There are not enough stars for me to rate this place. Ive visited it 4 or 5 times now in past two weeks or so. Here is my short review. Detailed one to follow.1. Clean. Everywhere.Tables, floor, counter, self serve drink area, restrooms (could almost eat off floor), parking lot, customer cleaned tables like bread company, but still clean.2. Best Cheesburger Ive had in my 65 years on earth. Except my mothers that is.3. Best Strawberry Sunda Ive had. Plain and simple.4. Best Mushroom appetizer Ive had ever. Plain and simple.From my conversations with a few local customers whos brain I picked while there. This place has been here awhile and everyone knows about it. Dont know why I didnt.Oh, to go orders taken.And.Ive never waiting more that 5 minutes after ordering.Oh, the photo of those pictures on wall are actually awards given out by the The Missourian, and selected by the readers and those who visited this place.

Old time atmosphere. The best cheeseburgers and fries in Franklin county. You can’t go wrong here.

We heard how good the Dairy Delight was through a friend and wanted to get cones to go. We arrived at 7:55 and they would not serve us. I guess we will not know how good it is because we are headed home with 6 hour drive ahead of us.

Has small town feel. Staff was friendly. Food was adequate but nothing make me want to go back.

Very fantastic. Food is very tasty, the workers are extremely kind. They got to know my name and asked me about how things were going. Very kind and I would highly recommend eating here. Pricing is very fair, food quality is very good, and the milkshakes are to die for. Very nice little place for a good dinner.

Food was good service wasnt so good I ordered my food got it 10 mins later when they called my name I asked nicely for a side of pickles and the kid said I dont know if they could do that aside of pickles really then when I asked if he could check the kids in the back were making fun of me for asking for a side of pickles saying I got a pickle for him and laughing all loud smh I thought it was nor al to ask for a side of pickles and this was 6/30/2021 @at 7pm I dont know if Ill be back now

I only had their ice cream, but it was very good. But more than anything this store has a great small town feel. While I was there I saw friends bump into each other and exchange greetings. A counter person was super sweet to an elderly woman whom she obviously knew. Charming home town feel!

This little place has been around forever and has great diner burger. I enjoy the fish sandwich with gooey cheese and tartar sauce also. Also a great place to go for an icecream treat.

Everyone loves this place, the people are nice but I do not see what the big deal is. Relatively small portions for the cost, also its a little dusty inside. Fish sandwich was good though and the kids love it here

Definitely an awesome burger shop! They use cheese sauce on their burgers, too, which is pretty cool. Their fries are hot and delicious, and the burger doneness was just right. Dairy Delight also offers plenty of choices as far as ice cream goes. From scoops and cones, to concretes, theyve got a good selection of not only classic, but other flavors. I absolutely LOVE getting the German Chocolate shake. Drink refills are free, and toppings for the burgers arent too expensive. Ive seen theyve won plenty of rewards, SEVERAL years in a row, and quite frankly... I think I can safely say that theyve earned it.

Man I love this place! This is what I remember fast food being like when I was a boy- hot, fresh, messy and delicious burgers that take 2 hands to eat! A friendly atmosphere where food is cooked to order and familys can enjoy a meal together!

Took the kids for lunch and they loved it! Reminds me of the old fashioned diners my grandpa took me to 40 years ago. Prices are fair too. We had a cone, a cyclone, and a sundae for dessert and each one was perfect. The staff is super friendly too.

Many of the restaurants are local. This is one of them. Everything here is made by hand. They have burgers, fries, ice cream, cyclones, and more. The employees are kind and sweet. The only complaint I have is that the cheese tase weird to me.

Food was great! Have been eating healthy since the first if the year so a good old fashioned cheeseburger, fries and chocolate shake were on the list! It was really cold in the restaurant so I ate with my jacket on and the girl behind the counter wasnt very pleasant but overall enjoyed the experience!

Ordered a sundae and didnt get barely any toppings and it came in a cup. Tried telling me their sundaes only come that way, but their pictures on the walls show otherwise. Pointed that out to them. Asked for a refund and they offered to make me another. But I didnt want another bad sundae. So I didnt get my money back even though thats what I requested. Left with nothing. Wont be back.

The best place in the area for milkshakes. But they also have good burgers as well. One of the few places you can get fried ravioli in town. I fully recommend you give it a try...

Love this little hometown small town feel burger and ice cream joint! During their busy lunch rushes they do an excellent job getting the food out rather quickly since they make to order. I go here often after school with my friends. The manager had a run-in with my mother which added up to be a very hilarious friendship. It basically involves my mother shoving an ice cream cone up a friends nose. Every time I go up there me and the manager have a good chat and then I buy some ice cream. Then to the corner I go with my group. Lol.

The grandkids love this place. It has ice cream for dessert after they eat their lunch.

Double cheeseburger rivals any burger from ANY restaurant in the area! The fresh natural beef in the burgers and fresh milk and cream in the ice cream make this place one of the BEST of the few remaining mom and pop burger and shake joints! Do yourself a flavor (pun intended) and stop in for a burger and shake! The gooey cheese is freaking amazing! The only other burgers that even come close is IN-n-OUT burger in Los Angeles,Ca. If you ever get a chance eat there too! Neither will disappoint..im a fat guy and I approve this message

I was extremely disappointed. I spend a good chunk of my time hunting for fried mushrooms. You should have seen how excited I was when I heard they served them. They also advertised a mushroom Swiss burger and I was told they had the best shakes in town. However after spending $25 just to find everything as bland and tasteless as nursing home food, well, lets just say I will never go back. Even McDonalds was better.
