Very local establishment. Every time Ive went in the restaurant Ive sat down and waited and waited and waited at the counter and never got a hello, welcome, can I help you or nothing. It was like that waiting at propane and inside store too. Once, there was a really nice helpful young man at the register, he was great. Very tidy and clean though, I hope to go there many more times.

Horrible service. It took 45 minutes for the mechanic to change 1 set of brake pads. I will not take my car back that joke of a garage

I called days before to schedule an appointment for Saturday morning to get my car inspected. I showed up a few minutes early to find out that the mechanic wasnt in yet. After waiting for nearly an hour, I was asked to leave my name and number and someone would call when a mechanic showed up. I declined the offer and found another shop to take care of the inspection for me.My advice to the owner; if youre going to take appointments, make sure you have employees around to take care of them when they show up.

Sorrels gives personal service in the auto services, has good food in the JCreek Cafe, & their inside store has snack items and last minute hardware stuff we all need!

Super nice people. i went to queens first to just check my antifreeze and they told me they could check it in a week. i then drove to Sorrells and they said gives us 5 minutes and we can check it... they took some out and put some pure back in to get the right balance. Good guys there.

They quoted me a price, then they beat my rim up to get my tire off then charged me an extra $15 for labor. And were very rude and not the friendliest people. Would not recommend.

Called to see if they had my tire size in stock and was told they could have them there by the next day. I arrived at 8:30 in the morning and 30 minutes later I had 4 new tires mounted and balanced and installed at a very reasonable price. Everything was 5 STAR rating!

Great family ran business that can take care of installing a new set of tires, minor car repair and with well stocked shelves for some emergency repairs for the home. Also has propane at a decent price.

I always have to stop by Sorrells because I need a drink, gas, or just to pick on a friend who use to be sweet on one of the guys out in the garage bays.She always becomes so short in the seat when I pull in there & glares at me until I head back out on the road, at which time she seems to grow back to her regular height in the seat.Also, the people there are almost always friendly with the exception of one who always seems to be cranking but without that one cranky man in the bunch it wouldnt be worth the stop. Cranky people can be fun too.They do seem to have one stand about that appears there at times that I dont care too much for but he doesnt work there. He just forgets whereCheers is apparently & no.. Its not Norm Peterson.

I love sorrells marathon gas station .people are all so nice, the resteraunt food their also has great food. To have your vehicle worked on they are very good and strive on making you happy...your next stop make is Sorrells Marathon gas station.one stop for all your needs.

Cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in any roadside fuel stop/Cafe anywhere ... Cleaner than any interstate rest area BR.

My rating is specifically about the mechanics at Sorrells Station. They have helped me 3 times and each time they have worked their magic on my very old car, while not charging me an arm and a leg . They have been fast, efficient and super friendly. Kudos to Tristan and Chris. You guys rock!

Needed tire repair and it was close to the closing time, but they helped me get back on the road safely and without hesitation. Greatly recommend them.

Not sure how to rate this. Just pulled in to the lot to stretch our legs. It is a garage/gas station/convenience store/hardware store/restaurant/tire store. They sell a good bit of gas.

Now this place is rare. No other store anywhere around here can u go into and get a drink, a snack, gas, propane any hardware you can think of,I mean any. You can also get a tire fixed or complete auto service. Oh and if thats not enough they also have a diner attached with awesome burgers and such. Michael and all his people are great. Enough said.

I had a tire that was occasionally losing air, so I ask everyone where to go and sorrells was it, the gentlemen took my car in right away and checked my tire found no leaks or problems and also checked the sir in my other tires, I asked how much I owed and they said nothing, wow that was nice and their professionalism was above and beyond, they answered my questions and made sure I left a happy customer and I did, I will differently go back their if I have any problems and would reccomend them to anyone

Always friendly, helpful, and very close to home. Doesnt carry quite as much as it used to... However they did move a dollar store across the street. Gas is usually a little bit higher. Sort of a local hangout...

They did great work. Everyone was really nice and it didnt take long at all for my car to get fixed. I will most likely go there again for future repairs.

Eded up with a couple nails in my tire. This was the only place to get it fixed on a Sunday. Mike was very efficient and staff was friendly.

Had flat tire from the road going up to Cataloochee. Had to put the donut on while watching the elk. Needing to drive home to the Raleigh area, I needed to get this fixed quickly. Stopped in here for repair. Gus jumped right on it, patched the tire, checked my tire pressure on the other three tires and my spare. In and out in 30 minutes for $10.00. I would recommend this place if you need any tire work done.

We went to the restaurant next door. Great local place with extremely friendly staff and gold food you feel at home. Nothing fancy just simple local restaurant to grab good food.

Had some minor issues with our Toyota Prius on vacation. Called this garage who had it on the lift and fixed within 45 mins of the call, for a very reasonable cost. Thanks for the quick repair!

Fantastic spot

I am staying at a nearby RV park. My tire had a leak so we took it up to Sorrells to have it looked at. Not only were they open on the 4th of July, they were friendly and were able to fix my tire without me needing to get a new tire. Thanks for saving the day!
