It was so easy to rent and the staff was so helpful. The unit was clean and just what I needed. Getting a van to use free was amazing. The staff was so friendly and made sure I had what I needed. Thank you.

Girls out there are on top of game. Place is emaculate and kept clean. Not real crazy about the limited hours you can access your unit, but Im sure they would accommodate any special requests.Older maintenance guy is sharp as a tack and keeps his eyes on everything which to me is better theft prevention than any camera system. Facility does have a fairly new security and camera system in its it right cant be beat by even some banks!!! I would say if security is a concern then this place has you covered. Will definitely use again if possible. Units go quick.

Its a very nice facility but I was angry that my unit is located outside of the security fence. Why have a gate and code if my unit is placed outside of it.

We moved from New Hampshire to Warren about 4 months ago and needed a large storage unit while we down sized. We dropped by life storage and Charlene took care of us. The unit was clean and dry, the location on Elm road was secure and convenient and Charlene was a pleasure to deal with. If we ever need another storage unit again, we will definitely go back to the Elm road location! I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a storage unit!

I have had two different storage units and Life Storage on Elm road easily overtakes the experience I had with the other company. The price is definitely what initially got me to store here but the friendly and courteous staff and well kept property and units is definitely what kept me here.

There is very polite service. All the storage units are nice and clean along with a variety of sizes. Very helpful and I got a discount to start up! They also give reminder calls if you havent come in to pay your bill yet! I love the access hours!

The storage units are very well maintained. Very clean. Parking lot is even very clean. Easy access in and out. Employees are super friendly and always great service at desk. Even maintenance guy helpful and friendly. Will definitely use again if needed.

The storage unit I got at Uncle Bobs is amazing. If you need to store something that needs to stay warm and dry then this is your place. The unit I have is on the inside and the halls are wide and clean. This made carrying things in much easier than I thought it would be. You can store a single bedroom apartment including mattresses and box springs inside the one I have. For the price if you have nice stuff and need to store it for awhile you cant beat Uncle Bobs.
