I just want to take a minute to talk about the experience I recently had with Mercedes-Benz of Warwick. This week after hours I was a distance to my house after I realized I had a flat tire. I called my salesman Frank Merino and he assured me I can ride on it till I got to the dealership in the am. When I arrived at the dealership at 7:30am, I was greeted immediately by my caring and awesome service advisor Courtney. I told her that I needed the car as soon as I could due to a family issue. She jumped into action to make it happen! This is my 3rd Mercedes from this dealership and if it is possible to say things get better every time I walk in! Thanks to my team…my salesman, Frank Merino….sales manager, Time Scamporino and of course the best service advisor, Courtney McGovern for always making me feel special when I walk into the dealership!!

My first experience here was good. I had my CLK-350 evaluated which has several issues. The service rep Christian was very professional and courteous. The evaluation was swift and thorough. Christian even brought out the technician to explain details for me. A surprising positive. There were multiple problems with my vehicle, which amounted to thousands! I just had them do enough to pass state inspection and shelved the rest for a later date. All in all, a very good experience. 4 star rating reflects prices. But, it is a dealership. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Thanks

I love Mercedes Benz service department in Warwick. I could not say anything but fantastic things about Joe who works there and dealt with me on two separate occasions. I bought my Mercedes in FL and have been to two service departments the customer service was terrible. Not to mention my vehicle had to go back a second time because someone did not do their job. Joe was kind as well as very accommodating, and understanding the circumstances to which I was dealing with at that moment. Maybe the Mercedes in FL should take a page from Warwick’s service departments book.

Thaddeus and Lex were the dream team. Our lease was up and we were lucky enough to walk into Warwick dealer and we ended up buying a car right on the spot. It was ready the next day…there were many back and forth silly issues with insurance company and these two gentlemen just did what had to be done. Always so friendly and helpful…great customer service!!! Also the education on the use of the car and all of the extras was thorough and he was so very patient!!!Great experience. 10/10 recommend this dealership!

They have the most professional sales consultant Mr. Quan Dao. We purchased 3 cars already from him. He is personable and treats everyone like family.Years ago, I watched him help this elderly black man, who couldn’t speak English looking at cars at the Mercedes lot. He went out his way to help him, showed him the cars and took him to service to order a part for his SUV. He didn’t make a sale that day, but he made a customer for life.

Couple bad experiences at this location, not too long ago I wanted to order a C43. The same staff did not show any remorse on wanting to help me out. I decided to go into Massachusetts. The service department as well I had a bad experience when I look to service my car there isn’t any spots available. The next availability is l two weeks after, sadly I have been making the trips to Mass for my services.

Flat out refused to work on my vehicle because it has over 200k miles. Safety issue and extended warranty related, but thats ok. They tried to sell me 2 new axles and labor when the axles needed a $35 part on each side. The axles are 1200 each plus labor. But oh wait The msrp is only $1040 per side so they make almost $400 just from marking up parts but in any case..The tech was, admittedly, too incompetent or lazy to attempt the repair so the manager decided to tell me the vehicle is too old, has too many miles and is rotted. I asked Frank if he even looked at the car, and not to my surprise, no he did not. The vehicle is in great shape, passed RI state inspection in 11/20 and has NO structural issues. I took the axles apart with a HYUNDAI MECHANIC at a HYUNDAI DEALER and looked with them and there was only light surface rust. The magnetic rings had deteriorated and that is all! The rings cost $35.00 from benz. I had the repair completed by a competent HYUNDAI TECHNICIAN at a HYUNDAI DEALER and they fixed the vehicle while is now safe to drive. These folks are out for 1 thing: a nice easy victim with a fat wallet, and if thatt not you then do yourself a favor: Go to one of the many independent shops in the state that will not take advantage of you or flat out refuse to honor a vehicles extended warranty. (ABS Sensors covered for 25 years and yes I had to replace both of them after the dealer released my unsafe vehicle without even a quote on the proper repair) I did not decline any services but the wrote the invoice as I did not authorize work. Why would I authorize a job that was not needed? You obviously arent good at your jobs. Techs lazy, advisors are just comfortable telling people to P.O. instead of trying to help people. I have a new jetta and will buy another Volkswagen when I need another car, because these mercedes folk are just too high up on their horse. YOU ARE NOT THAT AWESOME, CHILL OUT! I am on my 5th mercedes and my 3rd e class. Number of times Ive been to mb warwick:2 and how times they didnt do their jobs: 2.

