One of the better Game Stops as far as shopping experience. I have never had a bad experience at this particular location. The store is clean. The employees are engaging and helpful. Many other locations seem to have more product available to customers. However, if you are looking for a quick shopping experience for a popular item, I would recommend this location 100%.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff but still no ps 4 controller

Even though this game will soon no longer be apart of the plaza, its always a great experience when I go in. Always greeted with a smile by an eager employee ready to help if needed. Sad to see them going, but while there are still here definitely stop in for great deals and mark downs on games and merchandise of all sorts!

If you want to know about a new game or system this is the place to go

When I lost a toe and couldnt walk, I needed to get a refund on a pre-order in order to clear up some funds for an emergency. Both this location and the 800 number required me to physically be at the store for my refund...which I was incapable of doing due to my injury. While this may be their policy, it shows they dont care about making accomodations for people with disabilities. I was a customer for nearly 30 years, but screw that. I hope the management here are proud to have such policies.

Always clean and friendly service.

We buy and trade games here often. They always treat us with the utmost respect even when they are not taking your trade. I have been to other locations and they talk down to you. Not here. They want you to keep coming back and they give you maximum value for your used games. I also enjoy letting my son use the credit toward new games.

They have basically nothing in their store due to covid and not taking trade-ins. They only have a few things for the newest systems. And havent had many things for older systems like the wii-u for quite some time. Hopefully the store will become what it used to be

Seriously one of the best GameStops Ive ever been to. The employees are friendly and helpful. They remember repeat customers and greet them when they enter. Each employee knows everything about the latest releases and are helpful when it comes to suggesting games that you might enjoy. I would go out of my way to make a trip to this GameStop when I need something.

GameStop is guilty of false advertising. There Black Friday BTGO previously owned games is VERY misleading. My daughter tried to buy 5 games.......yes Five games that were NOT available trying to get this deal. Additionally Eathan G.A. kept trying to ring her up full for new games. Yes I had to abruptly bring him back to what the customer wanted......not really good at customer service.

Ive been in this Gamestop location multiple times and Ive never had an issue here at all. All of the workers are always really nice and fun to talk with! I especially appreciate that the store is clean and kept up with.

Never ever trade or sell anything hear they are 100 certified ripoffs. Was going to trade consoles there before and old unused phone tried tell me the had to charge a refurbished fee said thats b s went Bridgeville game with same items same condition no refurbished fee. 2nd but four xbox 1 x there all 4 had to be sent back with harddrive issues seems even buying brand items there are garbage. Time frame of xbox 1 is was 4 since January of this year yes 4 in 8 months

Never going back to this GameStop ever again. Me and my boyfriend went in to get two xbox one controllers one controller had broke buttons and the other had a headphone jack jammed into took both controllers back and got new ones and now the other ones doesn’t work at all the RB button is jammed and the xbox button doesn’t work they need to stop buying broken accessories and reselling them and don’t get me started on the game prices and the trade in my boyfriend went in with 100 dollars worth of PS4 games he only got 15 dollars cash or 25 dollars in credit this business is taking vantage of people and selling them junk the disks of games are damaged the controllers and Controls hardly work the customer service people in the store are rude as hell they don’t listen to what you have to say but they want you to hear what they want to say. Just never going back to this GameStop or the Washington crown center GameStop ever again.

Was in here for over 15 minutes and not a single employee asked me or my fiance if they could help us, or even said hello, biggest peeve when shopping, if you cant say anything to me Ill take my business elsewhere. Put my items back and left.

Most of the people there are helpful, though watch if they get busy. They seem to not know how to handle more than a few people in the line.
