There are so many options of different flavored macaroons! it’s unbelievably yummy! i got the butter beer flavor because i love harry potter! it says 9 3/4 on it and it’s so cute!!! it came a little cracked but not to bad and it still tasted amazing and just the butter beer you can get at harry potter world!!!! definitely recommend it!

The store is located down and street that is on a walk only path. The gift boxes are great and present well for Macaron lovers.

Great macarons, the only downside is the price but honestly thats going to happen anytime you buy them in the US. Highly recommend the churro, blueberry cheesecake and wedding flavors.

Ive been to the Olivia Macaron kiosk in Tysons Mall (level 2 near Victorias Secret) multiple times in recent months. They have tons of macaron flavors and all are fresh and delicious! A box of macarons makes a special gift. Highly recommend!

Little out of the main Street area so took me a second to find but, macaron!!!!! They have some amazing flavors! Its a nice little coffee shop to get out of the rush traffic and take a short break with macarons! And everyone needs color in this world sometimeS, theyve got the colors!

We ordered Macarons for a Bridal shower from here. They allow you to put your order in in advance, and pick them up fresh the day of the event. We had 2 trays, as well as boxes and ribbons that would be used to individually package them up as gifts. They came out very well, and people raved about how nice they looked. They did forget to give us the boxes at first, but a quick order check clarified things and they got us all the items we needed. Cute shop to visit as well, where you can taste a nice mix of flavors that they provide. Good at what they do.

This place is a little difficult to find. However, it was very clean and well decorated. However, I felt like the price for macaroons was way to high. Kind of a special thing, not something you are going to come to weekly.

Very knowledgeable about allergens, will show you full ingredients list for each flavor. Super kind and cheerful staff, great coffee.

Sent holiday boxes thru the mail to multiple family members over the holidays. One of the few companies in the area that sent fresh baked goods across the US. Never tried them myself but my family raved! Loved how I could customize the box too. Can’t wait to try in person because everyone is asking for more! Thanks!!

I havent been in D.C. for long, but am already a repeat repeat customer! As loathe as I am to spend big bucks on M Street, the treats here are totally worth it. A little bit of the back-streets of Paris tucked away that pairs well with some vegan tacos from nearby Chaia. Looking forward to many more macarons to survive my MA!

Great tasting macarons. I dont have much experience with this treat, as this was my first time tasting these expensive delicacies. Theyre worth the hype, such a different taste and texture. I had a sample of the chocolate pretzel and bought the smore macaron. Both were wonderful. My only problem is that the prices are a bit steep. $2.70 is a bit much for one macaron and the set prices arent much better.

Wonderful experience, easy online ordering and gift box customization for Mothers Day. The customer service rep reached out to me after I placed my order online to confirm delivery date. My gift was originally supposed to be delivered on a Saturday, but it didnt show up for some reason and it was so easy to get back in touch with customer service. They were able to send a special delivery out on Sunday even though it is not one of their regular days of delivery. Would definitely order with them again!

The place is cute. They have really a nice selection macaroons, very colorful. The price is a little bit steep and it is a walk depending where you park.

Came in around 4 pm today. Every time I am in Georgetown I make sure to stop by here and get a few macaroons! They also have free water for customers which is great after a long day of walking!

The macarons are outstanding, but so expensive! Also, if youre driving, park in a nearby garage and walk the rest of the way. The shop is down an alley and treacherous to figure out when following GPS directions.

One of worst Valentines Day operations I’ve ever seen. Only 1 person working with long lines of people waiting to pickup online orders and no one answering the phones. I felt so bad for the poor gentlemen they had working.

While the macarons were delicious, the staff was nice, and the interior is cute, the price is a bit ridiculous, but I guess thats just how it is.

The company has a good range of flavors. I ordered from their site and when they arrived, some macarons didn’t look so good. Some were melted and crumbled instantly from my touch. They were decent macarons but I’ve had some of better quality.

My wife, children, and I went here for desert. The selection of tasty treats was impressive! The service was spot on! We ate in the store with a fresh mocha and enjoyed every minute of our time in this quaint pastry shop!

A small, cute corner store with beautiful decorations and amazing macaroons. They have a great selection of flavors and the majority are spectacularly flavor-packed and delicious. The service is also phenomenal -- my friend and I stopped by about ten minutes before they closed, but the staff was still super friendly and helpful. We got a box of seven and tried the blueberry cheesecake, lemon, raspberry, and red velvet, and they were all fantastic. My favorite was the raspberry, and his was the red velvet. Its definitely a bit pricey, but on par with most other shops that sell macaroons. I will most certainly be headed back here soon.

I Visited Georgetowns Olivia Macaroon with my boyfriend for the first time this past Saturday afternoon April 8, 2017 and we had a most wonderful experience!! Staff was friendly and helpful and the macaroons were very fresh and delicious! I got a variety of macaroons! 14 in a box plus they even gift wrapped it with a red bow for a dollar more! Wasnt sure which ones to get as they all looked so delicious! The staff was great at guiding me to the most popular choices and I was very pleasantly impressed with all the flavors!! My stand out favorites were the salted caramel, red velvet and the chocolate!! If you go, be sure to try those flavors as they are scrumptious!!! I look forward to returning soon to try the many other flavors they offer!! Thumbs up to the staff for the great customer service and the absolutel delicious macaroons! They are the best!!! 😀😀

What a colorful little shop! I quite enjoyed the macaroons that they had, particularly the variety. The price can be a bit much, but that tends to be the case with macaroons in general, especially in such a trendy neighborhood. There isnt much with regards to seating, and their wheelchair lift was out of service when we went in.

