Very pleasant staff. My first complimentary oil change and tire rotation appointment. The vehicle also had a recall and a software update that I needed done. They told me it would be about 2 hours and it turned out to be 2 hours. I waited in their nice waiting room.

Went in for an Air Bag Recall Fix. They were AMAZING from start to finish even rinsed down my truck.

Great experience. Scheduled inspection revealed a costly required repair. The parts and labor completely covered by the fine extended warranty.Car came back much cleaner than it was on arrival. All staff were professional, efficient, and courteous. And the car passed inspection!

We were towed into Herb Chambers on a wet Thursday afternoon and they immediately looked at our car, showed us to warm seating and offered coffee and beverages and even offered water to our dog. Difficult to get in and get a simple oil change. I left a message, no one calls back. Finally contact someone and they are unable make an appointment. They really need a revamp around working with customers. I didn’t spend this type of money on a vehicle to chase their service department (office personal) to make an appointment for a simple oil change!

I had a pleasant experience at Herb Chambers Caddilac on 24 Oct 20. I needed an oil change and tire rotation which was performed quickly and at reasonable cost. My XT-4 had one of its rear door windows vandalized a week previous to my appointment and even though I had cleaned up the interior, the window was not yet replaced. My adviser, AJ Pulvie, offered to place sticky plastic sheets over the opening to make my ride home less harsh. This offer was unexpected and truly appreciated. Beware:They (Herb Chambers) will sell you an extended warranty on a brand new car. What does that tell you?How about what it tells you about the confidence in their cars/mechanics?Why would anyone pay $$$$ for an extended warranty on a BRAND NEW car?Add to that... They inspect their own vehicles on purchase. Major conflict of interest. Go somewhere else. Herb Chambers are scam artists only interested in taking your money, not caring about you or the safety of your vehicle.

I have been taking my vehicle here for service since I purchased it from CarMax and they are amazing. They are very professional, friendly, honest and helpful. I recently took my vehicle in because my radio wasn’t working and it was out of warranty by 35 miles. Instead of making it a big deal, they called Cadillac to see how they could help me and they did the repairs for almost nothing. They also have complimentary coffee and pastries. The waiting room is very clean and accommodating.

The Service Department at Herb Chambers of Warwick is excellent. A.J. is always accommodating;professional, knowledgeable and patient. I never hesitate in calling him when I have a question and/or need service. He is a wonderful asset to the company.

I usually wouldnt comment on a car dealership however this was a good experience. An indoor used car show room, was great for a rainy day. I thought I was going to have a hard time because I was now trapped with a multitude of car salespeople. I was approached by Ryan who was polite, knowledgeable (and if he didnt know he said so,and went to find out.) I was only shown vehicles I was interested in and there was absolutely no pressure. Because they seem to be really close to my price I will definitely try to do business with them.

I bought a pre-owned cady, which was under warranty, had to bring in in twice for work, first time in out in 2hrs, second time, they gave me a car and the work was done by days end. both times everything covered, no charge,great service reps.

I have been a customer for over 3 years. I dont want to write my entire story however what I can say is this. The only person I trust in the building is Mike DaMaio in Sales!!!! The service department is a 3 ring circus which is still unable to resolve an ongoing engine issue on my car which has been documented for almost the entire 3 years. Service is horrible and at times downright dishonest. If you buy a Cadillac proceed with extreme caution. Hands down the worst car I have ever owned and to have a service department who either cant fix or doesnt want to fix this issue is insane. Also through my own research I have found out there are numerous issues with my engine that have been reported!To the point where GM isnt making my engine ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!! After one month look a response, First of all We have met your new service manager, which I can say not too much about. Second and most important I NEVER said I was charged ANYTHING AT ALL!!!! IT IS ALL WARRANTY WORK.......I am saying NOT TO BUY GM OR Cadillac that is the point! and a service manager isnt the person working on my car... BUYER BEWARE!

The sales department is great at this place! Absolutely no pressure at all, and very informative, the only reason while Ill give it three stars while this service department! Luis is amazing!! But the department is a complete joke!! I bought a car that was completely rid of a problems! So I was there a lot, but most recentlyI bought my car there to be diagnosed for a noise in the front, they told me I needed front struts and mounts which I thought was pretty odd! And that it was going to cost over $2,700! without further Ado I just decided to stop driving a car until it was time to trade it! but because I have put so much work into the car I decided to go get a loan for $3,000 but I took it to two different dealerships just to make sure that was the problem!!And you guessed it!! Both dealerships told me my shops were not leaking nor were they bad!! that was not the problem the problem was only I needed a rear shock in the back that was blown so I decided to just go ahead and replace both of them because they were only $700 each including labor and taxes!! so go in 4 month without a car stressing about how Im going to fix it wondering if their diagnosis was even right! I live in Warwicj but I wouldnt trust this dealership to even change my oil unfortunately I have to go all the way to Norwood!! I do plan on reporting this service department to the BBB and if you are ever second-guessing about the price and what theyre telling was wrong with your vehicle youre probably not wrong,!!

I have had a great experience at Herb Chambers since leasing my first luxury vehicle. Not only did they help me get out of a car I was unhappy with, but they also continue to help me in the service department. Michael was able to get me in and out for a new tire since I had got a screw. Thank god someone in sales went over the tire protection plan because I didn’t have to pay a whopping amount for a new one. Also, I was able to even use a car to shop while they did so. I also appreciate the way Michael kept me in the loop the entire time my vehicle was being serviced this past week as l waited in the waiting room. I didn’t get this at my last dealership!

