I needed a tire on the fly so I called them prior to driving across town. I made sure they had the right size and explained that it would be right at 6 by the time I got there and asked if they were going to be open. He said that that would be okay but to hurry. So I did. WITH A BAD TIRE. . When I got there at 6 on the dot they refused to help me. However they said they could sell me a tire but they couldnt put it on, they had to go.Yet as we pulled off they were still hanging out in the front smoking. Now I am stranded a state away from home until morning when I can go to a different tire place and replace the bad one. Thanks a bunch Snappy Lube. I mean whatever happened to good ol southern hospitality or just helping someone out just because you know its the right thing to do? Going the extra mile for your customers must not matter to them. Not to mention the repeat business or the good word of mouth I would have conveyed in conversation, or better yet, the good review that could have been made for it, instead of this terrible one youve just read. Smh

Just had a simple oil change and requested a tire rotation with Snappy Lube. The three employees I met were incredibly professional and polite. What really caught my attention was that they told me I really didnt need the tire rotation yet. That kind of candor is unheard off today. I know a bit about tires so I knew they were correct. I asked for it only because of a long trip I was planning. The oil change was quick. Great bunch of people to talk to and do business with. Its appreciated!

Pleasant folks, disappointed as my tire pressure was never checked and it was low in all 4 tires as I later found out. It was an easy fix but for almost $60 they should have been thorough.

It took 90 minutes for an oil change - not snappy at all. They ate lunch, smoked cigarettes and texted on their phones. Only one other customer in the shop. They also said the oil plug was a little stripped, possibly by the last oil change, which was done there.. Weve been a customer for 15 years but we wont be back.

I got a car Wash did a bad job on my truck.Had to wipe my truck down because it had Brown water all over it.

Worst oil change ever! They didnt fit the gasket correctly and all the oil leaked out of my car and got everywhere. My car was clicking and thumping even after they cleaned off the oil and refilled it. Turns out it ruined my engine. They are paying to have the car fixed and for a rental car, but all if this could have been prevented if the person who changed my oil had taken his time and done it right in the 1st place.

We were visiting from out of town and thought our oil was leaking. They checked our car not once but twice during our visit to help us figure out what was wrong (turns out it was power steering fluid leaking) and they didnt charge anything for their help. We were so grateful for their assistance and if would recommend this place to anyone in the area!

I have been going here for years. They are always honest with me, & they actually show me the things that need to be fixed, rather than me having to just take their word for it. The only issue Ive ever had is that sometimes the staff talks about their personal political views. I feel like if you run a business, you shouldnt talk about politics in general. I also like how they had the remote to the TV available to the customers.

I frequently use quick lube shops for oil changes in my work truck. This was the worst experience Ive ever had at any shop, the staff had no concerns for covid-19 precautions, no mask, no plexiglass barrier. I was greeted by a tech who left greasy hand prints on my dash. I asked for mobil 1 oil, I was told it was considered a bottled oil change. The pricing board listed a bottled oil change at $60. When they finished i handed my card over to the girl at the register, only to be given a receipt for $103.... when I questioned it she stated again thay it was a bottled oil change, so I showed her the price on the board and their justification was that my truck requires 6 qts of oil. $40 for an extra quart of oil???? I then spoke to the manager on the phone, he was extremely rude and told the girl at the counter to call the police if I wouldnt sign the receipt. Never have i had such a poor experience with an oil change shop or customer service in general.

Fast, friendly, reasonably priced oil change. I also appreciate that this place has the courage to put the 10 commandments on the side of the building! It’s a scarce thing in this land of the “free” nowadays. Thank you for putting the word of God up for all to see!!

I have nothing but great things to say about the guys at the Bradley Street Snappy Lube. I recently went for an oil change. When I told them I wanted high mileage oil and an additive (what the last place I went to recommended), they advised me that it was not necessary and was a waste of money. They then recommended a cheaper alternative. They also showed me that the current air filter that was installed was the wrong size (which I could clearly see) and was not even hooked up to the engine, but just laying in the air filter compartment. It is such a great feeling to know there is a place to go, where the shop is not only interested in taking your money, but doing what is best for me and my car. I will be a regular customer!!!

Pulled up and they took my car right in (there was no line). I needed an inspection and they let me know that I needed something small (light bulb) and I would soon need a tire. They quickly took care of that and I was on my way!

Bought a new truck and took it for inspection, they said my tires needed replaced but they would pass my truck but id have to buy new wipers from them and pay them to fix my tag lights,,, so they put new wiper blades on my truck which I found out later the ones that were on the truck when I bought it were only a week old,, then when I get home I checked what they did to my tag lights, they wired some new wire into a wiring harness on the rear of my truck, the connections were bare wires and not even taped up with electrical tape,, the I noticed the plastic where the light plugged in was broken so they just put the bulb in the hole and used some kind of blue sealant gasket maker to hold in in the hole..... my bill was like 80 dollars extra for them replacing wipers I didnt need and (re-wiring tag lights) so they said,, guess im lucky my truck didnt short out and burn up!!! STAY AWAY from these morons,, they will charge you for stuff you dont need and they dont know what they are doing!

***BEWARE***I just had these guys do my annual safety inspection on the 27th of December, and I passed with the exception of one tag light bulb that needed to be replaced. No big deal, right? On my way home I realized that I was overdue for an oil change, but it would have to wait as I was heading out of town. Today is the first day I drove the car since the inspection, and the first place I went was Snappy Lube for that oil change. Needless to say, I was a bit taken aback when the men working told me that I would need two more bulbs replaced (on opposite sides of the car) and a new air filter... Something isnt adding up, and Im not just talking about their teeth...Then, when I discussed this with my wife, she informed me that the guys at the other Snappy Lube location tried a similar thing with her! Ill be changing our oil at home from now on.

Fast but extremely expensive. $76 to change the oil in a Honda CR-V, granted it was synthetic oil, but Honda dealer in Florida charged $37. Will shop around next time.
