I go in here every few months when I want to put in braids or twists often end up impulse buying silk scarves, scrunchies, & other hair decor in addition to buying braiding hair. I’m usually in my own world with headphones but they let me shop for however long it takes and are attentive.

I like the store but the man didnt give me the proper reciept, he gave me the debit sales reciept. I dont know how much I paid for each item. Ill give them one more try.

Small mom & pop beauty supply store. Very helpful and nice couple. But certain items are limited and it is an small cramped place. But usually have something you may need.

I love this store, after reading it is black owned, I was so eager to support them. The store is well kept, I just wish they have a lot of inventory… Overall, I am very pleased to be given them my money.

I honestly really love this beauty supply store. One it’s black owned which is one important reason for me. Two the owners are so sweet, have great customer service is awesome and you can tell that they are all around good people. They’re a small business so do keep in mind that inventory is not the going to be the greatest but they have a lot of products for the size of the store. I go for braiding hair and hair cuffs to put in my hair. They have a bunch of hair braiding products

Great customer service. When I first walked in I was thinking this place is small and much of nothing; but dont judge. They keep the good stuff in the back. lol. Just ask for want and they will have it...

I walked in and didnt expect to find what I needed. But there it was! Very excited to see the had the hair selection I needed (crochet twists) and the people that run were very kind and helpful. I didnt call ahead, I just took a chance, but because it is a small location calling ahead might be helpful

The lady there was really nice. I am from out of town and when I went in there I was able to get the exact hair extensions and clips that I needed and literally spent 2 minutes. What made it even better is that I didnt have to spend an arm and a leg to get it all. Will definitely come agian when I need to!

I took a 40 min train from Arlington here. Only to be told they dont accept American express. The flat iron I wanted was $48 (w/tax). I had $42 and they refused it... I purchased the item from Amazon for $40 free shipping. Pure convenience. If this is how small businesses operate and on a product with an astronomical markup, im happy to contribute to Amazons $1B profit margin. Soon theyll all be obsolete anyway.Dont ever expect my business.

Nice array of supplies but the store its self is cramped and they are famous for not being open when they should be. Opening late and closing early is normal for them. The staff is helpful though.

All you need to be able to dye at home and save a few dollars you have in this store. Well, that, and much more!Being a business clearly focused on the African-American population, those of us who are not, we also find good products at hyper good prices, they would even be in Europe!From hair extensions, to shampoos, dyes, hairpins, gums, headbands, homemade dye kits ... Even scarves and sandals! In addition to small cosmetics and beauty products for men.In my particular case I can say that I paid only $ 1.99 for a plastic bowl to dye, and the same for the brush and the applicator. The mirror also cost 1.99, more than good price if we compare it with the $ 9 that a mirror cost in the CVS opposite.Although since we are talking about mirrors it is necessary to mention that they do not have mirrors with backrest, but only palette type, so if you want it for your table or dressing table, this is not your place.Regarding customer service, the store staff is quite nice. The owner, who I think was a man who was tidying up the little things, was super nice and we still had a pretty fun conversation.I can say, and I assure you, that it is a super recommendable store, with super competitive prices and that of course, I will come back when I need it.Finally, be careful with the location. If you go by subway, you have to go out and go to the left and take the street down, if you walk or drive, you will see it right in front of the CVS.
