Nicest, most helpful people I’ve ever encountered at a parts store! This is the store to go to!

Battery died at motel in Maggie Valley. I call other parts stores for help but they would not come. Call Napa store They sent me a new battery and wanted to install it. God Bless and thank you.

I went there back when they first opened that location in Waynesville. The staff was NOT helpful and I ended up leaving because the guy upfront pretty much ignored me. It was just awkward, even my son said, whats that guys deal... And my son never says anything that doesnt pertain to his own needs lol. Havent been back since.
