DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Spend your money where you’ll get treated like a customer! Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience! The African workers are rude and barely know what they’re talking about when it comes to bundles. Get upset when you don’t want to spend $300 on cheap packaged hair instead of showing off real Brazilian hair.

Only go here because it’s close I’m always in and out Customer service is horrible everyone is on there phone rude and won’t even say hi when you enter!!!!!!!!!! there’s a young lady there tall lightskin thats sometimes behind the register that speaks and she’s help me a couple times great service from her but when you own a business everyone should be on point when you ask for help it feels like your bothering them ! you would want people to come back the African lady’s that work there need to be fired ASAP I couldn’t reach one item and needed something open from a case the cashier called someone all the way from the back when she could’ve did it it all the older folks that you would expect to have all the customers skills don’t at all ! Also how they talk among themselves is ridiculous

It wasnt too crowded and I was able to get in and out of the store with the Nair hair removal that I was looking for with little to know hassle.

GHETTO. I wanted to support this beauty supply so bad because it’s black owned, however everyone working here is RUDE. They are not helpful at all, you ask them a question it’s like your bothering them. No customer service skills at all. The manager/owner is even worse, I asked her for assistance and she wouldn’t even get her big as* up to help me. The ladies sit behind the register and just talk to each other. The customer is the LAST priority. I’d rather go to Sally’s.

I love this store, the ladies in there were very nice and helpful. I almost didn’t go because of some of the negative reviews. But I’m glad I took a chance and tried them out for myself. THANKS LADIES I WILL BE RETURNING!!!!

The woman are amazing. They are very helpful each time I enter the store. I respect each persons comment but these ladies arent rude they expect you to treat them with respect. I have gone in this store at the very last minute with my hair matted from some braids I would lo e to share her name but respect her privacy but she took her time combing each strand so I wouldnt have to cut my hair and did I mention it was an hair before my sons banquet. Look I recommend this store to any and everyone just be pleasant, speak first and I guarantee you will come back to this store every time you are in need of anything. Okay this is my neighborhood beauty supply store. The customer service is NEVER good but the item I get they normally have and I have a coupon. This day my daughter called for an item she wanted to make sure they had it. So on my way home from work she checked the brand and color and they said they had it. Cool. I get there, ask the lady at the counter where to find it she told me (customer service fact: always escort and show the customer to the item) I get there I see the brand not the color I go back to the counter and I explain my daughter called and what she needed... The young light skinned girl comes down with a heavy attitude its over there. I told her when she called we had you just didnt look. Yep she did. We get over to the wall for her to show me the right color but a different brand! I guess I knew nothing would happen if I complained. (Customer service fact: if a customer calls to check an item and brand if you dont have exactly what they want down to the T, let them know what you have versus an angry customer) side note this place always terrible customer service. You often times have to ask for help from someone who has looked at you several times in the face and didnt say a thing to you. Then you get the attitude as if your disturbing them.

They are often loud and unprofessional talking about personal things that are a bit much. The customer service is horrible. You would think youre a bother when needing help. They dont assist they point in the direction of the item youre seeking. Unless your a customer that stands at that counter and runs your mouth with them, you will not get there undivided attention. I often vistited this place and never spent anything less than $50 and upwards of $300. And the last and final time I was there I was profiled and followed. NEVER AGAIN! I prefer to go where they remember there regular customers and appreciate your business. This establishment deserves NO STARS BECAUSE OF THE EMPLOYEES! They surviving because they are located in an urban community with lots of foot traffic. Well my wheels shall be going elsewhere because thankfully I have a choice.

I went there to purchase a lace front synthetic wig. For starters, I had to purchase a stocking cap for $1 (which are normally $0.50), Next the particular wig I chose was priced at $34.99 but the rude young lady that worked in the back stated someone put the wrong sticker on it and its actually $44.99. As a consumer that has done customer service in retail, youre supposed to accommodate the customer ESPECIALLY if the store is negligent. Nonetheless, I left empty handed. Ive been to this store before (3yrs ago) & vowed never to return due to poor customer service. However, everyone deserves a second chance but thats their last one with me. Im done.

Horrible. When I walked it reeked of whatever dish the associates were eating in front by the registers. I was never greeted or asked if i needed help( which it was clear I did) They were very loud and unprofessional. This is close by my home but I will just travel farther to a better supply store.

I love the manager and owners! As for the help, they are very rude! They look you up and down, dont greet you when you walk in, and hold personal conversations as if you dont exist! I purposely try not to shop here unless a bargain is being given due to the rudeness of the staff.

Not a good selection of products/hair.Its sort of dirty in there.The workers are usually loud and unprofessional. They wont really help you. And the will talk about you, so have the ability to ignore stupid people.The hair that is available is not bad at all.

Very unprofessional, girls who work here are loud and have attitude problems. I try to avoid going here if I can, nice products, but can be over priced compared to other stores (even CVS is cheaper in terms of hair care).
