I contacted Westway Auto Body after my husband ran into the back of my car, while backing out of the driveway. I went to Westway because it had good reviews on Google. I was not disappointed! The work done is flawless. And, not only did they fix the back bumper, but to my pleasant surprise, they fixed two small scratches on the drivers door. This fix makes me smile every time I open my door. Westway is awesome!

This was my first experience at Westway and it was a pleasant one. I received a fair and reasonable quote and despite being busy Mike worked me in the schedule. They did a fantastic job and were very personable. I would highly recommend them for any of your body work.

Unfortunately, I had to visit Westway for two different incidents. I did my research and found they have a good reputation and I was not disappointed. They were friendly, honest and did a fantastic job on my vehicle. As I told Mike after the second visit, I hope I do not have to visit them again. But if I so, I will be back. Why would I go anywhere else!

Found this place and glad I choose it over the other shops I quoted. Mike was great to work with and did an excellent job on my trucks body repair. They straightened out a crushed body sill and painted everything up again. Looks brand new and didnt have to pay the premium to replace the whole side of the truck as other shops suggested(sill is 1 piece with the unibody side). While the truck was there also got door dings pulled and at this point I cant say I could be any happier. Highly recommend going here, and if I need future body work I definitely will.

Mike and Gina were great. I called for an estimate on a front end (deer damage) and received a quote 1 or 2 days later. I called WAB 1 week later and asked them to repair the truck while I was on vacation in FL - no problem Mike said. WAB / Acuity interaction was a breeze since WAB is a platinum/certified - whatever highly trusted vendor designation Acuity utilizes. I took my 2002 Honda accord. My front hood didnt closed due to front Collison before. Driver back door wouldnt open and had a front driver light install. Im happy with the results now i can close my hood open door and have a new light. Awesome work thanks guys

Thanks so much to Mike and his crew! I needed my front bumper replaced. Instead of it taking 4 days like most places, he had it ordered and painted the very next day. Recently i brought my car in. They did an excellent job, as they did a couple of years ago on my car. I was able to get my car in immediately and they gave me a loaner to use, which is important to me. The owner is very helpful. Definitely the place to go for auto body work.

I would give Mike, Gina and Ken at Westway Auto Body 10 stars if I could. When I found myself in an unfortunate fender bender situation, I was nervous, upset and really didn’t know what to do. I figured I should start by getting a quote to see what it would take to repair my car. I found Westway based on a positive Google review and decided to give them a shot (plus they were across the street from my church - so that had to be a good sign, right?!). They were the first auto body I went to to but thinking I needed to do my due diligence, I went to three others as well. After experiencing those other shops, it became clear to me that Westway was the WESTWAY to go! (see what I did there?) They didn’t look at me as just another job, it was very clear that they genuinely wanted to help me. The customer service I received was like none I have ever received before. This is a very nice body shop. The owner helped me like my lawyer with much patient and professional knowledge on negotiating with the appraiser and insurance company. Meanwhile they were also focusing on the body repair. I had very happy experience with them, since my car was completely fixed like the new one. They deserve 5 stars!!!

Mike has fixed my car twice in the past two months (both not my fault!). Getting hit and dealing with insurance companies is not fun but Mike makes the process easy. From having the rental car waiting for you when dropping off car to dealing with the insurance company. Car looked immaculate when complete and was even washed and vacuumed at pick-up. Westway Auto Body came recommended through some guys from work. I had damaged my drivers door on my truck, and the repair was a $2,700 repair. When I got the truck back (On time), the work looked original. the color matched perfectly.They ran into an issue with the wiring harness, they contacted the insurance company and had it solved before I ever knew there was an issue.I went back a week later because I thought the door alignment was off by a millimeter or two. I showed the techs what I saw, they took it back, made the adjustment and showed me the door in about 10 minutes.I highly recommend this shop. The build business on quality and not quantity. they are my top choice for any work I would need done in the future.

Westway Auto Body does not mess around! Their team had my car repaired faster than quoted, and the customer service displayed was top notch. The whole process can be confusing to the consumer (dealing with insurance, arranging for rental cars, etc) - however Mike literally takes care of you from beginning to end. My car looks fantastic.

This has to be the best body shop in WI. My Equinox had nearly $2000 in front end damage and they had it fixed in a few days. The staff are professional, the office was clean and neat, and the mechanics and cleaning crew were perfect. I really mean perfect, when I received my vehicle back it was completely clean (It was a mess before) and they had completely repaired all of the damage.

They were able to order a front bumper and paint it ahead of time so that when I took my car in, it only took half a day to complete the rest of the work. Since I lived in the area, they also picked me up when my car was finished. Car was washed and cleaned as well!

I went to Westway for an estimate after being frustrated with several other auto body shops, dent doctors, etc for a dent near my front bummer caused by a shopping cart. Mike, owner, was honest with me about my options to fix my vehicle and it was evident that he truly knows how to keep a clients best interest in mind. Exceptional service. Really. I brought my car in for some scratches. The guy I was arranging the body work with got on his knees and buffed out the scratches on the spot and reattached the part of the bumper that snapped off - WHO ELSE DOES THAT? AMAZINGLY HONEST.
