After waking the sleeping girl to place my order I was greeted with a what can I get you?. Was given my total for my order and not another word spoken. No thank you or have a nice day, nothing.My coffee was fine, however I believe that if you are the customer contact you should at least pretend you are happy with the customers choice of spending money with your business. Rude experience.

I love this location! The staff are always so sweet and upbeat. Most Starbucks are friendly and efficient, but this one is a level above even that standard.

Always quick, always correct! Even my more picky orders.... like a mocha cookie crumble with extra whip on top *and* on bottom.... or my big orders for more than I can carry in one trip. Staff is always seems to be in a good mood, even when its busy!

Very good quality coffee! Lots of costumer interactions and friendly suggestions. In my opinion it’s 100% beats dunkin(and even other local Starbucks)

My favorite place. Id never make it through some days without them! 🤣 But honestly, the employees are always so chipper and nice. Regardless of what time of day it is. Its an inviting atmosphere inside and Ive spent hours doing work here.

Way over rated cost almost 7 dollars for 2 coffees same as I get for 2.00 at gas station taste exactly the same. Just my own opinion. Other than price the place is fantastic and has alot of options to choose from

I would recommend this place to everyone they have the best of any coffee you can think of. I always get a large white mocha chocolate and it is the bomb.and the staff is always friendly

I go here rarely, but when I do I know what Im getting. This location has excellent and quick customer service and strong coffee. The only thing is that the coffe is too strong for my grandmother.

Very clean and bright environment inside Ingles. Staff was very friendly. It was nice to sit inside the cafe on a nice day.

I had a decaf peppermint iced coffee. I had them blend it. So it was like a frozen drink. It was wonderful. They have Dunkin donuts beat.

Its what you would expect at a Starbucks. Order was promptly taken and recieved within minutes. Order was correct and I was able to move on quickly with my day. Will return soon.

Horrible management.If you look past the reviews of people who dislike the company, rather than this particular store and its employees, you will see that they are fast and accurate.Anything done incorrectly is remade. Baristas offer helpful suggestions and have good rapport with regular customers. It is much faster than the one on Russ Ave.