I did not purchase my vehicle here, but I got it serviced - I have a 2015 Mercedes C300 - I am beyond shocked at the prices...I know Mercedes is pricey for parts, but its the LABOR that killed me I practically laughed! To get a hose replaced and tape totaling $34.21 it cost $ 380.00 FOR LABOR!?!?!?!?! For my starter replacement the starter cost $648.38 and labor $532.00!?!?! In short, $912.00 LABOR fee and $ 682.59 for parts With taxes and fees, totaled $1,672.93. I had it towed on Friday Night and I was told there werent any loaners, so the whole weekend (during the time of the pandemic and when I needed my/a car the most) I was stranded! I didnt receive a car until Monday, and of course I had to request it, again. When I was called on Saturday morning I was told they would start on it Monday, starter would be ordered and should come in for Wednesday and I would get my car on Wednesday...I didnt get it back until today, Friday, March 20, 2020 (an entire week)! Starters take only a few (2-4 hours) to install! So to find out I paid $912.00 for a job that took an entire week to do, when it shouldnt have and to be without a vehicle for 2-3 days w/ no loaner is ridiculous. I will definitely not be going back here. Im sick to my stomach for the price of the labor, especially the labor for a $34.00 part. SICK! Never ever again.

I had an issue with a valve stem. The system reported the issue at 35lbs. I went to the filling station to add air and when I removed the cap, air starting coming out. Put the cap back on and the air went down to 28 lbs on a run flat tire. On a fully booked Saturday at the service department, they were able to fit me in and get it resolved. Thank you.

Overall, the actual service and customer service was great. The person that I worked (can’t remember the guy’s name) with was great. Only reason that I’m giving a 4/5 stars is because the person that scheduled my service wasn’t familiar with the prices. I went in for a service A and C light, which was about $550. I wanted 2 door bulbs replaced, which I was told were $25 a piece. My total was supposed to be about $600. Instead, each door needed 3 hours of labor, about $500 per door. My total would have been over $1500. Luckily, the service guy looked it over and corrected the paperwork. Unfortunately, I did not get the bulbs replaced.

I brought my car in for a problem where it wouldnt start, the Service dept. checked it out and identified the problem right away, along with a few other items that need tending to. There was no pressure to do any more than the work I asked for and they turned the repair around in two days (parts needed to be ordered) and I didnt even have an appointment - I dropped my non-starting car there in an emergency! This was not my first visit here (my wifes car has been there at least twice) and Im sure it will not be my last. Professional, expectation-exceeding service from beginning to end. The price came in under their estimate and was virtually the same or lower than every report Ive seen online for the same mechanical issue.

Best experience and it all started with John Canning. From start to finish John was an absolute gentleman, a man of his word, and most of all honest which is hard to find in a car salesman. Stopped in to have rear brake light checked. Walked out 3 1/2 hours later with a $1,938.00 bill! Place was closed when I left. The following day I called regarding outrageous bill and was told they have set prices for each service. I was also told I needed new tires for $1,690.00. However, I had just replaced the two front tires two months ago. Never ever go here! I have been in a Mercedes-Benz since the age of 10 and never been taken advantage of like this!

I purchased my car from this dealer at the beginning of the covid outbreak and haven’t even put 1000 miles on it and have had nothing but trouble. Already had to pay $1000+ for a fuel pump to be replaced and when I called to speak with them about my issues their only resolution was I pay over $500 to have it towed to them from where my location I’m CT so they can “take a look and decide if it was something they would be willing to help me out with” after reading reviews on the cost of their labor charges I knew there was no chance it would be worth it to take the risk of bringing it back to them. They were also very quick to say that my warranty was only good for 30 days but with covid and working from home I’ve done significantly less driving deferring the issues past that warranty. I didn’t have the car for 2 weeks before the entire dash screen shattered and stopped working out of no where when I mentioned this they brushed over it like I said nothing at all and just blamed covid in the fact that it took over 3 months to get a registration. This was another thing I was quoted over $1000 to have fixed. I knew was buying a used car but with less than 50,000 miles I in no way expected $2000 worth of work on a car I haven’t even put 1000 miles on yet.They do not properly inspect or fix their used cars just defer the problems to the buyer after sale. Not to mention the undervalue for the car I traded in with them. From such a large dealership I would have expected different. If I could leave 0 stars I would have and would highly recommend buying your next car elsewhere. Update* it’s been 2 weeks since I emailed the owner based on his response to this post and I never heard back from them.

They arent pushy salesmen either, which is quite a rarity in my opinion. As a business owner I understand the value of everyone working as a team and that is exactly how it is at Warwick Mercedes. One might expect a visit to a Mercedes-Benz dealership to be an anxiety provoking experience. Ill admit, the first time I came here almost 4 years ago; I didnt know what to think. But within minutes, I could tell that this place was different. Joe Diaz was my service rep and he met me at my car with an authentic welcome. This was my first Mercedes and first service visit. He was attentive, patient, and especially informative about all the questions I had. No gimmicky sales tactics, just an honest guy who wanted to help. Thats unfortunately hard to come across these days. Fast forward 4 years and 2 Mercedes later and my experience has not changed. Joe always rolls out the red carpet and does whatever it takes to make myself (S550 owner) or my wife (E350 owner) happy. Facts: Leased a 2018 Mercedes GLC300, front tires are bald at 15,000 miles. Being told all 4 need to be replaced. Out of the kindness in Mercedes heart they have offered me a $100 credit. Original windshield had to be replaced because it was warped. Check engine light had to be serviced twice. Squeaky brake pads had to be replaced.Save your money and buy a real luxury brand that understands what luxury really means. I will never buy a Mercedes again in my life and I advise all who read this to continue your search for a company that stands behind their product.

