Forced to work from home, and Xfinitys garbage internet service cuts out nearly every day (on perfectly clear days).Ive tried calling to get it fixed, but on the small chance the robot on the other end puts me through to an actual person, their only concern is the current outage, not the fact that it keeps happening. Theres no way to talk to a local technician.Starlink cant put these losers out of business fast enough.

The service price was given but they added on 70$ to that for taxes and fees then I got my bill and another 12$ taxes and fees added. Why??? The broadcast fee doubled. I dont watch sports and they in Pittsburgh charge for that idk how. They are hard to get ahold of. Either the outsourced person from another country cant help or the service is always tripped and needs someone needs to come out. It is RIDICULOUSLY A RIP OFFF!!!. MY bill was 99 but renting remotes DVR boxes for service add 120$ on the quoted price.

I am absolutely tired of their ignorance, on phone or in person. !!!! They are ripping off their customers !!!!!! Astronomical Monthly fees.. Then have the odasity to hold you into that 2 yr. Contract. Raising your bill to make you stay.. Where I live they are only cable network and are royally stampeding us.... I am working on ridding them.

Have had to stop by a few times to drop off or upgrade equipment. Services can take some time here even when not busy but generally its painless. Also, never had them try to push an upsell on me or anything like that. Usually I get in and out relatively hassle free

I will only address my experience from today and not the very high costs of services provided which is not the fault of employees on the local level. I needed to return a cable box that had more than many productive years on it. The exchange was quick and easy. All 3 of the employees greeted me and other customers, as it was busy. Tobi, the employee, made the experience smooth.BUT, the hours are late to open! For Xfinity to open at 10 a.m. is totally ridiculous! Other businesses in the plaza open at 8 or 9. Before the move to this plaza, they opened at 9. NOT happy with late opening time.

As a new customer, Im eager to get my service up and running. After about 10 unanswered phone calls and 3 messages to this location over the course of 3 days,, I spoke with the main customer support department about picking up my new modem and X1 box. Upon arrival at the store, I was told that their system was down nationwide and no new equipment could be issued. The gas money for the wasted drive is the last penny Ill be spending on Comcast. My new plan with Verizon is already active and works great.

Completely disgusted and angry. I went in to drop off some unused equipment and this lady came to check me in. I told her I was just dropping this off but not adding service or removing anything. I get home and ALL my services and account is CANCELLED (5:48). I called in and they say only sales can turn my account back on, but they are closed. I work from home and need the internet to do so. They say there is nothing they can do since the store turned my account off for no reason. I have never been late and never complained and they just shut me off for no reason. I wish there was another internet option for me, but there is not! So disgusted.

If you want poor cable service with extremely high prices, Comcast is the cable company for you. It seems the service continues to get worse as the prices continue to increase. You get an excuse as to why they have to increase the prices every six months or year. We have to reset our box a lot. The volume shuts off as youre watching a show and the picture gets blurry. It would be so much better if you had a choice between cable companies. The cable company may start caring about their customers. Best of luck if you choose Comcast.

It is not that I dislike it. Their prices are just out of sight! I pay $263.00 a month! Outragous!! My husband and I are senior citizens on a fixed income. Comcast should come up with way better prices! I also have everything they offer-internet,phone,cell phone,t.v. Just ridiculous!!

This store is deceptive. They said we would pay X amount of dollars in store for upgrading our phones. Then we come a few days down the road and find a bunch of misc charges on our account. Major technical issues through our entire visit and took way longer than it should have. Has been nothing but constant confusion trying to get the money back that they owe us and overcharged us. I regret even upgrading my phone at this point.

I would give 5 stars if the wait hadnt been as long. I obviously went at a really bad time (between Xmas and New Years). Other than that, I got all new equipment with the voice remotes, new modem/router and a newly priced triple-play package, which lowered my bill. The equipment was really easy to install and set-up myself; I had no problems. I am, overall, really pleased with everything. I dont know how I lived without voice remote for so long. Wouldnt give it up for anything. The employee that waited on me was nice, courteous and very helpful...thank you!

