Store is huge and very cool! Well stocked with nice products. Staff was very rude and made the Nike experience not what it typically is at their stores. If you’re in the Georgetown area then find a different location or shop online!
I came in contact with three team members they were all very pleasant very professional. Yall just had a very good vibe from him and Ill be inside the store itself was great clean very well organized thank you for my new Nike Air Max oh yeah and I got 10% off because my birthday was an August. I wanted to return an item that has not been worn. Brand new, in the box but I didnt have the receipt. The gentleman behind the register scanned the box and told me that I must have paid $130.00 for it, but since I dont have the receipt, he is going to give me a $50.00 credit back. I asked for the manager. She showed up and extremely rude and refused to listen to me and walked away. As she was walking away she was point at the security guard to interfere. I left the store and will not buy anything from Nike ever again. The customer service does not exist in this store.
Quick and easy return process. I was happy with my service as well. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. I do wish they had a larger and more diverse stock of their SB collection.

I needed some new running shoes so I went to the Mecca of shoe stores, the Nike Store. The Nike Rep was a runner and went out of his way to help find me some nice light and bouncy running shoes in a wide size for my feet. I really appreciate the help and definitely recommend. They even have the treadmills set up for you to test out the shoes. The store is huge, bright, and has a selection of items you cant find at other stores.
Went to this Nike Store at 5.45pm. The stores official hours are clearly stated at the door closing at 6p.m. The security guy whose photo is attached was rude, condescending and pushy. He stated that he made the rules at the store and closing at 5.45pm was fine for him. Gently told him we came out of town and there were 15 minutes left to browse and purchase. When I asked to speak to the store manager, he physically pushed me. A shocking behavior unseen anywhere else and unbecoming of a store and a brand called Nike. If Nike cares about its image this guy should be retrained. Had I not been passing by Washington DC as a visitor, I would have called the Police.
Customer service was great. I called in to inquire if they had a shoe in stock. Wasnt sure which size, but they held two sizes on hold for me until I came that evening. Pretty great service

I gave this store a bad rep, when I did a pick-up.But Im not from this area, n when explained about the area, I was wrong . This nike store is very nice inside, with pleasant employees. I appreciate that this store has the pick-up option, its just the area, which is unkind to Convenient parking .
Anytime that you get a chance to go to a Nike store...it is an experience. You will be able to view and touch all of the latest trends and styles. Additionally, you can see the recent additions to the Jordan collection. Lastly, be prepared to be hit in the pockets! Nike is not cheap. This will not be a factor if you are a true Nike fan.
If you are looking for soccer stuff then you aren’t gonna find it because the 3rd floor is closed and there isn’t anything up there. the only thing that is there is a broken escalator and the stores ability to make your pockets hurt for a foam recovery ball. go to the amazon bookstore right next to it. not top ten stores in D.C in my books.
Customer service was terrible this visit. There were two employees on the second floor, where I went to find the item for which I was looking (Elite basketball). The first one I purchased was too small for my son, so I was back to buy the next size up. The employee that I approached for help seemed completely uninterested in helping me. Nike makes more than one Elite basketball, so he would have to really understand what I was looking for to help me. NOT. He showed me four of the same type of ball on a shelf and said this is all we would have and wondered off. As, I said this is my second visit here and the first experience was outstanding. Plenty of staff available, asking if I needed assistance, and located what I was looking for. I know service depends on the individual employee most of the time. Unfortunately this time I didnt get the service I got the first time.
This Nike mostly has high end and new items, don’t expect to find good deals here. Sparsely stocked and seems to serve as a showroom of trendy apparel.
I brought the Air Max 95 BHM. I ordered them online and boy was I shocked when I seen them in person. I mean what a beautiful shoe. It came with extra gifts and I didnt even know what all of it meant but man Im happy I got these shoes. Also te store is beautiful as well. Its big and well put together

Please dont listen to the negative reviews of people like without a receipt complaining and one person taking a picture of a security guard becs he end up visiting store 15 mint before they close. This nike store is a similar experience to me in cities such as new york and chicago. Came in to buy a pair of Nike Pegasus 38s, told the employee I wanted the ones with the laces, brought them out to me and rung me out. Turns out she gave me the Flyease version and that is not what I wanted. I live out of town and now I have to drive over an hour to return them to my closest Nike shop.
I like it wished they had more clothes for women and Jordan brand. Great store very clean.

