Friendly service, and great work! I’ve been here at least half a dozen times with a few different vehicles. This last time they told me that my brake rotors should be replaced, It fixed the scary vibration I was getting. My car rides much smoother now, thank you.

Cant say enough good things about Jeff and the folks at Waynesville Tire! They worked me in when my car needed brakes in a bad way and were absolute gems while they did it! Weve had multiple vehicles have tires either rotated, or installed. Brakes were checked. Jeff is wonderful. We even got a thank you card in the mail! They set appointments and keep appointments on time - awesome service to boot. They do oil changes, service, tires and other repairs. I cant say enough good things - they work on both of my vehicles as well as my mother and daughters. We have no complaint, only praise.

So last week I ran into so issues with my tires, I managed to make it Waynesville tire on a wing and a prayer. Seriously it was a miracle I made it there in one piece. When I drove up the extremely kind owner broke the news that I would need 4 new tires, thank you Subaru, but they didnt have the 4 I needed. I live about 90 minutes away and there was no way I was making it home with my tire in the condition my tire was in. Not only did they manage to fix it for me to get me but they didnt charge me. Truly what could have been a very very bad day was made better by the exceptional kindness of strangers. Thank you so much for getting me home safe and sound.

Really bad customer service!!!! I had a screw in my tire and they told me it would be next week before they could fix it. So I went to Mr. Tire and had excellent service! Dont waste your money at Waynesville Tire! If you want good service I suggest Mr. Tire right down the road!

I called Jeff at Waynesville Tire at 12:05 on a Friday (6/25) to tell him my truck wouldn’t start, and ask if I could have it towed to his garage. He asked me what was wrong, I told him it wouldn’t start and the tow truck guy said it sounded like the starter. When the truck got dropped off, I spoke with Jeff and he told me he would do his best to get it in and let me know what was wrong with it. He called me about an hour and a half later and said I got some good news and some bad news. The good news is we figured out that it’s the starter, the bad news is nobody in town has one and it’s going to be until Monday before we can get one here at the garage. I was fine with that as an answer and what about the rest of my day, and then about an hour later the phone rang and it was Jeff again. He said I got some good news we were able to find a starter and we’re going to have it in your truck and have your truck ready by 4 o’clock. That’s 4 hours from the time my truck wouldn’t start until the time the truck was finish. That’s pretty good service if you ask me, Jeff’s always been a straight shooter with me when it comes to my vehicles and I will continue to take my vehicle there. Thank you Jeff and thank you to your staff at Waynesville tire I’m getting my truck back to me within 4 hours of it being down.

Ive never been much on going to shops Ive always had someone to do it, but this time I didnt and I couldnt have had a better experience! The guy I dealt with was really nice and didnt hesitate to help! Would recommend.

We blew a tire on I-40 midway through a 14 hour drive and didn’t realize our brand new car didn’t come with a spare. We were towed to Waynesville Tire and they were AMAZING! So nice and had the tire we needed put on in just a few minutes. Highly highly recommend.

Great shop. The dont whine about my 1 ton truck being too heavy. They are can do people. They also have the much coveted Road Force balance machine.

I have been getting my car services here for about 6 months and I cannot say enough about this place! From plugging my tire, to then changing them a few months later, regular maintenance, these men have been very transparent about the price, how long it would take and have answered every question Ive ever thrown at them. I have dropped by once before and they were able to fit me in but I prefer (I think they do too) to make an appointment. Everyone is hardworking and has been pleasant even when super busy. We were on Vacation driving from Florida and had a tire issue when we got to Maggie Valley late Saturday night; I went on line and sent out requests to 4 different tire shops on Sunday; Jeff was the only one who responded to me not once but 3 times on Sunday and set me up for a Tuesday appt. to get 4 new Cooper tires. He is terrific at his job, very knowledgeable and personable and John did a great job getting the new tires mounted, This shop is really customer oriented and a pleasure doing business with Jeff and his crew, it made the trip much less stressful on the ride back to Orlando, Fl. I would definitely go to Waynesville Tire again if I am in the area and needed any kind of service, Thank You Jeff and your Crew.

Just picked up my 2001 Blazer, after a brake job. I decided to ask them why my “check engine” light was on after they changed my oil last Friday. They politely offered to hook it up to the computer. However, when I pop the hood the mechanic quickly grabs the oil cap from behind my hood latch and slaps it on! I rode around for 4 days with no oil cap. I guess it’s my fault for trusting people to do their job. I didn’t say much to the owner, other than what we found... he was fine with it. Business as usual I guess. Don’t recommend!

