This is THE BEST AT&T store I’ve been to in a very long time. The representative was very attentive and even the store manager was of great assistance in helping to resolve my service issue. The customer service was amazing; I felt well taken care of. I will be coming back to this store specifically for all of my carrier needs!
Even though I was not able to switch services right at this moment, I received amazing customer service from the representatives. Jelani was able to answer almost every question that I had. The questions he couldnt answer the store manager Robert answered. I did not have to wait more than five minutes to be acknowledged once I walked in. I will definitely return to this store in the near future!
Melissa at the Dupont Circle location for AT&T on Connecticut and she was amazing! She helped us with an upgrade and the best possible trade in for the iPhone 12 for the best price. This came after a horrible experience just 30 minutes earlier at a nearby AT&T location where the manager was completely disrespectful and condescending and was basically telling me lies to get me to pay more for the same products. Melissa erased that all away immediately and deserves all credit for our experience.
I’ll give it 2 star because the store was ver nice and neat, however the manager gave me a hard time for my husband and i to create a new line.. we was told we couldn’t purchase a phone because we need a actual bank card when that wasn’t the case at any other location.. we had to purchase online to pick up at the store to tell us that the phone they had weren’t saleable… to check a different location.. my experience here was terrible and i traveled with my kids in a uber for them to not check to see when we asked the first time.. please go to the Wisconsin Ave location they don’t give problems and they were very sweet and ready to help others and not just here for a check.
Amazing customer service! I had no idea what kind of headset to buy to replace the one I had lost, and Melissa quickly narrowed the many options down based on a few questions. She knew exactly how each of them worked, knew the pros and cons, answered all questions very well, offered to let me try them, etc. I was very impressed!
Went into the store yesterday.Melissa was fantastic!!!!!Fixed my 6 month old problem in minutes.I think her boss should give her a raise.Great experience.
It was a very unpleasant experience in the store. The rep who helped me from the store just signed up for phone insurance without my consent. (I wish I can remember his name. He said that he is Dominican) I got an email from At&T that I signed up for the insurance and I was very disappointed honestly I couldn’t believe that he did that. He didn’t even mention the insurance at all. He also kept asking me why I am using a Samsung phone his all family and friends are using iPhones. I would say it was inappropriate and unprofessional

Came in to add a phone to my line, Melissa made the process a breeze. She answered all of my (many) questions and I was in and out in no time. Very knowledgeable staff and kind service.
I went to this store with my son to trade in phones to get the $700 off promotion the sales person clearly stated that my next bill would be lowered at no such time did he stated that I would have to wait three months to get said promotion and my cell phone bills have increased drastically. They participated in fraudulent and unethical selling practices. Don’t go to this storeNeeded to add I found out they signed me up for things I didn’t want

Horrible experience today 6-30-2021 11:50 AM,The middle age Afro American lady working for you firm in this location was extremely rude, extremely, never happened to me before, I live 2 blocks away and a customer for more than 20 years.Screaming at me from the get go and not reason why,... the worst 10 minutes in a long time, for sure super bad memories to share.
Sales Associate Marlon had ZERO knowledge of the current phones, so when I tried to return my iPhone 12 Pro Max on my second line; he first kept saying I couldnt return it because it was a 11 Pro Max and using it currently. My current phone is the 11 Pro Max, so how can you not differentiate the two? Also, the phone and its box was right in front of him. Next, he told me I couldnt return the phone without a manager, which I knew was a LIE because I just worked at AT&T last year! I also confirmed this information wasnt true thru several AT&T associates and AT&T corporate customer service. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 0/100!! Staff needs to be trained way more!!!!

Great quick service and great deals! My AT&T Samsung Galaxy A12 is amazing. As goid as my previous Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus for a fraction of the price, and it even has 4 rear cameras plus a front camera. The picture quality cannot be beat. Highly recommend this store and AT&T in general. I get great service everywhere in DC!
When I was purchasing the phone the person helping didnt help set it up. I had to ask her for each step. And after each step she just went back to leanin against the display. While I was there a at&t TV staff member was just laying on the couch texting with his mask below his nose. I didnt get my phone unlocked to use my simcard from another country as I asked. As as a sales person they didnt seem to care. I had to ask if there was a case or a glass screen. You would think they would push that stuff during the sale.

I selected this store because it is supposed to open 9:00AM. My mom was on her way back to the hospital and her phone was not working. They didn’t open at 9:00AM, they did not open at 10:00AM, they finally opened at 10:15AM. After a conversation with the manager it became apparent that my time was not valuable and simply shrugged when I explained the situation. Very unprofessional. I did get four new phones and three new Apple watches, but not from this location. They should be ashamed.
The service was awful! We had to wait for 1,5 hours in order to have my phone with a new sd card and a new plan, unbelievable!! :(

While visiting from out of state, I stopped in to The DuPont Circle AT&T location in DC! Needing an upgrade on my IPhone, Elon inquired about everything that would suit my phone usage needs and helped me through the process. Elon’s professionalism and the expertise he imparted helped me make a solid decision. With the support of his supervisor Rob, they acknowledged my long time loyalty as an AT&T consumer and reflected on the history of my bundle with DTV and Uverse. Justin grabbed the anchor to wrap up the details and I walked out with a beautiful phone and great package. I stayed 30 minutes past closing without even knowing it... that’s how devoted this team is!!! Kudos!!!