I drove in without an appointment at the end of the day (4 PM) to ask about an error message on my dashboard regarding my coolant level. The service center took me in immediately and without hesitation, filled my coolant reservoir back to the proper level with Mercedes-approved coolant. It took almost a half gallon. They then sent me off on my way with no charges or sales attempts. I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with the service I received.

A no pressure shopping experience. John Canning never tried to up sell us beyond what we were looking for. He fully explained all of the many, many, many excellent options that are available in Mercedes cars. He was fully knowledgeable about each car just by walking up to it. My recent experience with this dealership was top notch. I was apprehensive about the new car buying process and they really made a point of making me feel comfortable. Had my car serviced today. The service is so slow there. Get wurst each year. A good old bate and switch. No more loner cars and they return your car dirty . I guess no more complimentary vac. And car wash.

My wife and I had the best experience at the Warwick Mercedes Benz store. We dealt with Salesman Nick Wilding. He was Reliable and dependable to us. We appreciated his concern towards our vehicle shopping very much, that I referred my sister in law and husband to him. Within 1-2 days they had purchased a Mercedes also from Nick .He has gone beyond just being a sales person to us, he has shown genuine concern for our after purchase issues. Whether it was making an appointment or just simply ordering a light bulb in the parts department for us. Mercedes of Warwick has gained four new customers for life.

Sales Department seems great but be weary of Service Department. I dropped off my car on October 1st of 2018 for a paint job due to defective paint. Here I am March 4 2019 still with no car and no real status update since I dropped it off. Don’t think I’ll be returning here once I get it back which is a shame as I had all my maintenance done here for 3 years now, not sure what happened to the quality of service they had in past years so be careful if you are going here for any type of larger job as it may take a half year for you to see your car again.

The manager, Tim, definitely shows his willingness to address any customer service issue that shows up.You can see that the staff works hard to provide good service, answer any questions, and be more than just a place to buy a car, but to promote a brand, and build a culture. I recommend you stop by here if you want to experience luxury in Rhode Island.

Ive never expected much from a car dealership, but Erik from the Pre-Owned Dept. sets a new standard in terms of lack of customer service skills. Slightly over a month ago, Ive inquired about a vehicle I was interested in, by an e-mail and two phone calls - still have received no response to either. Not even a simple, professional courtesy call. Apparently, hes too important to deal with a customer whos willing to spend his time and money at the dealership which feeds his family. Or at the very least, to refer a sales rep. Much appreciated Erik - you DEFINITELY contribute to the M-B brand and to the dealership you work for!

I have been a die hard Lexus owner....after looking for a new car i am now a Mercedes person. The facility is very nice however more important the sales and sales management are absolutely great. So great i actually bought a second Mercedes in 3 weeks. Nick Wilding was the salesman that assisted me. I never write reviews, but I had to write one this time because the service was absolutely wonderful and these guys deserve it! My car needed a big job done on it. Manny Correia was extremely helpful, patient and understanding. He got the job done at a reasonable price and went above and beyond in customer service. He not only called the warranty company for me, but kept me up to date with what was going on with my car. I will definitely go back to get all my service needs done through them and I will definitely request Manny because he got the job done with a smile! My car came back fixed and clean. I completely 110% trust these guys with my car. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for the service you provided. Thank you!

I had a great first experience buying a car at Mercedes-Benz of Warwick. My salesman was Nick Wilding and he provided superior customer service and got me a great deal. There was no pressure to buy and he spent as much time with me as I needed. Car buying isnt something that most people enjoy but Nick really made it a stress free experience. My husband and I was looking for a newer Mercedes and went to several places and looked online for offerings. We went over to Inskip Mercedes because they had several styles and colors that we were interested in. We were greeted by John Canning in sales. We told him what we wanted to see and he was able to review and answer any and all questions we had about the cars, options, financing, promotions and was very thorough. John is very pleasant and easy to talk to. He walked us through every aspect and details of the vehicles we drove and was very knowledgeable of MB vehicles. Unlike other car buying experiences Ive had over the years this time was very different...I think that he is the one who made this car buying experience a total pleasure. Not only did he sell us a car but we also left reassured that if we needed anything at all to feel free to call him personally. If you are looking for a MB go see John Canning, hes down to earth, motivated and just a real nice guy....