Jeff was absolutely awesome!! I was in Maggie valley on vacation with a 5th wheel and had tire troubles on my truck on the way there. Searched and searched for new tires for my truck and Jeff was the most helpful in getting me back road ready towing my 14,000 lb 5th wheel. Otherwise, I would have been stranded!!! After getting new tires installed and back home safely, a couple of days after being home I received a postcard from Jeff personally signed and thanking me for my business!!! That was awesome since I was already so thankful for Jeff’s professionalism, hospitality and help that I should have been the one sending him a card!!! Had a flat, got me in and out fast. If my work vehicle isnt moving Im getting behind.

Came in to have my brakes inspected. Was told an employee would have to drive my car to diagnose. Ok that’s fine. But the employee they sent wouldnt wash his hands before getting in my vehicle or wear a mask while inside my car and they weren’t willing to work with me about the issue. Use at your own risk I guess...

Reasonable and honest folks. Have always done what they said they would do, on time and occasionally for less than original estimate. I am satisfied

I called this shop to have my brake lines inspected and replaced and was told to come in. I went in today, spoke to someone I am assuming is the owner or manager. Told him I called earlier. He asked if I was from New York State. I replied yes and was then told goodbye I do not want to work on your car.Now, I am officially a resident of North Carolina as of March 2020 and the only reason that car has NYS plates is because I never switched over the registration to NC State. I understand the fear surrounding COVID-19 but that is not how you talk or treat people.

I have been using Waynesville Tire as my go-to mechanic since 2013. I drive an hour, past numerous other mechanics, to get my car taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone needing their car serviced. They are professional, courteous, reasonably priced, and will get you taken care of in a timely fashion. On the very rare occasion that they make a mistake, they are sure to make it right. If you need a repair done which they are unable to do, they will direct you to a trustworthy alternative nearby.

This is a great place to purchase tires and have mechanical work done. Trustworthy and conscientious. I recommend them very highly.

After doing a Google search for a tire shop I found them. Glad I did. I called to see about a appointment for a nail in my tire, was told they were busy and 1st available was next day. But I could come in and wait to be fit in. Turns out they found 2 nails in my tire. Only charged me for 1 patch. Only waited 30 minutes. Everyone nice. They are now my tire shop. Will be back and would recommend to anyone.

They were very patient with my lack of knowledge regarding the work I needed done, and at no point made me feel ignorant or taken advantage of.They went above and beyond to ensure that I was properly informed and educated with the work needing to be done to my car, and walked me through the options before doing anything.Highly recommend.

Came in for a brake job. Turns out my rotors were bad and the pads were fine. Appreciate them not charging me for new pads as well.

Typically I have had excellent service with Waynesville Tire. Yesterday, I went to have my tires rotated (which Im supposed to get for free for the life of my tires). The more worn tires are currently on the front and I needed the better ones rotated to the front of my front wheel drive car. The man refused to rotate my tires because he claims it would mess up my tires by putting the better ones on the front. I know how tires are supposed to be rotated, thanks. Basically he just wanted me to buy more tires sooner. I buy at least 4 sets of tires per year for my vehicles, they just lost a lot of money from a once loyal customer.

Was on vacation and battery failed. Was driving a Ford still under warranty. Ford dealer didnt have time to test the battery.Went to the adjacent Waynesville Tire and the manager tested and changed the battery and had us back on the road in less than 45 minutes.Now that is great customer service !!!!!!!!!

Our family was on vacation in Maggie Valley when one morning I was driving on one of the more country roads where the road was eroded pretty bad on the edge and ended up getting shredding my tire on the inside. Jeff and the employees were very nice and promptly changed my tire at the station. A couple of the guys also put my doughnut back where it belong. A great business!

My husband and I had a flat tire on I-40 last week and were able to barely make it to the next gas station. I called the closest tire place which was Waynesville Tire. Jeff and one of the employees came out to help us! We also bought 3 more tires from him at a very fair price. Customer service was fast, friendly and we were very appreciative! We also received a hand written thank you from Jeff which was nice considering we live 4 hours from Waynesville so it wasnt just a thank you to keep our business.
