If I could give it no stars u would. One of the worst customer experience ive ever had. Just totally horrible ..the situation stated at this location and ended up involving two other locations...what a totally horrible experience .reKky needs to look at its customer experience

I pack up most my stuff this uhall was close to my house I went to return a 10 pack of boxes all tightly banded. He said one box was missing and will only give me credit Nine dispite that how I bought them, he said no it not That how I win I allies win I let him process the return call it day over $2.00 just forget to rent truck and rent from a different u-haul with good customer service and no additude. Well did not win I just lost $2.00 and had a bad experience over 7 years ago that just causing me emotionally stress.

Friendly helpful staff that truly does go out of their way to satisfy your needs from trucks to propane. I use them to fill my BBQ and portable heaters tanks all the time. Fair price and you always get a proper fill-up. Unlike the grocery stores exchange program were u get almost 2 gallons less and pay far more per gallon. I have been going to this location for 10 years. There are other u-haul locations closer to my home but I come to this one because it is the best. Other locations are rude and don’t have your reservation ready or available. I have had 2 hitches installed here, have got countless trailers and trucks and they are consistently awesome. Excellent service and always reliable!

I just hung up with Matthew at this location and was utterly impressed! He did not have a vehicle for me but found what I needed at another site, reserved it for me and made my life so much easier. He sounded like a young man and I was so pleased with his customer service and patience. Hes a keeper!!Keep up the good work, Matthew!

I rented a truck for my church. It had a coat of oil in the back. One of our volunteers fell and got hurt. It damaged the donated food and household goods. The manager refuses to call us back. They still charged me for the truck and wont cover the damages

Good and clean plus great prices and services

This place is the first Uhaul place that I actually like. Service was dope. But the indoor storage is a little irritating. No heavy stuff unless you want to carry them up some stairs. Other than that I like it. Also like the donation center there. Donated my dresser. I wasnt carrying it up the stairs

Do not ever go here! They take your money! 70 dollars was charged on my account because I wanted to rent a truck to move! They claim the money never showed up in their system but it was taken off my card! It’s been 3 weeks and they have given me the run around about the refund of MY money. WORST U HAUL EVER! ILL NEED A BOSS THERE WITH YALL EVERYDAY! I STILL WANT MY MONEY

Excellent customer service. The staff patiently answered all of my questions and gave me all of the information I needed. The truck we rented was practically brand new and worked for our needs. I liked being able to return the vehicle after closing time.

The Manager Samia & Matthew were helpful, polite & understand the value of customer service! Stephanie was also extremely helpful troubleshooting access to storage & resolving the issue. The staff are super & the manager is also!

I rented a uhaul for 1hour should of been $50 over the course of 3 months they charged my credit card almost $20,000 because they thought my name was Eugene and that I drove cross country and abandoned the uhaul I called corporate and they said it was handled a month later they recharged my card was forced to sue uhaul and won in court

Friend moved into a storage unit. Had big ideas. This made it a lot easier. Pickup open trailer. Cheap too. I may say.

No customer service skills, I used a different U Hall stores and my experience was great . This location give me the truck and it is 1/4 full gas tank I oust a full tank and after I finished my trips, I returned the truck back with 1/2 tank extra, I asked him to give me the money back for the extra 1/2 tank and the owner said he would not, we should have brought it 1/4 tank as we took it . I explained to him he should have gave me the tank full to begin with and ask the customer to bring it full and if the tank is not full they should charge extra for that . He does not have answer for me .I would not recommend that place period .

DONT USE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDAugust 4th i rented a U-Box for 1 month for a friend and told U-Haul not to keep my card on file since i was only making a one time payment.Well September 4th my card gets debited for $90.05 good that i noticed it right away and called them they admitted that they see on the record that i told them not to keep my card on file or charge my card since it was not my unit, but still no refundSept 10, well long story short they still have my money and i have to go through a long Dispute with my Bank to get my money back meanwhile they get to sit on my money .they should be held responsible with criminal charges

Terrible service at this location! The guy working the counter was rude and unhelpful. Then offered me a promo discount then charged me the full price. I highly recommend if you need a uhaul avoid this one at all costs.

This place didnt have the trailer i needed when i showed up after stating that they did previously on the phone, but happily made a call to another U-Haul down the road that did and sent me on my way. Minor inconvenience but i was treated very well in a professional manor otherwise.

I have used this location several times in the past and never had any issues. On this most recent occasion, though, I noticed that both the odometer reading and the fuel reading did not match during the pre-rental inspection. I pointed it out to the gentleman conducting the walkthrough, and he immediately amended the lease to match the fuel reading (3/4 rather than 7/8 of a tank), the mileage only being off by one mile. When I returned the truck after business hours, I included the sheet with his initialed changes with the keys, the tank being at exactly 3/4 again. When I was emailed the receipt of charges the following morning, my debit card was charged an additional $17 for fuel costs, despite the fact that I had only put a total of 8 miles on the truck and then filled it back to where it was when the employee signed off on it. After multiple phone calls over a period of four hours, where I was told more than once that the manager in charge would be calling me back without ever actually being contacted, I was finally informed that it would take 3 to 5 business days for a decision to be made (by a manager I was not allowed to speak with, no less). Now I am left wondering how many times in the past this location may have overcharged me in the same manner when I havent checked the receipt. Be careful giving these people your credit/debit card, and make sure to check your final receipt. I have lost faith in this location. Wherever that $17 charged to my card went, it sure as hell wasnt into the gas tank.

We get our propane here and have rented U-Hauls. Never had a problem and very friendly.

Staff made moving quick and easy. I would recommend this U-Haul.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR OR TRUCK PARKED HERE!!! It took me 30 min to get my boxed in truck out of their lot. All of the after hours returns were lined up out the driveway! No one to help! Terrible service. Next time Ill drive an extra 2 miles to go to a different location.
