This store had a lot of clothing to choose from. They had TONS of accessories, jeans, tees, dresses, etc. It is a very well organized store and easy to navigate. The employees were kind and catered to all the needs I had. It’s very clean inside and you can find just about anything there.

The store has a clean and fashionable appearance. The manager needs to make sure that, whomever she hired to ensure items needed by customers stay stocked and replenished. I was at the lip gloss counter by the cash register, had to ask for assistance with obtaining a gloss applicator to dip into the community container. Did they think EVERYONE would be cool with rubbing a gloss stick, that others used, on their lips, on theirs. NO! Secondly, I want to know why the POPULAR and INSPIRATIONAL champion attire is not on sale like the Tommy Hilfiger apparel?

This was my first visit to an UO, and I truly loved shopping here. The store was arranged nicely, it was clean, staff was very helpful, and the checkout process was superb. I love my bag that I received with my purchase 💜Thank you!

Selection okay, but geeze, train the cashiers to work faster. It seriously took about 15 minutes to check out and there was 2 people in front of me (and neither of them had more than 3 items). I was thinking I was going to have to add more $$ to the meter outside.

I honestly wouldnt shop here myself (being there are either too many rips in the jeans or too much skin showing) but kudos to Urban Outfitters. Their clothes are trendy and modern and if hats how you roll go for it.We all have our own individual style and Urban Outfitters finds a way to appeal to that taste yet still make it modern and popularPut your hands together for URBAN OUTFITTERS!!💲👚👜

Found some great deals here, picked up a few items and saved a pretty penny coming here too. This location is pretty well organized and kept petty clean too.

If I could rate the store and the employees separately I would. For me a small framed male, the selection at this store was terrible. But I would rate the employees at a 5 star. Lake especially would be given ten stars, welcoming, Friendly, and overall the most helpful associate I’ve had the pleasure to experience at any Urban Outfitters,. I would have to rate Morgan as an eight star, she searched in the back room for me to find something that may fit for and ended up finding a couple of things. So overall I had a good experience because of the staff. But the products should also include small sizes.

Review is strictly for their selection of new vinyl... Which is surprisingly good, with a nice mix of retro discs like purple rain, Britney Spears, and nevermind, and brand new releases. I deducted one star because not all of their pricing is competitive, and also because the display was complete chaos and it was very difficult to find anything. Otherwise surprisingly good

This store is always closed for breaks Ive tried to visit the last 3 days. not a great way to bounce back after the store was closed for 3 months.

This is a nice Urban Outfitters location. The store is spacious -- like many Urban Outfitters, it has an upstairs section as well -- the staff are helpful and the location is very convenient (right in the heart of Gallery Place). Prices are a little high, but its a good stop.

They are having a before Christmas sale. 50 per cent off and it is great.

Large space great selection of clothing and unique items for the home, very hip and young feeling good location right on 7th Street only a few hundred feet from the metro station. directly across the street from multiple places to eat very good customer service.

This store has so many awesome, unique items! Their prices are a bit high, but they usually have a ton of stuff on sale so you can always find some sort of bargain which is always a good thing!

I had payed for some some sports bras and they were suppose to be mailed too me. Two months later i was still without them. I called up the location and a representative by the name of alex solved a situation that i had with my order effectively and efficiently. She even gave me 20% off due to the inconvenience. I love this place.

This location is surprisingly a lot bigger than it looks from the outside, they have a lot of great options for women and men, Im happy we have it here in Pittsburgh!

You can always find something amusing here and I always get compliments on the apparel I buy here. Its over priced so I only buy on sale. Their website is my favorite way to buy because there is more selection.

They dont have the same selection as the Georgetown store but its still a decent size. Staff isnt too helpful either. Their clearance section is growing which I guess means people are buying less during the actual current season? Unsure but its popular for tourists.

Obviously its a chain store, and it was consistent with my expectations. The staff was friendly and I enjoyed my experience.

I dont understand what happened to this place. Unattentive staff...no one would help me...and the mens department has shrunk down to almost nothing.Pathetic.
