make other arrangements. They were sure that they would be able to finish before then. They were true to their word.The office kept me up to date on repairs with a phone call on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.Final walk thru inspection was on the Monday before my wifes doctors appointment. I was blown away by the quality of their work. Everything was put back in perfect working order and even though the van was 6 years old, it was impossible for me to tell what was new from what was there originally.This was the first body work that I had ever had done on any of my vehicles. I WILL RECOMMEND CALIBER COLLISION, to everyone I meet for vehicle repairs.My experience was outstanding.THANK YOU for making the experience a pleasurable one.

I brought my car in for some repairs from a branch damaging my passenger front door. From Renee at the front desk to Mytchel and Kyle in service, the experience with Caliber was exceptional. I was kept in the loop during the entire repair process and had the car back sooner than expected. Hands down I’d return again if I needed to in the future.

I ran into some issues with an aluminum plate not being screwed in under my car and a couple of guys got things fixed and had me on my way in 15 minutes! Ill definitely be back!

I had a great experience at Caliber Collision! I brought my Kia here after it was broken into/attempted car theft. The staff was very professional and made sure I was updated on what was happening with my car. They actually had my car ready a day earlier than expected. All of the staff wore masks and the lobby was set up for covid measures- hand sanitizer, social distancing marks, and they have you keep the pen you use to sign any forms. I would highly recommend bringing your car here; you won’t be disappointed!

I keep getting this request to review how I liked Caliber Collision and Ive been avoiding it and Ill tell you why. I called to see if my daughters car was ready for pick up. (I was doing her a favor as she was out of town on business). After 10 minutes of waiting on the phone they told me the car wasnt there and I must be calling the wrong Caliber Collision. They said try the one about a mile away. So I called them and they said they didnt have it either. So I called my daughter and she told me it was dropped off at the first one. So I hopped in my car and physically drove down there only to see the car sitting there right in theyre parking lot. So I went in told them what happened and they treated it like it was no big deal. The car was done and the paperwork was in reach. The car was fully covered by the insurance with no money due to Caliber Collision. This was worked out between Caliber, the insurance company, and my daughter before she left, yet Caliber insisted my daughter still owed a $500 deductible. After a call to my daughter and the insurance company this was taken care of. Caliber said they would have to look into it. Well to make a long story short after about 20 minutes later another Caliber employee said it was taken care of and was documented on the paperwork. What an absolute farce. To have a representative of a company have you jump thru hoops because they neglected to put a little effort into their job. All that and not even a sorry for putting you thru this. Customer service at its worst. No thank you to Caliber Collision.

I brought my 2014 VW PASSAT here after it was smashed. They did an ABSOLUTE AMAZING job. My car doesnt even look like it was ever smashed into a truck. My car looks even better than it did when I 1st got it from the dealership. If I or my family ever needs body work done in the future, I will Highly RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

Ive used Goffs West Allis twice, both times for minor cosmetic issues on used cars I had purchased, and both experiences were exceptional. This most recent visit the dealership quoted me $800 to repair a cracked headlight washer cover, claiming they had to replace the entire washer assembly. I took it to Goffs and Jeff tracked down the replacement cover and it was painted and installed for under $60. It was even finished the same day I dropped it off. Based on my previous experience, the quality of their work is better than the factory and the paint matches perfectly. Theyre always pleasant and have good communication through every step of the process. I highly recommend them!

My car was rear-ended and the bumper needed to be replaced and several other adjustments needed to be done. Although the repairs took slightly longer than anticipated, they did an outstanding job and the car looks brand new with the new paint and they really cleaned it thoroughly inside and out. Jeff and Kathy and the other staff ive talked to are very polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and diligent about keeping me updated along the way. They are also very honest and transparent about all the details the entire time. Im definitely impressed and very happy with their work.

Awesome results. Ive been hit twice now and both times had my car repaired at the West Allis center. Kathy was great at keeping me informed with the progress, along with scheduling a rental, and taking care of all of the things I didnt want to have to worry about. Car was washed and ported before being returned to me. If Im unfortunately hit again, Ill be going back.

