I can not say enough good things about our experience from start to finish with Herb Chambers Alfa Romeo. From the beginning our sales guy, Noel was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Then we met the manager Maz, again you could just tell he genuinely cares about his customers and making them happy!We had never leased before only purchased. They both took the time to explain all the details and made sure we felt comfortable. After a few days of questions and test drives we decided to pull the trigger.The great service didnt stop there. Im not here to bash the previous dealerships we have dealt with but lets just say our last car we purchased for almost 50k and had to beg to get a key chain, absolutely no wooing, which with spending money like that I would expect a little something.Not these guys, they pulled out all the stops... Detailed the car, pulled it in front of a banner to take pictures, put velvet ropes around, a huge bow on top and to add icing to the cake Noel brought a confetti cannon from home for us since he knew how bad our previous experiences have been!! To some those details might not matter but when your spending money like this I would expect excellent customer service, which these guys definitely displayed.I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a car, they are some of the few left in the business that actually care about their customers

They sweet talked me into tire and rim insurance and when I tried to use it they said it wasn’t covered. I will never ever buy a car from them again ever it’s not the point of money it’s lies. I overlooked the first time I took in for oil change it took them 30 minutes after they told me someone will be her shortly. I had to leave after 45 minutes and leave keys with salesperson.

Purchased a 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio. We could not have had a better experience from the sales team. Went to all other luxury dealerships this last weekend. Nothing even close to the experience and service at Alfa Romeo. Robelin and Maz were above and beyond any other service we received that weekend. Also offered the best price for my trade in. If you are looking to purchase a new luxury car, this should be your place.

It was a perfect experience from the moment I walked into the door, I was mostly impressed by the sales staff, very professional and willing to help each out. My salesman Noel went about and beyond to help and explain everything to me and David in the finance department was great also. I highly recommend Herb Chamber.

The team here is excellent -- in fact, this is my second Alfa Romeo from this dealership. Maz and Roberto were incredibly fast in responding to all my communications and my second deal here was fast and convenient. The total time I invested -- from my initial inquiry, to finding the right car, to the negotiation, to signing the papers -- was essentially completed in less than a couple of hours. And I should mention, most of this time was spent from the comfort of my home while Roberto and Maz put in the work to put the deal together. They are all gentlemen and ladies here, including Jackie who completed the financial transaction. Its a pleasure to do business with this team and I commend Herb Chambers for assembling, training and leading such a fine group of people. I also commend Maz for creating such a friendly, customer-focused culture here in Warwick. Kudos and thank you.

I’m extremely happy with the experience I recently received in securing my 2016 Cadillac CTS. Alex was immediately interested in helping me find my upgraded version of a CTS. No pressure was applied and I felt very trusting in the autos he was presenting for my eventual purchase. Dave in finance was equally helpful in finding me the best percentage rate and bank. Once I decided, Alex was ALWAYS there for whatever question I might have had, even weeks after my purchase.

I think my expectations are way too high. On my first service visit that I booked online, I was told that the Alfa Romeo mechanic was in training for an entire week and was not available for appointments. Still can’t determine why I was able to make an appointment online but okay. I then decided I would take a peek at the Levantes since this is what I really wanted before deciding to give the Stelvio a try. During my prolonged time spent walking around both the showroom and the outside lot, not one person greeted or approached me. I have my thoughts about that but would prefer not to use the proverbial “race” card every time I experience horrible customer service, which is exactly what you get here. On my second visit, it was much the same thing. YOU ARE ESSENTIALLY IGNORED!!! I entered the building and no one greets you, even though there were individuals milling about. Not sure what Reception desk one reviewer is referring to, but there was nothing even closely resembling a Reception desk on either of my visits. I then went and stood by the desk of the young man who had assisted me previously. He had two, what I thought were colleagues with him. I stood for a while, not being acknowledged yet again, until I grew weary and asked if I should come back another day. No one is asking you to stop what you are doing but at the very minimum could you exercise some level of common sense with a smidge of potentially good customer service thrown in and acknowledge the person standing there. No fireworks required, just a very simple “ma’am, I will be right with you” would suffice. This is not the place to go if you want to be treated well. Unfortunately, there isn’t another Alfa Romeo service center in the area, so my options are to drive to Danbury, Connecticut for my service or sell this truck. Both options are being considered since my preference is to not do business with this poorly run service center.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Herb Chambers Alfa Romeo of Warwick for the best car shopping experience and an even BIGGER shout out to the general manager, Eddie, my salesman, Dan, and the sales managers, Maz and Dave. All four of these gentlemen made sure they were available to answer all of my questions and concerns over the last 4 days. I am over the moon to be driving my beautiful 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti! If anyone is in the market for a SUV or sedan come see these guys! There is a fantastic lease deal on these Stelvio’s and such a blast to drive! Where do I begin with this car? It’s a 2019 Alpha Romeo Ti Lusso. I worked with Maz, Alex, and David.Alex knew all the bells and whistles and made sure I did, in a kind way. David in finance was very knowledgeable and made the process the fastest and easiest I have ever experienced. He was great!And now Maz, he is a kind, understanding man, easy to talk to and at no time do you feel pressured. I told him how much I wanted to spend and he worked around it. And now the car. I can’t tell you how much fun this car is to drive. The handling is amazing, and the mellow sound of the pipes puts a grin on my face every time. I love it!Chris Kelly

