Reserved a suit in two sizes over email and came in to try them on. The staff were all wearing masks and the store was not busy at all. Was able to get fitted and purchased my suit within 30 mins.

Ask for Marietta. Youre welcome. She helped me find 4 great shirts, including one from their travel collection that is probably the most comfortable shirt Ive ever worn. She didnt try to sell me on things I wasnt there for - just let me wander around then offered great recommendations based on what Id picked for myself. And she complimented me on my shoes, so there you go...Plus, another guy noticed I still had the tacking stitch on a coat Id bought recently and removed it instead of calling the police and having me arrested :)Great staff.

Amazing service by the African American gentlemen. Helped me and my mother to get a taxi in the rain, treated us with the most utter respect and managed to sell us a amazing tuxedo. All of Bosss store should have guys like him! Love from Ecuador!

My wife and I visited this store and both of us had a great experience. Heres a Big Thank You to Antoine who helped us! He was incredibly courteous, very knowledgeable about both store selection and style, and was able to make our experience very pleasant. We needed some tailoring done and Antoine and his manager took care of everything and as promised Antoine was able to get us the suit incredibly quickly. Antoine also pleasantly surprised me by adding a bottle of nice cologne to my bag as we were checking out - he totally guessed the scent preferences too as I ended up wearing this cologne daily.Store itself is new, very clean and is located in a very nice area. I definitely recommend checking it out.

The person who helped me was awesome after I spent 15 minutes walking the floor of a store with only one customer in it looking for help.That part was weird.Honestly, the tailor they use isnt great either.However, once you have their attention its a pretty good experience.

I was helped by a young gentleman named Antoine Washington. I cannot stress enough how helpful he was throughout the entire experience. He was prompt with service (even offering a beverage), ready to answer questions, and quick to give suggestions when asked. I highly recommend both this store and Antoine specifically.

Corporate Hugo Boss store, so therefore carries most of the lines. Michelle took excellent care of me. She knew my sizing better than I did, and made excellent recommendations. Wonderful experience.

It seems like the people who work at this location do not care about their sales or the customers in general.I needed to return a pair of shoes that I purchased online from Hugo Boss official website, and I wanted a different pair of shoes instead. For some reason, this store couldnt apply the credit for the returned shoes towards the new purchase. Instead, I had to buy a new pair by paying the full price, and the online store had to refund me for the old pair. It seemed strange to me that this store pretty much had nothing to do with the official online #HugoBoss store. For example, when I switched an item in Boston (Copley Place), I just paid the price difference.So, I picked a new pair of shoes, the problem is that this store did not have the right size, so an associate placed an order for me to be delivered to the store. He promised the shoes in the right size will be delivered to the store in 3 days max. I called in 3 days, no shoes. The person who picked up the phone asked who placed the in-store order for me, and since I did not remember the name of the associate, I had to describe his physical features. Theres no sales associates name on their receipt. Apparently that very associate was not in store that time, and so the person on the phone promised they would call me back.10 days later, I call them again. The same thing repeats: questions what the associate who placed the order looked like, etc. I asked if they could look up the status of this order by the order or transaction number, but the answer was No, - this stores system doesnt allow them to do that. The person on the phone took my contacts (AGAIN) and promised that somebody would be in touch with me asap. 3 days later - Call them again, and again after being put on hod a couple of times - no traces of shoes! Though this time I was promised that this would go to the manager, who would contact me.After waiting for 16 days, I just wanted my refund. Now I need to go back to the store with my credit card and process the refund in the store. Waste of time and expectations of such high brand as Hugo Boss!Not only the store system is very inefficient to make normal purchase translation, but also the lack of service (or I should probably say indifferent attitude) are the components of very unfortunate experience!I would not recommend shopping from this store, and the management should pay closer attention to the operations!

Salesmen lie to costumers to sell their products.I have been told from a salesman that they have warranty on wallets, and after using the wallet for 2 months, it appeared how bad quality it is. When I decided to take the wallet back, the manager told me that they dont have warranty on them and the salesman who sold me the wallet is new and doesnt know the policies and he cant do anything to help me.I called customer services to find a solution, they told me to contact the corporation via email. I emailed them, they asked me to contact costumer services for help.

It is a nice spacious store. Friendly and helpful staff EXCEPT the store manager. The young lady is grumpy, arrogant and has a weird attitude. I think the brand should choose store staff more carefully if they dont want to be discredited like this. AND, if you come in for alterations, know that they have a 3 week turnaround for any basic service including hemming pants. 3 WEEKS, haha can you believe it? In any case, I think shopping online is so much more convenient- hundreds on items on sale on the web site, fast delivery. They accept online returns in the store.

Inherent in every brand is a promise. The pillars that hold up Hugos brand promise are exemplary customer service and well-made, fashionable clothing. My recent experience at the Washington DC CityCenter Hugo Boss shattered that foundation & broke the brands promise. In late June, I purchased items from Hugo & ordered another suit for purchase after transfer. Upon purchase and again the day I came in for tailoring, I was promised the clothes would be ready by July 18 (a very long time in my mind for high-end brand). July 18 came and went without any communication until I called, which put an unnecessary burden on me, the customer who spent 1000s of dollars. When I called the store on July 20, I was told the clothes were ready and when I inquired about the second suit Id ordered they again put the burden on me to remember which suit Id chosen weeks ago. At this point, Im passing on the 2nd suit (too much work for me to figure our Hugos mishap). Overall, I feel frustrated & let down by the brand.
