My experience with cups in cones was great! The owner was polite and very personable. She made her ice cream with so much style and flare. I will definitely be back!

Waited in a line, wasn’t bad. Seemed pretty popular. Ice cream was good. Had nothing else on the menu available except for coffee. We wanted milkshakes and smoothies originally but could not. The employee scooping the ice cream kept flinging it across the ice cream bar. Kinda gross. She had to redo ours several times. The other employee in the room was complaining. Spoons and napkins were not there to grab. Bathroom trash was overflowing everywhere with no soap in the bathroom. It was cute, but we will stick to Scoops.

Delicious ice cream, lovey location with undercover outside seating. Very friendly lady serving, wearing a mask, who asked others to wait outside while she served us. Highly recommend.

Cute ice cream shop with friendly staff. Sit down balcony overlooking the Pamlico river and a great ambiance. Everything looked so good so asked for recommendations. Tried their sea salt cold coffee per staff recommendation and it was just delicious. Must visit in Washington.

Well priced and a decent cup of coffee. I will return provided covid stays out of the way. I do wish ice-cream shops carried lactose free products. I cannot tell you how the treats were bc I cannot have regular ice cream.