Massive store with everything Nike you could ever want, but the staff was very unfriendly. I was there when they opened and not one of them greeted the twenty or so people who walked in. They just stood there and watched them walk by. Imagine that, you’ve got customers coming in to spend their hard earned money on some Nike gear and the staff doesn’t so much as say hello... That’s pretty sad.
This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. Extremely rude, the store was empty and the staff made everyone wait outside in a line for 30 minutes. Just because of the horrible service and jerky behavior, I decided NOT TO BUT THE NIKE SNEAKERS I WAS PLANNING TO, and bought ANOTHER BRAND OF SNEAKERs.This store displayed completely unacceptable behavior towards their customers, no longer a Nike fan for this. Such a disappointment. STRONGLY SUGGEST improving your customer service here.

We had a wonderful experience at Georgetown Nike!!! The store has the latest trends and fashions and amazing service. We met an employee named Kimmy who was so patient with our 4 kids, and provided wonderful advice and assistance. We liked her so much we took a picture with her! After our shopping visit we headed to nearby Georgetown cupcakes thanks to her advice and it was a BIG hit with the kids!!!

The stuff was rude and unhelpful. They treated me poorly. Instead of buying, I left angry and disappointed.
Surprisingly the store did not have a lot of options in shoes. Now the third floor was closed and maybe there were more up there. On the second floor there were cases where only one color way of a particular shoe.
Was having a great experience with the guys and gals on the floor helping me out with everything from size checking to fits but once I had to pay the lady in the cashier register was so freaking rude nasty attitude shouldn’t be working there if not willing to help just simply disgusting Even though I spend nearly 800 on shoes
Employees were rude and one followed me as I shopped, it felt very out of place; as if I was being watched. Every time I went to a new rack they would walk to the other side of it and watch. Maybe it was because I wasn’t wearing the nicest clothing, but I was doing some Christmas shopping for my family. Will not shop here again. My mask had dropped below my nose at one point, an employee said very rudely “hey! Put your mask on correctly or please leave the store”, meanwhile another customer walked by without a mask and nothing was said to him. Associates weren’t helpful when I was shopping.
I was really disappointed with my recent experience. I visited to purchase active apparel and sneakers, and no one greeted or approached me to inquire about my needs. In fact, one employee just stood there the entire time, while looking at me browse and never took the decency to see if I needed help. When I finally took it upon myself to seek assistance, the young lady who helped was indifferent and barely answered my questions. The service certainly needs major improvement. Its ridiculous to see employees in a Nike store lack in this area, as the brand is built upon great values pertaining to fulfilling customer needs.
Pros:- Nice shoe selection, had the exact models I was looking for.- Recommended making an account to save 20% off total order (didnt take long).- Able to pay the associates with their scanner device as opposed to a traditional counter, so no waiting in line.Cons:- TLDR; Girlfriend was given wrong information and recommended a smaller size than she needed.My girlfriend tried on a shoe, I told her she needed a half-size bigger because she was going to run in them. The associate we were working with told us that size was perfect. Ive run for 3 years now, I know the sizing by now. I had to flag down another associate and ask them the same question, and they felt the shoe to see her toe was at the end. Recommended the half-size up. So I had to have an argument with my girlfriend over something trivial because we couldnt get the right answer the first time.

I have visited several stores looking for a particular shoe and I noticed on line that the store in Georgetown had the shoe in stock. I called the location to confirm that they had the item and spoke with Jasmine. I could feel Jasmine’s smile through the phone! Jasmine placed me on a brief hold while she checked to confirm that the item was available. She returned to the phone and offered to hold them for 48 hours. I made her aware of my work schedule and the location including my home. Jasmine placed me on another brief hold while she spoke with her Store Manager (Shana) and they agreed to hold the item until my day off (Friday). Jasmine went above and beyond to assist me with this purchase for my son! Back to school is challenging for parents but the team at Nike in Georgetown make it easy! Thank you Jasmine and Shana! Good customer service is hard to find but I found it in Georgetown!

