Made appointment was sent text and email reminders. I was given a loaner while my vehicle was being fixed which was great. My car was fixed and ready for me when promised. Rossi Service department was very nice to deal with and I’ll be bringing my Jeep to them whenever I need work done

I was trying to find a work van that was reasonably priced for the last two months. I usually shop at ford for my company trucks but they just jacked up the price for all of their vans to the highest bidder basically. Even though I was a customer of theirs for over 15 years with a fleet of 15 trucks they jacked up the price of their transits by 6,000.00 to 12,000.00 above sticker price and told me it is what it is. Thank God I found Rossi Chrysler. Was in and out of there Friday with a brand new pro master. Sandy was great and so was Vince. Will definitely be coming back.

I brought my sons Jeep in to deactivate his alarm. They said it would need a new key fob. We purchased the new key fob, (and we all know how expensive those are) but that didnt stop the alarm. They said it needed a new winmodule. They kept my sons Jeep for over a month and never fixed the problem. They also charged for an ignition recall. Incompetent Dealership

Actually went out looking for a Ford. Been a Ford guy all my life. Popped in to Rossi just to have a look. Found the Jeep Compass Limited and was very impressed with the quality and price. I was in and out within 45 min for my 20,000 service. The staff were all very friendly and I’ll definitely return to Rossi for my future Jeep needs - I’ve got 3 Jeeps. Except for the high price for an air filter and wipers, I was more than satisfied.

Just had my wifes Renegade serviced & very happy with the service & their attention to detail - they repaired a stripped oil plug that another dealer and damaged without cost. Rossi honors the Mopar coupons and are fully transparent in how these work and are priced and what is included or excluded. Would highly recommend this dealership for all your servicing as they are very fair and very transparent.

This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Rossi. Mark at Chevy/GM/Buick sold us a 2015 and a 2018 Traverse in the past and always took great care of us. When I told him my wife was interested in the newly released Jeep Grand Cherokee “L” he gladly hooked us up with Tom and Sandy at their Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge location down the road. Sandy was fantastic at showing us the vehicle and discussing all of the trim options. Unfortunately the they did not have any Limiteds on the lot and we were heading on vacation and really wanted to have it for our trip. Tom worked some magic with another dealer and we picked up our shiny new ride a day later. Cat spent almost an hour going over all the techy bells and whistles with us and made sure we undersTood all the various features. Also want to give a big shout out to Bob and Buddy who were able to get a hitch delivered and installed the very next day - even thought the Service Dept was booked a couple weeks out.I don’t know that you could have a better experience buying a new car. Great sales staff and a Service Dept that truly service their client.Great job Rossi Team!!!

From start to finish Eric, Matt, Shawn and Erik were like buddies we have known for years. As you all know the whole process of buying a vehicle is an all day thing so its best to enjoy the company...well we did. From the moment we walked in (by appointment) we were offered a cold or hot beverage by the friendly ladies at the front desk and then were immediately greeted by Eric who was expecting us. Matt who I called the numbers guy was awesome. And then Erik with his fun sense of humor rounded out the whole experience. So to start off I was looking for a very specific car. I contacted a few dealers and most of them said it would be awhile before the car arrived. Not rossi, they said it was already on the truck and making its way to the dealership. They took my information and texted as soon as it showed up. I couldnt go that day due to it being a Sunday followed by memorial day. I did get a bit worried when I saw that the car was no longer on the website (most likely so they could update the status of the car and post pictures) but I contacted them through email. Even on memorial day and after hours Sandra still responded back. She told me the car was there and nobody had purchased it yet so I called the next morning right when they opened to leave a deposit. Later that day I showed up and we went through all of the paperwork and etc. We were able to do the paperwork in a reasonable amount of time and they even stayed a bit late to make sure everything was done properly and that I could take my new car home. I couldnt be more happy with my new challenger! Its a dream come true and I have the people at rossi to thank for that so thank you very much!

Worth driving the extra 20 mins to the Flemington Jeep dealership. Terrible service department, Buddy is arrogant and should not be working in customer service. I brought my 2018 Wrangler here twice due to a throttle issue and neither time it was fixed, brought it to Flemington... fixed without an issue. Had a simple tire rotation done here and they shredded my wheel lock key with an impact gun and told me it was my fault. I would select zero stars if it were an option. Avoid the hassle of this dealership and head to Flemington!

My wife was looking for a new truck. She has owned to date four rams. All of them 1500s . This time she wanted a 2500. After reading about the 75th anniversary power wagon, I decided to look for one. I found a dealer in ohio who was originally going to order me one, then began steering me away from it.I reached out to ROSSI on line. Then we visited and ordered our truck.Quite some time later our truck arrived. The folks at ROSSI nade quick work of the closing and we are happy.Immediately apon driving the truck we were taken by surprise. The truck had four bad tires.ROSSI replaced all the tires promptly. Without damaging the truck any more.Today the 2021 RAM POWER WAGON 75TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION driving as it should.All the employees at ROSSI are kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I had a traumatic first time buying a car through a completely different dealership. For a few months I’ve been doing research when it came to buying a new car. On a Monday, i had decided to just stop in at Rossi to just gain some general information. I had the pleasure of meeting Vince and working closely with Dana. I had given Dana my vehicle of interest which was the Cherokee, all my specs that i wanted in the vehicle, and the price I was willing to pay on a monthly basis. Dana took into consideration all that i presented with- she had picked two Cherokees- 1 certified pre-owned, and 1 brand new. The prices were broken down for me and given to me in comparison. I left the dealership on Monday with a 99.9% confidence that I was buying the certified ore owned vehicle presented to me. I went home that night did more research and made sure O was presented with reality and a fair deal. The following morning- Tuesday, I had called and put down my deposit. The process was so smooth and easy for me. All the leg work was done for me that by the time I got out of work and to the dealership all that was left was signing and reviewing. I couldn’t be happier with my Cherokee or my experience at Rossi with Dana! On a side note, one thing through this quick and easy process- prior to me picking up my vehicle while Rossi was inspecting it they had notice a small knick in the top of the windshield where it meets the vehicle. This is something I could have easily missed and looked over being that it was so minor and hard to see. Dana had called me to let me know of this and had reassured me that they were ordering and replacing the windshield for me. Without a doubt in my mind, my next jeep will be purchased here at Rossi! Thank you Dana and Vince for making this such an amazing car buying experience for me!

I went to John Johnson at a time when I needed a good dealership that wouldnt try to railroad me. They worked with me on every level. This dealership has a large selection of Jeep Wrangler JLs on the lot so my wife and I were able to see all the colors. The showroom looked nice and organized. These were positive aspects of our visit.Unfortunately, I knew much more about the Wrangler JL than the salesman. (Ill keep him anonymous because I really dont want to slam him publicly.) He didnt know that Jeep no longer produces a 2-door Sahara model. (He told me that he didnt have one on the lot but could order one for me from the factory.) He hopped on his computer to confirm that I was right. The JLs have been out for over a year so there is no excuse for this.The salesman also told me that it doesnt make a difference what octane gas is used for the 2.0 turbo. He didnt believe me when I stated (correctly) that there is a performance and mpg penalty if 87 octane is used instead of 91.There was more. That said... the salesman was nice. But I want to work with someone more knowledgeable than me.
