The best coffee I have ever ever had at any place. The syrups are delicious. That first sip is always delicious. Food is always great too! Great customer service and always offer my dog a pupcup which I love!!

Tried for the first time the other day, and it was really really good! I had the mocha frappe and i thought it was actually better than Starbucks Frappes. The girl in the orange box/trailer thingy was friendly, too.

I really enjoy going to Exit 11! The girls are always friendly, the service is always fast and the coffee is delicious! I am glad they have more than one location too! Definitely a coffee shop I recommend.

My boyfriend and I came to Washington today and decided to come through the drive thru. We ordered the brisket biscuit breakfast sandwich and we were super impressed!! It was so fresh and different than any breakfast sandwich we’ve ever had. And absolutely delicious!! And of course, we love the cold brew with the coffee cubes in it. It’s still my favorite cold brew anywhere! Glad to see a small business that cares, expanding.

They have pretty decent coffee here. My wife on the other hand thinks they have some of the best coffee in Washington so yeah 5 stars because my wife said so.

I grab a Jack Frost and breakfast most mornings on my way to work. Love love love this place I wish the one in Union was more in town I end up going to Washington because the Union one is too far out of my way on my way to work.

I wanted to order a hot flavored coffee like a turtle, salted caramel mocha, or pumpkin spice, etc. Something with all the ingredients already in there and they didnt have anything like that on the menu when I asked.

They are still pre-pulling their espresso and storing it in a plastic squeeze bottle; that’s a bit off-putting when you expect fresh espresso. Of course they’re getting away with it because not everyone knows how espresso should be made, let alone owns a decent espresso machine.If you go to literally any other good coffee shop, you will find espresso is pulled/made to order.Even if you’re just getting a cup of hot coffee, you wouldn’t want them to reach into the fridge, grab a container of pre-brewed coffee, pour it in a mug, and then heat it up, would you?Their employees are all very friendly, but I feel bad for them in terms of dealing with management; the owners think wearing face masks aren’t necessary, but wearing make-up is.

I went for my 1st visit and it was exactly as I thought it would be.... Now I think Im hooked.The ladies were very nice and polite. The coffee was cold and icy just how I like it and I could actually taste the Caramel in my Caramel Frappe, not just mostly coffee with a hint of Caramel. Keep up the good work!

I enjoy visiting the drive-thru because the baristas are always very pleasant and quick. Still, the beverages are very milky and the espresso tastes old. I go back because the service is great, but I rarely enjoy the coffee as much as I enjoy my coffee from home or from other shops.edit: I did fill out an employment interest form to Exit 11 and to many other businesses in Washington as I was looking for summer work (thus why I was not considered for employment at Exit 11. They were looking for a longer commitment). Still, I was employed as a barista for a year and a half before moving back to Washington and have experience with espresso and other coffee. Espresso that is days old does not taste good to me. Thanks for the interesting reply, owners!

I cant say enough Positive things about Exit 11 and the owners. For starters I started going there when it was just the coffee shop, and now they have two drive thru locations! I am excited they have one in union! I would use to drive out of my way just so that I could get a cup of GOOD coffee. If I were to compare their coffee to Starbucks or Panera.. well its 100x better. I get a little sad when I travel they dont have a location everywhere! The food is excellent as well!! If you havent tried their breakfast burritos, they are a must try! They are made with organic and locally sourced ingredients and it totally makes a difference. Its awesome to see owners who care so much about quality and consistency. They are also very efficient, with the drive thru locations you wont be waiting as long as you do in any other fast food drive thru. Hands down my FAVORITE coffee shop EVER!!

This is my favorite place for coffee. Ive never had a bad experience, everything is so fresh and they have such nice staff, they remember what coffee you like. They have their own espresso machine,make a lot of things from scratch and your can tell the quality as soon as you take that delicious first sip! Not to mention they have really good food too, and many different kinds of tea if youre not a coffee person. Definitely worth the trip if youre around Washington! 😁🍵☕