Great service! I went to have new internet connection on Friday around 6:35pm. I was greatly helped by the Sales consultant Ms. Skyler VanGosen. Within 20 min she setup my new account. Will definitely go there once again.

Belle vernon PA anyone else have issues?Cable: have to reset box once a day. On demand will not load movies, I unscrew COAX and discharge then reconnect, its fixed. Power cycle does the same but takes longer. Super laggy while searching. Ive compared with 3 others (not in Belle Vernon) with xfinity OD and their guide is super fast.Internet: I have my own modem (surpasses standards) yet very unstable. DL/UL speeds are hit and miss. Tech arrives and says everythings fine. Ps4 gaming has been troublesome. Noone can connect to my share play. Yet I can connect to them. And they all can connect to each other. (with 1/3 the DL/UL speeds). Random boots from online lobbies. Cable issue is worse but this is annoying as well.Anyone anywhere have similar issues?$130 per month to $214 per month.4/1/17 $1375/13/17 $1579/5/17 $1766/12/18 - 1/24/19 $214Dish / Direct TV. Went to Washington pa store, they started take it home plug it in and hook up the cables, program the remotes thats all that needs done. We did that we called they were surpose to send a tech out and expect us to do with out cable for over a week, they dont have any availability other than 2p to 4p but yet one of their reps had stated on our recorded line they advertise comcast can work around ur schedule, my wife dont get off work til 3p and I dont get off til 4p. So they are advertising false advertisement on tv when they say they can work around customers schedule, so we r keeping the internet and they can kiss our candy a$$ when it comes to cable tv my wife and I r done with comcast,WE DONT RECOMMEND COMCAST AT ALL FOR ANYTHING INTERNET, CABLE,PHONE OR MOST IMPORTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst company ever. I followed all of THEIR directions, and all that did was cause me stress and cost me more money. Id like to know how i was able to set up service for my dad, they let my husband pick up the equipment and pick out the plan, but we cant verify that he isnt being overcharged for something they didnt do....now we arent authorized? Technically my elderly father never even signed a contract with them. So how would THAT play out. They are shady--and try to sneak charges in, and ive yet to talk to anyone who gave a hoot--they know you have no other options so why even bother to try to care about their job. This is why they need to allow reasonable competition. Maybe I should get a job there so i can sit around and file my nails all day and said i dont know 100 times and get a paycheck. But Im seriously going to look into legal avenues as I have caught them in numerous lies and false charges already.

A team of females who got my new note 8 exchanged for an iPhone X when 2 other stores and 5 techs by phone couldn’t get the job done. This girl worked her butt off to get it done to bypass a computer glitch. The manager who said she wasn’t letting us leave until this issue was fixed bc she knew the hell we went through before them. Ty don’t go to any other XFINITY store.

EDIT: Just wanted to reiterate that this place is exceptional. I came here to port four lines from Verizon Wireless to their relatively new Xfinity Mobile service. The entire process was absolutely seamless. The rep I worked with, Jodi, did everything possible to make the transition easy.Say what you want about Comcast, but the customer service Ive gotten at this location is truly world class. It seems like Comcast is working to fix its bad reputation. So far, the Xfinity Mobile service is just as good as Verizon Wireless (as it should be, since it runs on Verizon towers) but costs just over half as much._________________________________________________________________Ive never had a good experience at a Comcast location until I returned my equipment to this store. The employees were efficient, helpful, and there were plenty of them. I was in and out in under ten minutes. Great job!

NEVER GET THIS SERVICE!!!!When I signed up for Comcast there was a promotion going on for 89.99 a month triple play with NO HIDDEN TAXES AND FEES as advertised. The sales rep also told me the first month would be free which was also a lie.Since then every month I’ve had to pay 140 a month... that’s 50 dollars a month extra for hidden taxes and fees when I was told it would be 89.99 a month flat rate!!! Including always being a month behind due to the rep lying to me about the first month free!I went to the Comcast store last week to talk with the manager to get my bill fixed and got switched to internet only for 59.99 a month and made a payment for April only to find now they want 250.00 dollars on top of it?!?!?!Never using this service again once my contract is up!!!!!