We took our RAV4 in for an estimate to repair a parking lot scrape that went the entire length of the vehicle. They took a look and technician Jason immediately went to work to buff out the scrape. While he worked, the regional manager (Dan) chatted with us about the process. In short order, the scrape was invisible. On top of that, they did not charge us for this simple fix. Incredible service and attention to detail. We are very happy and would recommend this facility (113th and Lincoln) highly.

Goffs worked with my insurance company and made the adjustments needed to start the repairs. I took my SUV in on a Monday and had it back on a Thursday. The repairs made our car look like new. I went to Goffs in West Allis and received a really great price and Jason did everything he could to keep knocking the price down for me. BEWARE!!! Great people. Awful body work. I took my car in for rear bumper damage. Got it back with a crack still in the bumper. They apologized profusely and we set an appointment to have it re-fixed. I went through the whole ordeal of getting a rental car again only to get back the car looking even worse than before. They fixed the crack, but they rushed the job. They didnt use a fine enough grit sandpaper, so you can plainly see brush marks under the paint where the filler isnt smooth. On top of that, they rushed the paint job, leaving a dull, orange-peel look all around the repair site, which does NOT match the rest of the bumper, let alone the rest of the car. To top it off, they left it in the parking lot where the landscaper spewed grass clippings on my freshly painted bumper. I had to pick them off when I got home. If you want body work that looks like it was performed by a 16-year old apprentice, by all means take your car to Goffs. BUT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO GOFFS IF YOU WANT QUALITY BODY WORK.

I had to get some work done on my car after someone backed into it, and I chose Goffs after going through their reviews and learning about their lifetime limited warranty. Kathy and Jeff were a pleasure to work with and were very professional. They called every other day or so to let me know how the progress was coming along. They let me know when a new part was needed that wasnt originally estimated for, even though the other guys insurance was going to have to pay for it. I appreciated being kept in the loop. Goffs came in basically right on budget and within the time frame. They did a great job replacing my one door, fixing the dent in the other, and blending the paint. It literally looked as good as new. They were very professional and Aimee did a great job detailing the inside and outside of my car before I picked it up. If I ever need to have any work done on my car again, I know where Ill be going!

I cant recommend Goffs highly enough for both their work and their exceptional customer service. Took my beloved black Ford Mustang to Goffs about repairing a deep chip in the paint of the front fender panel. Rather than simply recommend repainting the entire panel, Goffs was able to touch up the paint and buff and polish the previously-chipped area until seamlessly blended with the rest of the panel. A very special thanks to Hilman at Goffs for the incredible customer service. If this is what Goffs can do with such a small repair, I cant wait to see what they are able to do when I bring the Mustang back next spring for a full exterior detail package!

Had a really bad accident and car was towed to Goffs. Though my car was totaled, and I loved that car, they were so incredibly kind and understanding. I loved the fact that they made sure my car was locked until I came to clean it out. Their office staff was efficient and nice as well. Cannot say enough nice things about them.

Had a busted right bumper cover on our 2012 Prious and had it repaired the day I brought it in. This doesnt mean they werent busy because of bad service. On the contrary, they got my part the same day, painted it, cured it in their oven, and installed it. This was our third experience with Goffs with the same vehicle and every time was total satisfaction. Would refer them to anyone!

About a year ago I was involved in a hit and run accident. I was recommended to Goffs by a friend. They did a great job and kept me updated every couple of days on the status of the repairs. Unfortunately last month I was involved in another accident where I was hit by another driver, of course I took my car to Goffs once again and had the same wonderful experience!

Tried to just set up an appointment for an estimate for damage to my car following an accident. Woman on the phone was shady as all hell when trying to figure out how I would be paying them. Sweetheart, I havent even decided Im choosing you. Lets see what your estimate has to offer. I didnt trust them enough to even complete the discussion. The slime was just oozing off that conversation. I need to go bleach my ears now!

Recently had my FRS repaired. Goffs did a a phenomenal job on the repair in all aspects. They were extremely transparent throughout the whole process, communicated well, handled the rental car seamlessly, and of course most importantly did a phenomenal job with the repair. I was concerned that my triple layer poly coat might not match factory, but it does to the point I cant tell when staring at both panels across the seem. Great work guys!!

