Always have fully stocked shelves and the cashier Angela is the sweetest.

They always have attitudes when I go in there. I use the store because its close to my house Im definitely considering not using it anymore since theyre so busy talking to one another instead of trying to help their customers

This was the last of 4 Family Dollar stores I called in Belhaven and Washington. It is also the ONLY STORE THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE!! The store in Belhaven and one in Washington repeatedly went straight to a voice message that said they were all busy, call back. I tried each over a span of 45 minutes and never got past thus message. The phone at BUS 17 had a phone that rang repeatedly and I received no voice message and no answer. I let it ring at least 25 times. SO, EVEN THOUGH THE STORE I REACHED DIDNT HAVE WHAT I NEEDED, I WILL MOST CERTAINLY ONLY DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE. It is a 25 minute ride to both towns, so looking for an item by phone makes sense for me, and makes customer service very important to me. Thanks

No customer restrooms! They said we dont have public restrooms. I said Im a customer, Im here to purchase things. She said we dont have public restrooms. I said if youre customers are not good enough, Im no longer a customer.
