Great ice cream as usual at any Dazs. Had seating outside and inside. The milkshake was good, and still has the best mint chip Ive had so far.

They have lots of choices and flavors!Clean place and staff are friendly.The only issue is parking lots!

Haagen-Dazs brings me good memories from old days. I’ve been to different locations in Nevada, California, Florida, DC, Texas. I’ve loved their ice cream since I was a teen and would go to the mall and could only afford to buy an ice cream and people watch but this place is always consistently great. I always get the dulce de leche Sunday, it’s the perfect mix of dulce de leche ice cream with bananas more ice cream, whipped cream and more dulce de leche drizzled all over. It’s almost perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner or sure a snack would work too. The place was spotless clean and the area is a nice area were you can walk alone and feel safe and find parking near by. We went close to closing time and the customers continued to come but they continued to serve them and greet them, unlike other ice cream places that don’t want to serve you(we came from another shop were they sent us away due to them not wanting to work because it was 15 mins before closing). I will continue to come to Haagen-Dazs and to this specific location whenever I’m in the area.

Good service, good ice cream, but bring back tastings! No excuse anymore when everyone is taking their mask off to taste their ice cream while waiting to pay anyway.

Cold Stone feels beneath me after stepping foot in this place.I have never really paid attention to Haagen Dazs because I always felt it was over priced and just wasn’t that good. Boy was I wrong (not about the overpriced part) We were on a late night munchie run and wanted something elegant to go with the gelato (if you catch my drift) Cold Stone closed a half an hour early…why? We don’t know. So we hit the googles for some ideas and stumbled across Haagen Dazs in Georgetown and man was that a great move. The only gripe I have with them which isn’t really their fault is the location. We had to drive deep into Georgetown from NE DC to get some ice cream. I don’t know if that’s dedication or just some high a** activity but the journey was worth it. We’ll be back for sure and we’ll make sure to plan the night out accordingly beforehand. Or just do it again all over…gelato man smh

Häagen-Dazs has the best ice cream ( caramel cone) in the world 😆 I love love love it. I wouldve gave them 5 stars but they never wanna give you what you paid for. I get 3 scoops everytime, and everytime I get shortened on my 3rd scoop. I may just be greedy🤣🤣🤣

The place was fabulous. The service was very good. The server was very patient as I was trying different flavors. Ice Cream was smooth and tasty ❤.Its costly but totally worth it.I would recommend you should try it once, twice, thrice...... everytime you come by Häagen-Dazs.

The icecreams were awesome as always. Thanks to store guy we still got 5 milkshakes and a icecream tub served even when we entered the store 1 minute before store closing.

Great spot to get some delicious ice cream. This location stays open late too (2am on some days) so you can grab some after dinner or the movies. Staff was friendly and courteous. I had two scoops in a waffle bowl of my favorite flavors, cookie dough and cookies and cream, which was a perfect end to a long day. Go check them out!

CORONAVIRUS WARNING: The manager refuses to wear a mask or ask that customers wear a mask in this location. Don’t be fooled by the sign on the door stating a mask is needed - they don’t enforce the rule here and it’s not a safe place to eat.

Its pretty overpriced to be honest. You could buy a box of Hagen Daz for the price of a small scoop here. But the rest of the stuff like sundaes are pretty good.

I did have issues ordering online and tried calling. Eventually they found out the issue and let the deliver be delivered.

Amazing ice cream and shakes! They were open till midnight on a Thursday which was perfect since my group of friends just flew in from all over the country--and some drove the whole day--and just needed a nice dessert upon reaching D.C.

A nice spot that happens to be in a busy location. This spot was so clutch when it was summer. You can go in there and cool down with some ice cream or a refreshing fresh smoothie. There are spots to sit inside and and the staff is nice and friendly.

Workers were quick and pleasant. Decent variety of flavors. They dont do mix ins like marble slab. They have some toppings though. However I could tell the strawberry toppings were originally frozen.

Place is a little crowded and there is just one bathroom, so going there expecting to use the bathroom is kind of unrealistic. On the food, traditional Häagen-Dazs ice cream, meaning great, and price is also their usual, meaning slightly pricey.I tried the pineapple and coconut flavor, the pralines and cream, and the white chocolate and raspberries. Absolutely recommended the pineapple and coconut, just wonderful, with small pineapple bites included

Came to this place for the first time and the staff was super nice offering us samples of various flavors. Got the Dulce de Leche and it was delicious. Will definitely return to try for more.

Honestly was randomly walking by and seeing lots of people chowing down on these ice cream cones 🍦 I bit into the marketing and wanted 1 on this hot Spring Day. Im stopped by the HD manager proclaiming Free Cone Day! I said Ooooooooo .....Yeah, I needs that. I thought 💭 theres no way. But then I stood in the line going out the door 🚪 and just 5mins later Cookie Dough Bliss. But tight space and no second cone made this experience just less than perfect.

Ice cream was great but service was average. The servers did not bother much about customer satisfaction.

The most recent time I came here, it was not a welcome experience. The cashier said the brownies were made the same day, that the manager was not there, I had to come back, etc. Minutes later, the manager came from the back, gave me a refund for the stale brownie (the brownie from the same makers that I ate 2 days prior that had been moist and delicious).

Blah walked in and it just smelled of cigarette smoke.

I go to Haagen Dazs coz Im obsessed with their ice cream. I know there are plenty of other mom-and-pop ice cream places that are much better than this; but this is one chain that I am a slave of...And no other place serves better Haagen Dazs than their store in Georgetown, DC. There is something magical about this place - all the people walking about, the whole Georgetown atmosphere, and me having my favorite ice cream, or something - but Haagen Dazs at this store is second to none!Had 2 scoops here on my last trip here last night.My choice for the night were Chocolate Chocolate Chip and Vanilla Chocolate Chip - yes chocolate overload. That was topped with Hot Caramel syrup - HEAVEN!I like the staff here - kudos to them for handling the crazy amount of people frequenting this place...

$20 for two ice creams?? I know this is DC but that is kind of ridiculous...