This is one of they worst places Ive dealt with. Had 2 vehicles work on, was told it would take a week it took 3 weeks for each vehicle.Was told they had to do something with my dash to fix a rear bumper. Compartment on dash doesnt work quit right. I never took it back no big deal. Second vehicle again told a week took 3. when I went to pick it up was missing plates for another vehicle that I had sitting on seat. Reported it and was told they dont have thieves working for them and my truck was parked outside so there not responsible (ah do you lock my doors??) Then went back to have work they did fixed 3 months later. (NEVER WAS NOTIFIED THAT I OWED THEM MONEY) and they tell me first I owe the $845.00 then I call them and they say no you didnt pay your deductible you owe us $500.00. I have a receipt that says no deductible do. Will never recommend this place VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

We had a MVC about a month ago. Our insurance company recommended Goffs Collision Repair. From start to finish Goffs was wonderful in communicating repair needs, sending estimates, dealing with our insurance company, and eventually fixing our totaled car. They (Jeff) went over with my husband what repairs he felt we absolutely necessary and which repairs were likely not needed to save on some money. The actual fixing of the car went smoother than predicted and we got our car back earlier than they thought (not necessary in my book, but helpful for us as we were renting a car). About every 2-3 days, Karen from the office called me and updated me on the process, where the car was that day and an estimated time-line. After we got our car back, there was a problem with the bumper and after I called, they explained the issue, ordered a new part, and took care of it quickly. Overall, wonderful experience with a bad situation (the crash) and we would recommend 100%. Thanks Goffs for your work.

They refined what another Body Shop screwed up 11 yrs ago..Hoping we wouldnt still own the car, or it wouldnt be noticeable.Oh, but it was when the rear of the Prius Hatchback floodef.

My car was towed to the Goff’s in West Allis on 2/6/19 Amfam was taking responsibility for the damages and I was told my car would be finished by the 18th. I was called and updated frequently about the price, damages and alternative options for repair almost daily until it was supposed to be ready. I called on the 18th and Kathy stated its getting an alignment and should be back later we will call u, but no call. Then I called the next day the 19th Kathy says we are waiting on a fog light we should be done today, we will call you, no call. Then early the next morning the 20th, I get a call letting me know I can pick It up. So I pick it up after work and it looks good almost like new.... but less than a week later Im on the freeway and the car starts to shake and the engine lights come on. I make it home barely, I will be returning the car in the morning smh all that for $4,800+ worth of work great job guys! Now I have to shell out more money for a rental.***UPDATE*** After returning my car 3/1/19 at 9am. I was not expecting to get any resolve until the following week, but to my surprise I was contacted by Dan W. the GM and was told that my car was not only fixed but at no additional cost and the rental would be covered as well. That is outstanding customer service. They have proven to me that they value my business.

Not happy at first my cars battery died after they fixed my car and it was making noises but the manager was great he listen to my concerns I went for a oil change at scrub a sub which in turn found out what the noise was under my car showed the manager and they fixed and said he was sorry and I went away happy

12 hours of repair estimated to take 3 working days (I work 8 hours days, but ok) took 10 days. It cost me $375 in rental car expense and Goffs never once called me to communicate what was going on. I had to call everyday to find out what was happening. Horrible experience and very costly for minimal damage repair work. DO NOT USE GOFFS WEST ALLIS.5-16-14I was contacted by Rick, manager of Goffs, to discussed my experience. Rick graciously reimbursed me my rental car costs in full and apologized for my bad experience. He was unaware of my complaints and only learned of them recently on this review of he would have contacted me sooner. Great follow up to what he assures me, is not standard operating procedure for Goff shops.

This company stands behind their work and they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. Hopefully we will never need their services again, but if we do, we will be sure to return to Goffs.

Just picked up my vehicle yesterday and they did a fantastic job, and saved me money. Hilman, Jason, Honni and Missy were all very accomadating. I would suggest anyone to take their vehicle their for any auto body work. Jason even helped me with my other vehicles questions. Great place.

Gave me a estimate, then fixed my car lock...after repairs were complete they charged me 1/2 of what they estimated....very trustworthy and I wont hesitate to go back there in the future.
