Always double check!!!!! I purchased a 2020 Jeep Gladiator from this dealership. I provided them all of my insurance information and they assured me that they would contact my insurance provider to work out the details. Unfortunately a rock cracked my windshield over the weekend and when I contacted my insurance provider they informed me that they had no record of the vehicle. Luckily it was just a cracked window!!!!! Salesman may put on a smile of re-assurance but remember that all they really care about is moving inventory. I have worked with a few different dealerships over the years and this has NEVER been an issue.

Drove 404 miles, wasted a whole Saturday and a lot of gas because I was lied to about a vehicle. I was assured there were no issues with it. Upon arrival I found the Navigation system didnt work and there was an issue with the airbag light. They said it would cost $1400 to fix and that they would just pass it off to whoever bought it. Yeah shocked to hear, Me too! Good luck buying from here!

Bought a 2014 Ram 1500, everything was professional, and I got a good fair price. I have owned it for 5 months now, and I love it. Tons of power. And 22mpg. (EDIT) I have since purchased 2 more trucks, a 2018 ram big horn blackout, and now I traded in and have a 2020 ram bighorn blackout.

I called 2 other local Ram dealerships in the New Bern area and was quoted a much higher estimate for a oil change along with fuel filter change for my 2018 Ram 3500 Limited diesel truck. I purposely drove 1 hour out of my way while passing much closer dealerships in order to save roughly 30% on my bill. On top of it another Ram dealership attempted to find and fix a rattle in my dash with no success. I gave Washington Ram a shot with this and they put Wayne Johnson on the job. Wayne assessed the situation, the issue was found and corrected on the spot. What one heck of a mechanic Wayne Johnson is! Give this man a raise and free lunch for the week!! Absolutely the best experience dealing with Washington Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and especially with Dewayne Umphlett in the service department. I’ll definitely make the 1 hr drive in the future for the honest and excellent service that I received. Easy 10/10 star business!

Terrific salesman Jackson Etheridge was a pleasure to do business with and so knowledgeable. I live in Charlotte and purchased my used car virtually. So much above and beyond service; Jackson put up with so much from me! Not only was he a knowledgeable salesman, but he has also worked in finance for autos. so he knew the details of financing and the APR for which I would qualify. Also, I wanted the vehicle checked by an outside mechanic and he cheerfully dropped off the vehicle at a local garage I selected for a pre-purchase inspection and picked it back up. Last, they delivered the car to my home which is over four hours away for no charge! I had a question about the paperwork I was signing when the car was delivered and Jackson cleared it up for me on the phone. As to the vehicle, the price was almost 20% less than the same vehicle I attempted to purchase from several dealers in the carolinas. So incredibly easy and pleasant - ask for Jackson!

We were greeted after about 10 minutes which was perfect in my opinion. Our Salesman Taylor Lee, was polite and knowledgeable of the vehicle. The GM worked with us because I’m guarded with my money. He listened and brought a deal to the table that was satisfactory to my wife and me. I went in for routine service and mfg recall, staff was very friendly and accommodating. I’ve built a good relationship with the service folks since my first visit. I’ve had several issues with my 2019 Jeep Wrangler however this team has been very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. The car buying experience was unlike any other I have experienced in the last several years. Told the sales person, Jackson, my needs and we were able to get a deal done in about 2 1/2 hours from start to finish.

I recently purchased A 2017 Dodge Ram Rebel. I finally found the perfect truck. But I had help from a really helpful and patient salesman named Jackson. Pressured sales and pushy salesmen really frustrate me and put me on guard. There was none of that here at all. Jackson was clearly there to help me any way he could. Whether for information, honest opinion or an ear for my concerns, the right salesman walked out the door to me that day. Other salesmen and sales managers came out to greet me, but this was different. They didnt appear to be powered by closing a deal. Just to introduce themselves and welcome me and just have conversation. Again, no pressure. What a breath of fresh air. After looking at a couple of trucks I wanted to step away for a bit and gather my thoughts before I made my decision on truck choice. To my surprise there was nobody on my coat tails trying to keep me on the lot (like most dealerships do). Truthfully, this is what prompted me to return so easily.Austin really made me feel at home with just regular conversation. I believe he really enjoys his job, because his personality beamed with positivity.I bought my last 5 vehicles from a local competitor. The deal process was always so long and arduous. Its time for me to change my new home dealership to Washington Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. And Im very happy about it.Its worth mentioning, there was really no dealing to speak of. They simply got me the absolute best deal they could find me. No back-and-forth for hours. These guys are clearly not solely motivated by the all mighty dollar. I really feel they want to get people in the right vehicle for the best price. And for us consumers, its just that simple.Theres a gentleman there named Kyle. This guy is a Rebate Bloodhound. I was on a road trip from Chicago to Vanceboro and i unfortunately had car issues when my differential went out on me. I was in a panic and limited on cash and it almost ruined my whole trip. Thankfully Dwayne and the staff put my mind at ease and helped me out. They are a bunch of good folks and understood the situation that we were put in. I told them that we were on a trip to come see a fishing team member and that we owned a fishing tackle business called Louies Lures. I took my Dodge Van to get serviced at this location and Mr. Dewayne Umphlett did an amazing job explaining to me what was wrong and telling me how much it was going to cost to repair it.
