This was a delight! The Pumpkin Latte was fab - liked it better than Pumpkin Spice. Candies to die for. Highly recommend.

Every piece I bought was stale. I purchased the rocky road bark, oreo cookie and smores bar. After one bite of each they all went in the trash. Update: The business replied, which was nice of them. I sent a private email.

I visited this store on Monday 7/12/21 mid day and for small cup of decaf coffee I was charged $12.50!!! At first I taught it was a mistake but young seller told me that this is correct price. I told him that I do not want to purchase for that price. If this was a coffee shop at Rodeo Drive in CA I would understand.Sorry not for cup of coffee in Main Street Waynsville. 😡

Great coffee bar, fabulous selection of chocolates (try the chocolate dipped Twinkie.) The vanilla coffee beans are so good. I use them to make iced coffee & they actually taste like vanilla, unlike mass manufactured beans like Dunkin.

I wish I could give this chocolate shop a nice review. The staff was great - very kind barista, the decor was nice and well done but this place has AWFUL coffee (YUCK), and ok-at-best chocolate. Seems like the kind of spot serving melted down chocolate, NOT a bean to bar place where you get the joy of delicious single origin craft chocolate, served by the folks who roasted it. There is also MUCH better coffee up the street at the Ice-cream shop next to the brewery.

Fantastic hand made chocolates and delicious gourmet coffee are a great combination. Service was great.

I asked about the price of the salt bark chocolate. She said its $17/ 1/2 lb. She charged me $35/lb. Because thats what it is. Reread.

We ordered chocolate bars for our wedding. Tonya worked with us to determine our options, place the order, and well as affix custom stickers we had made to the packaging. And while most places jack up the price for wedding stuff, they actually provided a discount! Our wedding guests complimented the chocolate, and we horded the rest for ourselves.Definitely give this place a try if youre stopping through. We tried a bunch of stuff in our journey to determine wedding snacks, and all of it was amazing.

Love The Dillsboro Chocolate Factory. It’s a very cute store. The fudge and chocolates are delicious. I have to say the Aztec salted caramels are one of my favorites! I love that this is a family owned and ran business, and that they make their own chocolates. This is a must when you visit the sweet little town of Waynesville, NC.

Such a unique shop in the center of downtown Waynesville!!! My husband & I love up treats for a romantic evening after the kids go to bed! Best fudge & service of anywhere around!!

I have been a fan of Dillsboro Chocolate Factory in Dillsboro. I was quite happy to find out they had opened a location in Waynesville. The chocolates were right on point and made my day. I also picked up one of their corkcycle mugs and can report that it has been one of the best for both hot and cold beverages. I look forward to the espresso bar coming soon. Keep up the good work!

Tasty chocolate- we had the sea salt caramels and some truffle “shots”- the girl working the shop was super sweet and friendly. (Her lunch recommendation for Boojum was on point!)

Service was great! They were a little expensive but very good.

The young lady that waited on us today was very friendly and patient with my indecisive children and the chocolates were delicious.

Im sorry to say I dont love this shop. The salesperson was not nice Even though she said her family were the new owners.....chocolate isnt anything special.