Let me start from this experience I just had and comparing to the past one.Over a year ago I went ahead and decided to go into the market to purchase a vehicle. After did my homework and research I decided to go ahead and go straight to dealership and make a purchase. (Worst mistake I made) from beginning to end was a nightmare took almost a week to purchase the vehicle and came with issues that needed to be fix after. Well after a while to now I was thinking going back into the market and say “why not let me do research and homework and give it a chance again.”This time I did homework on vehicles for few months till find the right one. Once found the one I wanted its time to search dealerships and best one from all. Well found atleast 4 vehicles n time to decide one. Its time to go to dealership and chat with them to see how they are and try negotiate and go for the best deal. Well few didn’t want to negotiate, other wanted go directly to credit application and than talk. I wasn’t planning getting a lot inquiries lile happened last time so keep searching n finally Herb Chambers Cadillac had the vehicle online I was searching for. From the color, the year, milage, interior. Too good to be true but I still havent talked about the pricing and what I want.Spoke to Christine online told her whay im looking for, explain my price and thay I did pre qualify application online with capital one amd what I was approved for. Few emails back and forth and once she spoke to her Sales Manager and said if go same day he can make a deal. Im like ok I be there in few hours. At arrival was received by Ivan and spoke with him and explained what I discussed by email. He mention what was talked can make it happened and ask me what I want to do and that I was the one in charged and work with me.First thought omg really so I get the deal I want and price. But after review and comparison the price was perfect still. After went for test drive. Ivan asked if I wanted to proceed. Im like yes definitely but I have few questions now and concerns. He listened to my concerns and went got manager and did exaclty what I wanted and showed caring. I said I was pre approved and didn’t wamt inquiries except send application directly to them. He said no problem if that’s what u want its perfect. The manager now showed concern and wanted to help me. He said let me try 1 bank please try get you a better rate. I was hesitant and finally gave in. He then send me to David (another great person to work with in finance). David went ahead helped me out and like I went at closing time. He said I promise you I will get you a lower rate and will call you in the afternoon and give you news. Went home and next day he calls me with news of lower rate and that the car was getting detailed and ready for when I go in to finish paperwork.Smooth process fast and easy. Very friendly and courteous. Listen to your concerns and help yoi as much as possible. Fully recommended this place to anyone and talk to this guys. They not a make a salesperson they truly are for the people and try sale you the car you want at the best rates and price.Finally my car is all switch over and ready to go. Here comes the Business manager saying thank you and if need anything to call, show me around. Making sure I did the right move and quickly a bow, red carpet to the car.( not a picture person but my sister quickly hop on it and took her spotlight). Like its an experienced you was looking for and make you want go back. ( sister already doing homework on vehicle to decide to go back to them) highly highly recommended this place and the orice you pay for the car you get is worth much much than other competitor dealers.Thank you Herb Chambers

I did things out of order here, as I bought a giulia Ti Sport a week ago and just now happen to stop and read the reviews of this dealership. I am not surprised to see good reviews for Maz, Scott, and David. I am an out of state buyer that just happen to stop in to kill time between meetings to ask a few questions. They were respectful of my limited time, and by that afternoon Maz called me with an offer I could not refuse. It was no BS. He texted back and forth to answer my many small questions through the evening, and by Monday the paperwork was out to me, and sent back for Wednesday to finalize. That next Friday I drove home and they are still in the deal helping me out on my other lease turn in they don’t even represent. By far the easiest and least stressful of car purchases. I have and will continue to recommend this team.

Take notice.. the sales team is excellent. The service team which is at Cadillac did the best they could. We purchased a 2019 Stelvio. The sunroof failed in first week. We were given a loaner, yup a Cadillac not an Alfa. So here is my gripe, the part to repair the roof was received and was broken upon arrival and sure enough the part was then on back order. So fast forward three weeks and ready to pick up then errrrr put on the brakes the shade tore when reinstalled. We were without our brand new 50k car for a month. So I asked the service team to make this right. I suggested an extended warranty as I am concerned this may just be the beginning. Also it does not help that in order to repair the sunroof required the headliner to be removed . No longer factory solid. We want to see the Alfa brand grow in the US. FCA do the right thing by us make us feel better about our purchase and give us some peace of mind. This in no way reflects the dealership but on FCA not having a good inventory in order to complete repairs in a timely manner and the failure of the part.