I hace never commented on a cell phone store in all the years that I have had a one but this was and exceptional experience. Kassim one of the sales associates was fantastic. I appreciate his professionalism, his knowledge and his incredible help when I went in recently to purchase a new Iphone12 pro. He was d as k great, courteous and patient! Especially with my many questions. I highly recommend this location. Truly grateful for the experience ( as I type this on my way new iphone).

Very friendly and accommodating staff when you buy a phone. Very different when you try to return it.I bought a phone for my husband for Christmas but it wasnt one he wanted.He tried to return it after holidays but couldnt since my name is first on the account. I go back in a couple of days and they wouldnt take it .The box never been open,phone never been activated.they say it has been more then 15 days.So there is a tip for those of you that buy gifts more than a week in advance. Hope they like it or you just waisted a lot of money. Another thing they forget to mention that even if you bring it back within a grace period it still cost you $35 reclining fee.Thank you, corporate America!

Came in on a Sunday afternoon and there were only two employees. I had to wait 20 minutes and kept being told someone would help me soon.
Came in last night right before closing with my old, unlocked Verizon phone with what I thought would be a simple SIM card fix. 2 hours later and multiple tech support calls only to determine the phone was a brick, and they got me up and running on a new iPhone right then and there. Awesome service all around. Thank you for the A+ help.
ZERO STARS. Went to this location to look for a phone case for my Samsung. I told the clerk. Shows me chargers. Shows me $89 speakers. Kept telling him REPEATEDLY all I needed was a PHONE CASE. Wouldnt listen. Wouldnt show me what I needed. Wouldnt do anything to help.What is worse than a pushy salesman is a STUPID one. I will never go to this store again. (Considering I was one of only two customers there on Black Friday, they must chase out others with their stupidity as well.)
I went there to do a simple thing and that was to add a line to my plan. I needed a phone ASAP but Instead It took me over three (3) trips to the store just to get a different policy from different employees. No one knew what their actual policy was including the store manager Rich. Instead of helping us we got nothing but attitude from him. He needs to do his damn job training his employees and learning how to talk to customers. After 4 days and going in circles I finally went a Best Buy mobile and within 15 min I was out of there with a phone. If I was not under contract right now I would have canceled this people and went with Verizon. By far they have the best customer service.
I had gone in to get one prepaid sim, knowing exactly which package I wanted. I had to wait half an hour for a sales rep to be available because for some reason the manager wouldnt just do it himself. Previous time, it was a lady who did it herself. This time, the gentleman asked twice what I needed but made no effort to help save time that was absolutely needlessly spent waiting. However, Shane who helped me was really apologetic and a great guy - so one star is just for him!

Ive just now come back from there, and being new to DC and needing a phone, I found prompt and professional service there. They were very helpful. I am surprised to see the negative reviews here.
So I always go here to pay bill and ask questions about plans etc. and usually everyones nice and friendly but this time when I went 9-16-06. The att rep was horrible! I explained I wanted to look at making changes to plan and wasnt giving any suggestions just you cant do this you cant do that. And she didnt even bother to look up my acct. very disappointed! Not going back to that location.
The associate here are unprofessional and have no basic transfer account knowledge. As today I went there to transfer my H20 wireless account to an existing AT&T family plan. The staff worked there have 0 knowledge of how to do that, and they tried to fill some form which even ask me my company name and SSN? This is stupid and ridiculous, and it was my first time ever to hear I need these two fields to finish the application. Think about people unemployed and people without SSN. They cant be an AT&T customer? This stupidity from the employee is fully covered this store. So anyway, I gave them the info, and after about 20mins they tried, they failed. They told me I have to call both H2O and AT&T to get it transferred. This is just stupid. Then why you guys working here? To get paid for all of you playing your cellphone during the day while have no knowledge of doing you job? I basically told one guy I did this a couple years ago, and he was like he did this everyday. I meant you did this everyday and you tried 20 mins to realize you cant do that? Thats just stupid and ridiculous and Im about to file an AT&T complaint!

My visit was terrible. I went to up grade to galaxy S9+. The clerk was not interested that I was paying in cash; she could not inform me about the product, she seemed not to care, her service was awfull, and if I did not inquire, she did not volunteer. Thus I walked out. She was the pitts!

The first time, when you come into the shop, the staff is very friendly, because they want to trick you. They are telling consciously the untruth, and they are making wrong promises. Many of them are extreme unqualified. Misinformation is part of their system. Don’t trust them! Steer clear of this shop!