It was amazing!!! You can get all 16 types. The boxes only hold 14 so you might have to exclude two or get another package. My personal favourite was the wedding almond. I also prefer the macaroons refrigerated. Over all, wonderful!!

I just encountered the rudest young lady at your location. After having a sample my friends and I were attempting to decide what flavor to purchase. Once decided, I ordered two items. The salesperson was initially rude, but I ignored her. She mumbled the total and when I asked her to repeat the total she yelled. Needless to say I declined to make a purchase. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. If I could give a 0, I would.

Definitely the best macarons Ive had in DC. They have some of the traditional flavors and some which are out there. But all of them were great.I recommend the red velvet and the cheesecake flavored ones! Highly recommend going here

The macarons were very flavorful. They had lots of flavor options to choose from. Prices were a tad high, though for an occasional treat werent that bad. It was a little difficult to find if you arent familiar with the area. Staff was very friendly.

The macarons are definitely overpriced at $2.50 each, but Ive heard good reviews of this place, so I was excited to try out their offerings. Unfortunately, none of the various flavors I bought tasted as advertised. I wish I was able to sample some of them, so it wouldnt have been such a disappointing purchase. Also, watch out for the 5c fee for having your purchase bagged.

What a wonderful shop! The macarons are expensive, but theyre worth it. I bought a box of fourteen and didnt eat one for a couple days but when I finally got to them they were still moist and delicious with a slightly crisp outside. Fruity pebbles seems like a weird flavor at first but theyre tasty too.I didnt order any of the coffee drinks but I expect they are just as quality as the rest.Service was friendly and prompt. Pretty good. They arent Laudreé but the texture is nice. The Rose is a nice flavor, slightly strong. The vanilla was nice too. Overall, they are nice size and have great texture with good flavor.

The variety of flavors here are great and reasonably priced too (well reasonably priced for a macaroon, that is). I spent $15 for 7 and bought a small cappuccino that was, in my opinion, a bit too small but of outstanding quality. A nice place to spend an hour with a girlfriend gossiping over some tasty treats ;)

I had a $25 gift certificate from Hilton to spend and Olivia was one of the vendors on the list. So I decided on a $30 package -- after picking out my flavors and having them packed I gave the clerk the gift certificate ($25) and cash (balance of purchase). The clerk couldnt accept the combination of gift certificate and cash!? The only recourse to using the gift certificate was to spend under the amount of the gift certificate and lose the balance. This seems totally illogical to me and not very customer service oriented.

I was really excited to try Olivias! The shop looked so welcoming, unfortunately the customer service did not match. I was ignored as soon as I walked and and waited 10 minutes, with no recognition, while all 3 employees working took the time to wait on 1 customer. All around not a good experience. Very disappointed

I called and asked if their macrons were certified gluten free and the response I received (presumably speaking with a manager or owner) was “our macrons are gluten free and certified Kosher.” Ok - not my question. Kosher and gluten free cannot and should not be associated. The two are unrelated. When I asked her again she said “there is no gluten free certification.” Ok - wrong. There are many. I don’t feel comfortable with this company boasting “gluten free” when they associate gluten free and kosher in the same sentence, and are abundantly unaware of certification programs. I asked because I got sick the last time I ate these.Note to owner: take a couple days to study celiac disease and certification programs. Your marketing is misleading and your staff is poorly trained to handle inquiries on the topic.

I recently had a very disturbing experience here. The macarons were sub par you taste more almonds than anything else as far as flavor goes although the customer service was great. I went by after work this passed Thursday and ordered 2 macarons. While I was eating them a casually dressed female walked in with a child and frantically began meddling with things. A few moments later I heard her scolding the two young ladies who were working. Which made me assume she was a manager. I couldnt quite hear everything but what I did hear was very unkind. I heard her telling her employees they were replaceable and not paying attention with a rude undertone, but what I heard very clearly is he bark the words you had better stop smirking at me as if she were talking to a dog and storm out. the level of respect she had for those employees or people I should say was very minimal. I felt it very unprofessional and being in the hospitality industry myself I was appalled.

This is my favorite macaron place in all of D.C. The macarons are delicate to look at but are full of flavor. They always look so beautiful. Also, their storefront is appealing to the eye with the way they decorate it for the Holidays and throughout the year. They have regular flavors like raspberry and earl grey however they also have interesting flavors like grapefruit and mojito. All of them are delicious.

Delicious Intelligentsia coffee drinks will get you hooked...even if youre not a macaron lover (I like them better than over-rated cupcakes!). They have about 10 standard flavors and then rotate 2-3 seasonal flavors - like the Pumpkin for Halloween or Champagne macaron for New Years. And say hi to Joelle - shes the friendliest store manager, always smiling and chatty. In contrast, the store owner who is sometimes there is faux friendly, so one star less for that, but otherwise a good stop.

Not only are the macarons gorgeous to look at, but they taste like absolute heaven. The flavors are all fantastic, especially the honey lavender, blood orange, and pistachio.

I have only been to Olivia Macaron once, and it was to pick up an online order for a colleagues birthday surprise. The staff were very friendly, and the macarons themselves were extremely delicious. I particularly enjoyed a seasonal flavor -- spicy chocolate in honor of Cinco de Mayo. They were reasonably priced, and I would definitely go back for more, whether for a special occasion or just for anytime. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who lives in the D.C. area, or even to those who are just visiting!