Sales promised to repair a few dings on my car when I took delivery. When i brought it back they said they couldnt fix the hood because it would cost to much. They lied to me. Get everything in writing, especially if they promise to take care of something!!FOLLOW UP: The dealer made a comment here on google about wanted to help resolve this issue. I did email them and no word back. Figures. There comment to help was just for google to look like they really care about customer service and obviously they dont.

My experience was great with Dave, I would highly recommend him to anyone interesting in getting a vehicle. When I first met Dave it was closing up he immediately took down my number and told me he would be here tomorrow but he knew I was interested in financing a vehicle. He came in on his day off to help me, yet he didnt pressure me into buying anything. I’ve purchased car in February 2018 not even 2 month ago for $22000 I start hear noise from under took it to mechanic found need transmission . Someone tried to fix this car recently. Was fresh gascket and silicone. I contacted the dealer spoke to sale manager Jeff for 10 minutes then he put me on hold for another 10 minutes then he said he will call me back in 10 minutes. No more heard from him since 4 days now . Tried to call him today he answered my number appeared in his caller ID he hanged up . The transmission will cost to fix $6000.00 this is not fair . They should be responsible and they knew about it .

Absolutely the best experience, Ramel Moore is an excellent salesman and someone I would personally follow to another dealer just to keep his level of friendliness and service. He helped me narrow my selection down to a car that fit my family and my budget. He was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I had such a great experience buying my first car here. One of the dealers Kenny Turchetta made sure I found the perfect jeep for me and made the process so easy! Pat Stewart made this by far my most pleasant buying car buying experience. I had spent months shopping around for cars at numerous dealerships. I had a difficult time getting financing due to some negative equity i needed to have rolled over into a new auto loan. Where every other dealership failed, the Herb Chambers Cadillac team succeeded. I had been interested in a vehicle at another Herb Chambers dealership in Massachusetts. They had the vehicle transferred over promptly, had me come down for a test drive, and did a quick appraisal on my trade. I had explained to them that i knew it would be difficult to get financing due to the negative equity. The General Manager Neil was very understanding and offered me what i truly believe was the highest possible amount for my trade, which helped a ton with that negative equity. The following day, Pat called me to inform me that i had been approved, and that the vehicle would be ready to be picked up that same day. My situation was not a simple one, but Neil, Pat, and the Finance manager Jackie truly went above and beyond to make this purchase possible for me.

Let me start from this experience I just had and comparing to the past one.Over a year ago I went ahead and decided to go into the market to purchase a vehicle. After did my homework and research I decided to go ahead and go straight to dealership and make a purchase. (Worst mistake I made) from beginning to end was a nightmare took almost a week to purchase the vehicle and came with issues that needed to be fix after. Well after a while to now I was thinking going back into the market and say “why not let me do research and homework and give it a chance again.”This time I did homework on vehicles for few months till find the right one. Once found the one I wanted its time to search dealerships and best one from all. Well found atleast 4 vehicles n time to decide one. Its time to go to dealership and chat with them to see how they are and try negotiate and go for the best deal. Well few didn’t want to negotiate, other wanted go directly to credit application and than talk. I wasn’t planning getting a lot inquiries lile happened last time so keep searching n finally Herb Chambers Cadillac had the vehicle online I was searching for. From the color, the year, milage, interior. Too good to be true but I still havent talked about the pricing and what I want.Spoke to Christine online told her whay im looking for, explain my price and thay I did pre qualify application online with capital one amd what I was approved for. Few emails back and forth and once she spoke to her Sales Manager and said if go same day he can make a deal. Im like ok I be there in few hours. At arrival was received by Ivan and spoke with him and explained what I discussed by email. He mention what was talked can make it happened and ask me what I want to do and that I was the one in charged and work with me.First thought omg really so I get the deal I want and price. But after review and comparison the price was perfect still. After went for test drive. Ivan asked if I wanted to proceed. Im like yes definitely but I have few questions now and concerns. He listened to my concerns and went got manager and did exaclty what I wanted and showed caring. I said I was pre approved and didn’t wamt inquiries except send application directly to them. He said no problem if that’s what u want its perfect. The manager now showed concern and wanted to help me. He said let me try 1 bank please try get you a better rate. I was hesitant and finally gave in. He then send me to David (another great person to work with in finance). David went ahead helped me out and like I went at closing time. He said I promise you I will get you a lower rate and will call you in the afternoon and give you news. Went home and next day he calls me with news of lower rate and that the car was getting detailed and ready for when I go in to finish paperwork.Smooth process fast and easy. Very friendly and courteous. Listen to your concerns and help yoi as much as possible. Fully recommended this place to anyone and talk to this guys. They not a make a salesperson they truly are for the people and try sale you the car you want at the best rates and price.Finally my car is all switch over and ready to go. Here comes the Business manager saying thank you and if need anything to call, show me around. Making sure I did the right move and quickly a bow, red carpet to the car.( not a picture person but my sister quickly hop on it and took her spotlight). Like its an experienced you was looking for and make you want go back. ( sister already doing homework on vehicle to decide to go back to them) highly highly recommended this place and the orice you pay for the car you get is worth much much than other competitor dealers.Thank you Herb Chambers Cadillac

I had a 2018 Escalade that came from another dealer sit at Chambers for 4 months because General Motors wouldnt send the parts. After they sent the parts it needed more parts which no one knew when they would be sent. I talked to the sales people at the dealer and they would not buy the car back because it came from another dealer. I had no choice on where to send the car because ONSTAR would only take it to the nearest dealer. The salesman offered me a deal to put me in a newer car and discount the amount I had lost in the 2018 Escalade. They gave me an $11,000 discount off of the list price but the car was on their website for $10,000 less, which means I lost $10,000 on the 2018 and they gave me nothing. Talk about hitting a guy when hes down, I lost on both cars and dont plan on ever buying a car from them again. Thanks.
