Dishonest. And they dont stand by their word!!!! Ten days after i bought my car on June 16th 2021, the engine light went on. I called Washington Auto Group (Babal) and he told me to take it to a store and have them turn off the engine light.and then just drive it around, thst it would be ok. I know better than that. Also had a whistling sound when you would accelerate. Turned out to be an air pump injector snd a cracked exhaust manifold. Originally agreed to pay gor it all, but then said they would only pay 500.00. I had to pay 865.00. Then upon having my car repaired, the mechanic said the frame of the car is very dangerous. Big holes in the frame of the car. Three mechanic told me this is dangerous. Said they shouldnt have sold me the car this way. Originally Wahington Auto said they would take care of it. Then they kept procrastinating. And eventually said they werent gonna pay for it. And originally i dealt with Babal, and then he would never answer the phone. Hes the one that sold me the vehicle. But then this Carmen kept answering the phone and wouldnt let me talk to him. She kept saying that he was busy.

Horrible. I would not recommended this dealership to anybody. The car I was attempt to purchase didn’t go through the in-depth inspection they were suppose to. I walked off the dealership with 9 recalls on a cash car. Seriously considering contacting the BBB because it seems to me as though they are selling lemons. In addition the owner is very rude. Never have I ever experience this type of unprofessionalism in my life. Very disappointed after multiple conversations I drove some time to purchase a car I was told was accident free after the dealership purchased and I later found out they did they’re own body shop work. As I should of checked the car fax ethically I believed in what I thought was their honesty.

My husband and I recently purchased two cars from Washington Auto (LR3 and Charger). It was a great experience I typically dread car shopping/purchasing but Hector made it a wonderful, stress free process. I will buy all of my cars from them from now on. In addition to that they provide quality cars, and they care about the customer. They make sure you are happy and fully satisfied and they communicate throughout the entire process. Very very bad place to buy a car from.....we bought a super clean cadillac from this place, we were happy with the payments and even more happier with the so call customer service...until 3 days later when the car over heated while I was on the highway and it was scary. We called the owner and he said we could not exchange the car but he will get it fixed...to make a long story short we brought the car back to this dealership over 7 times in less then 3 months. We traded the car in at a different dealership...hopefully they

Sold me a car that could kill me! After driving on the highway a few times my battery power started to go down and the car started jerking!! About two minutes later a safety light comes on and totally disabled the vehicle forcing me to pull over in the middle of the highway! Took the care back to them and they keep giving me the run around about looking at it or fixing the problem! I would not recommend them to anyone who wants a decent used car!

The worst experience of my life. The next day of my purchase, the radiator broke down and the repair wasnt covered by warranty Hector gave me. I paid 800 bucks to fix the car. Hector said he was going to pay back but that never happened. Few weeks after, I replaced a broken passenger tire. Hector doesnt know much about warranty so be careful when dealing with him. He his nice when he meet you and once the deal is made, he doesnt care anymore, Washington auto group either.

I was interested in a car that was posted online. I responded to the text I received after my inquiry. I asked if anything was wrong with the car. No text back about that. I emailed them and then they called back on my off day--very good. When speaking on the phone I asked if anything was wrong with it and he told me there was a 3 month warranty he provides. Ok.So because I dont have a car, I had to get a ride there, which is a half hour away.I paid for cashiers checks to be made because he doesnt take checks. Another ride I needed to the bank.First thing I hear is they are bringing the car out. Then, that speakers dont work because they are disconnected. So we couldnt test that. He then showed us another on his computer but it was $2000 more than what I was looking to spend.Took it for a test drive anyway. We see an as-is on the sales tag (how would there be a warranty then?). We also discovered the a/c wasnt working and one of the windows wouldnt roll down and another moved very slowly.Had he told me this ahead of me getting a ride down there, I would have been willing to ask about other cars in my price range. I made sure to ASK to avoid surprises.If they were completely honest before me having to find a ride there and make time in my busy schedule, I would probably consider buying a different vehicle in my price range.Since this wasnt the case, they lost a potential sale. Now, I have to take the cashiers checks back to the bank (get another ride), all because he wasnt forthcoming about the vehicle.

Hector and friends took real good care of us. Helped with financing, (although you might want to check into your own bank first for a little better rate). We purchased a newer Chevy cruze. It had some work done tonit from an accident, but all the little details to get it back into shape were taken care of. They stood behind the same and the vehicle until we were satisfied even after they had been paid. You are buying a used car, so make sure you know what you are getting into. These guys took real good care of us though unlike past experiences Ive had with other local dealers. Very Good experience

I thought that these guys were honest and trustworthy,,instead greedy dishonest very disrespectful,,I purchased the car of my dreams a 07 Volvo on my way home the transmission light came on,I took a pic and sent it to hector the lead salesman, took the truck back,they said they fixed it,but 2weeks later same thing,I call and told them,they tell me its not true, Ive took pics,took the car and had it put on machine,,my transmission needs rebuilding,,I told the manager of Washington auto, all he said was Im Lying,,Im going forward to the better business Bureau and explain my experience,,buyer please beware,,,,,Its February 2021 my Transmission finally went out,why they told me its nothing wrong with my transmission, im angry and know one,wants to fix volvos but they are still living there life no stress

I got a chevrolet malibu 2010 from washington auto group and it was the Worst experienced I had, radio, keyless control didnt work and no sensors on the tires. They promise to fix everything and after a few days they said that they were not going to fix anything. So my advice is Dont Buy Here find somewhere alse . I would not recommend this place. Like everyone says Hector is really nice at first but after you make the deal he and the owner they denied everything.

Never ever will I get a car from here again I got a 2009 cc sports vw from here the same week I got it rear main seal mess up,oil pan also the timing chain now the engine going bad had it for 9 months took it back to them they claim everything was fixs still having problems with it right now😢

Came in to finance a vehicle. The engine is going out only had it for a couple months. Yea hector was a saint but come on be fair to your customers. Who wants to pay a car note and pay to get a engine. I wont be referring no one to them.

Disappointed seemed every car I checked out was pretty rough didnt convince me and attention to customer was pretty poor in my opinion seeing that I was the only customer there at the moment was left alone about 3 or 4 times during my 30 minute visit
