I have spent 15 years in retail management/customer service & the sales staff at this location is everything I try to do with my teams.I spent nearly 2.5 hours peppering John with questions about Tesla vehicles as I was considering making the switch from gas-powered to an EV. He was patient, direct, honest; he had no issues admitting when he didnt know something & followed through on getting me answers.I get that Teslas order process is online but I strangled recommend spending some time with a sales associate (especially John in this location) to get some of your more specific questions answered.Im looking forward to my new Model Y coming at the end of this year.Well done John & the entire Tesla Warwick team.

Called the parts department to get a CR2354 battery for my Tesla Model X, the friendly guy on the phone told me to come by and pick it up.I arrived there and was told that they couldn’t help me with no reasoning. Just that I would have to bring in the vehicle for service to get one. Do I need a mechanic to put a battery in a key? That’s ridiculous.Nothing more exciting & refreshing than receiving awful customer service after buying a 100k+ vehicle. Taco Bell treats me better.

All the guys here are excellent. Everyone wears their masks, and keeps distance as well. Service is prompt and organized. They fixed my issue right away. I highly recommend this location!

This location is a bit spartan with basically just a concrete floor, a couple show models, and a couple of desks, but the staff here is absolutely terrific. Theyre super friendly, kept me informed on what they were doing for the service request, and got me in and out quickly. Highly recommend getting service done here instead of Dedham if you can.

Had a wonderful experience visiting Tesla Warwick. I scheduled my visit online and when I visited the dealership, I was promptly welcomed and my test drive vehicle was ready for me. The sales rep Nick was very knowledgeable and gave me honest recommendations and suggestions. We went for a test drive and he patiently explained all the features in the car. I am waiting for Model Y also to be available for a test drive before making my final decision.. I am very happy with their service and will be definitely visiting them again.

Had a service appointment and I walk into the service and find out that my appointment has been changed I had no clue...very disappointed I don’t live close by. Also when you walk in no one greets you. Maybe i should look into taycan

Don’t plan to test drive a car here. I had to move everything aside to get my only day off of work to fit in time to test drive a Tesla because I’m ready to buy. Now I’m told the same day of my test drive there’s not a single Tesla that they have that can be test driven. ELON come fix your dealership!!!

I purchased a 2019 Tesla Model S Performance from Tesla Warwick.  I completed the purchase online via Tesla.com per instructions from Tesla Warwick. I paid for and completed the payment in full via Tesla.com.  Tesla Warwick informed me the vehicle is ready for pick up, so I booked a shipper to pick up the vehicle. I was excited to receive my Tesla. The same day the shipper was en route to pick up the vehicle, Michael Delponte, one of the store managers, called me and left a voicemail stating he is unable to release the vehicle. I promptly returned his call and he was unable to provide further details on why he had done this.  He informed me he will try to get this resolved promptly and should have a resolution or explanation within a day. I was disappointed and canceled with the shipper that same day until further notice from Michael.The next day, I called Michael and he still had no explanation and was very ambiguous about what was going on.  Despite him assuring me he would get back to me, I had to initiate contact with him over the next few days despite difficulty in reaching him.  He still was unable to provide an explanation as to what happened.  I was confused and frustrated. Michael said hed get back to me with a status on a resolution but has failed to provide an update, refund or honoring of the deal. When I asked one of his staff members for his email address, they refused to give it to me.So far, its been about 12 days since Ive paid in full for the vehicle and Im currently out of pocket about $75,000.00 with virtually no communication or concern from Tesla about this situation.  Im not really sure what to do at this point, as theyve put me in a difficult situation.  In my opinion, Tesla Warwicks dealings with me have been unprofessional and unjust. I hope they can rectify this situation.

I had an issue with my Model S this morning. The mirrors were folded in, and the car was covered with ice, so they would not open. The owners manual said the mirrors can be opened manually so I did that on the drivers side. The mirror came loose!!!! So I drove to the Tesla store in Warwick without a serviced appointment. A service technician took my car in and thankfully was able to fix it!!! No charge either for my stupidity. Needless to say the auto folding mirror feature is turned off!!! Thank you to the man that helped me, I really appreciate it!! You guys are great!!!!

We’ve had our car for three weeks and absolutely love it. The delivery process in Mt. Kisco, NY was beyond our expectations. Our experience with the mobile service was superb. Unfortunately, the same can not be said of our experience with the Tesla store in Warwick. It would be worth your time and effort to go to another location where the sales staff may be more knowledgeable and the management more responsive.

Im an owner of a 2018 Model 3. As a new EV Owner with something as high-end as a Tesla, you would expect high-end customer service. While this wasnt the case at surrounding Tesla stores like Dedham, Warwick was superb with their service & sales team, which have brought us back again and again.Weve gone in for little minor issues like annoying sounds to larger issues like replacing glass. Every instance we go in the folks there know you by name and connect with you on a personal level rather than treating you like a business transaction. In many reviews for other Tesla service centers & stores around the area, youll see frustrated owners like myself whove had really bad experiences when it came to delivery and service following up.While Teslas normally dont need any service -- things do pop up and its important to know that when they do you have a team you can call and rely on. Tesla Warwick has been incredibly detailed, supportive, kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Their staff has been incredibly helpful and we cant thank them enough.If youre in RI or Southeast MA, dont go to Dedham. Go here! The drive is shorter and the folks are friendlier :)

My husband leased a model 3 about two months ago. They gave him temporary plates. He weny back to the dealership to get his plates since temporary plates expired a few days after. They gave him loaner car since their leasing license had expired. He was told they were going to have his car all set registered and leased the next day. He has been trying to call every day but they tell him a different story. On Saturday they called him to tell him to drop off the loaner car since they ended up selling that car to someone else and that he would be given a different loaner car. They ended up giving him a 2015 Model S when he had leased a 2020 car but that he will have his car Monday.They left him a voicemail yesterday saying that they don’t have the registration hopefully they will have it tomorrow.My husband calls today and they tell him someone just left to DMV to pick up the plates.He doesn’t received a call after 3:30 pm which is when DMV closes. He calls Tesla once again around 5pm, they have the nerve to say he doesn’t have to call every day that they will call him once the car is ready. Are you kidding me?! We’re paying a car that we’re not able to have for two weeks. I’m angry. I am aggravated about this. I want to do something serious about this.It has been two weeks and he still hasn’t been given back his new leased car that he is paying for.My husband loves Tesla so he doesn’t bother putting bad review for them but I will. Are we the only customers that is having this issue?!

Location is more convenient than having to go to Dedham for service. Its smaller and Im not sure if their offering are limited vs what Dedham offers but they were fast and friendly.

I visited the Tesla in Dedham, MA and had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I ended up walking out, and purchased a previously owned Model S from a Nissan dealership. I visited the Warwick, RI dealership with my new to me Tesla, and the staff there was incredibly helpful. Just the opposite from Dedham, MA where they wouldnt give me the time of day. The Warwick, RI Tesla sales staff answered all of my questions and then got a tech for me. The service tech came out, sat in the car with me and went over the car and all of my questions. At the end, he shook my hand and welcomed me to the Tesla family!!! Now that is serviced!!! The Warwick, RI Tesla Dealership is awesome!!! Just what I expected from Tesla!!!

Service had me sit without updates while they went to lunch. Then said it would be an hour after they sat on vehicle for 2 hours. 7 hours out of my day for a snow tire swap. That and they permanently scratched up the leather on my door. Clearly them
