Call center sucks. Made a reservation and it somehow disappeared. The individual at the store location found us what we needed at a close location and everyone was happy.
They never answer phone calls and the call center in Florida has the worst customer service service I’ve ever received. No answers to questions thy hang up in you face when they can’t help you the worsT rental experience ever
Very poor service. No one was available to take my phone call, and when I arrived at this location no one was available to assist me after patiently waiting over 15 minutes. Very unprofessional. I would recommend going elsewhere.
I went to get my propane tank filled. I was told that they were short staffed and couldn’t be helped. I asked where the next location was for propane fill and I tried to call to make sure someone was available but no one answered after being on hold for 20mins. I decided to drive there and when I showed up I was told to go to another location because they didn’t fill propane there. I was furious! Im tried of getting the corporate run around. I have since taken my business down the road to a place that specializes in propane and have been much happier.
Extremely unprofessional! Went to drop off my car for a trail hitch installation scheduled for 9:30 am. Spoke to the u haul worker, who was wearing no mask and head phones while I spoke to him. He told me that my appointment was not scheduled for that day, even though I showed him the confirmation email. I never changed the appointment time, nor was I informed about the change. The worker was very rude and would not give me a refund and would not help me. When I asked to speak to a manager the worker told me rudely that “they wouldn’t be in until 12:01”. Left the store and called back later, for TWO HOURS! Finally spoke to the same worker and he told me the manger was still not there and was very rude about it. Called back AGAIN later and this location did not answer the phone for over an hour after multiple calls. Had to end up calling corporate to complain and for a refund. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
After calling 4 other haul locations, I called and asked if they had a be home trailer. They told me they had some and I informed them I would be there within the hour to reserve one. I got there and both of the trailers that I was looking for were in repair.
Called customer service to rent a truck asked about the ramp on the truck I was going to rent to make sure it had one was told yes. Set up my pickup time for which I had checked in online a day before hand. Had some unfortunate events happen that morning and called and told them I would be late, was told ok. Then I had a person call me and I told them I was on my way only to get there and them not have the truck there....... it was down the street at the other lot, no biggie not to far but still an inconvenience when I told them when I would be there and such. A very nice Girl Amber met me down there only to find out that the truck I had rented didnt have a ramp. At this time I was very upset about them not having the truck and being told the wrong information about the truck having a ramp and such. Amber went back to get me the slightly bigger truck with the ramp and brought the keys back to me so 35 minutes altogether later Im on my way. Amber was awesome give her a raise and a promotion for the rest of it the organization was horrible. I have had many services through uhaul in the last few months a hitch put on a bike rack purchased etc. I will not be back to this one ever again and I still have to rent a truck again and a storage spot in the next week or so it will not be from here....

Ive called this store twice I just want to know how much was a small truck so I can move nobody never picked up the phone the first time I was on hold for 6 minutes the second time 14 minutes
Great guys!!! they are very friendly and very helpful.I just wish when you call their number it would go to them but instead it goes to some kinda call center...and that sucks!!!1 more thing, I already left a bad review for Mini Storage in their site. Dont use that place. I mean you could as long as you dont deal with Tim, manager. He is a piece of S***, the other guy who works with him is super cool and very helpful.
Very friendly, helpful, and understanding. Dolly was missing and ramp wasnt the size we expected but they did everything to satisfy, which made us more greatful. Customers first! Worth five stars for customer service :D
They need more help behind the counter, especially on weekends. I have been waiting in line to buy boxes and furniture covers for nearly a half hour and the line is only building behind me.
They never answer the phone!! An they don’t call you to remind you that your storage is due!! And there slow!!
Prices are alittle high but trucks are nice