Attention friends!!! If you want to try their shoes, associate will shout at you to stop you!!!So I went to check whether they have infant clothes there, unfortunately no, so I just looked around because this is a beautiful store. So I found classic Cortez at the third floor and decided to try it on by myself as associates were talking to each other and far from me. Just the moment I put on the shoe, an associate shouted out to me very rudely: Sir, please stop and put it back, then he just went back to his group chat. I was so confused, is this store just design for displaying shoes? Or the shoes on the shelf are just for demonstration, if they are, since I was trying to try some shoes, should someone come and ask whether I need help instead of just shouting at me then doing nothing? So I put the shoe back with confusing, since no one approached me to explain what just happened, I approached another associate and asked why I cannot try these shoes, he said shoes on the shelf are just for display, if you need try them just let him know. Of course I said no and left since Ive already felt offended. Thanks for letting me know that when your customer want to try your shoes, you should stop him and leave him alone without any explanations, good job Nike!
They have one of the best selection of shoe then the other Nike locations. The factory outlets usually have better deals, but theyre last season shoes. Plus the staff here are super cool at that.

The store focuses exclusively on American Football, running, training and some soccer stuff. It is a three story store, the biggest sports store in DC, and they have ZERO tennis or swimming apparel and gear. And it is not like Nike doesnt make tennis stuff, they sponsor Federer and Nadal. The store has even a poster of Naomi Osaka on the windows. I complaint to the manager and he just shrugged the shoulders saying they sell more futbol and running stuff than they would tennis so they dont carry any other sports. Otherwise it is a nice big sports store to walk around and browse.

I had a great experience at this store. Perhaps it was because we went on a Sunday morning. We got there around 10:45 am. Free parking right there on M St...Store was EMPTY. We were there a good hour, browsing and trying on shoes. Im a new Nike lover and it was awesome seeing the new shoes and apparel. The sales associate was cheerful, attentive, and went out of his way to aid us. The shoes my dad and I wanted were in short supply at this locale so its probably better to buy shoes from online. I got the new Gatorade sneakers and it just came last week and only 3 pairs were in the store. The store is 3 levels and beautiful.I lived in D.C. area my entire life for almost 50 years and rarely went to Georgetown, but we moved to PA and were here now visiting my parents. I just had to visit Georgetown specifically for the Nike store. We went to the Nike store in NYC when it first opened, but I was not a sneaker fan back then. We noticed a long line outside of that 5 story Nike store and were curious. There were so many Europeans, specifically Germans, going nuts in there. It was chaotic and irritating..It was an awesome display of shoes and apparel in an ultra modern white and glass environment. However, the one in D.C. is so calm and mellow since it was empty and not crowded with international customers. Also dont forget to show Dod card if youre a veteran to get the 10% off. Tomorrow well visit Nike Outlet in National Harbor. Only Nikes in central PA are at Foot Locker or Dicks.
Dont bother going here unless you have plenty of time to kill. For having so many employees youd think theyd be attentive to customers. But it takes going up all three stories multiple times going up their escalators before you get helped. Even then youre not sure if the person they send is talking to other employees or actually helping you. Outside of basketball and some sport casual shoes their selection is slim. Crowded to get down in this area anyway, might as well go elsewhere

I went in for a refund on an online purchase, and the staff was phenomenal! They were extremely patient, helpful, and genuinely concerned with my experience using the product. I was able to get a refund through them, then and there, rather than shipping the product back to Nike.
Came here to try on a pair of Nike 360 airs and new Vapormax since we had a voucher to use. The staff was really nice and accommodating. They not only let us try on 4 pairs of shoes, but also let us try out the treadmill as well. We were able to get a good feel for which running shoe we needed and purchased then later in the day. We really appreciate the candid opinions from the employees & they had some spot on comments about several shoes which was really nice.
I come to this store often, but this time I received one of best customer service I’ve had in my shopping life. Mikey was very thorough, gave me the rundown of the pairs I tried on, and very pleasant overall. If y’all go in, look for him and give him a big shoutout to management.
A huge Nike store with a good variety of products. However it feels more like a display store rather that really a place where you can try staff and finally buy them. Every time I tried to shop from here I ended up having a walk around and shopping a few hours later from other retailers that stock Nike. The service is not bad it just felt not that persuasive.

I called the store to see if they had a pair of shoes and the person placed me on hold and the I get hung up on so, I called again he knew it was me and asked if there was a specific color I was looking for and I stated the color and once again puts me on hold for 5 mins for nothing to get hung up on. Only had one simply question!
