Do not trust this company. I purchased a refurbished PC from them. It is a piece of junk. You turn it on and it goes off in seconds. I called with the issue and they would tell me unplug it and wait 5 minutes and plug it back in and do a refresh. How can I do a refresh if the machine want come on????? Last time I called I was told he was pretty much the only one there and he had never spoken to me.. It no longer is under warranty so I just gave them money for nothing..

I honestly want to give more than 5 stars to this amazing business. The team at United PC Tech was by far the most experienced computer technicians that I have ever dealt with or seen. They are definitely the real deal !! They were so friendly and beyond helpful, honestly over exceeded my expectations. They treated my computer like it was their own, instead of throwing parts at it they told me what it needed and what it didn’t need. Before I went to United PC tech I was expecting to have to pay a ton of money to fix it or even worse have to replace it but they worked their magic and the price was three times less than I thought it would be. Great work United PC Tech !!!I would definitely recommend United PC tech to anybody that has computer related problems.

The place with a healing touch for your laptops, I mean literally.Dropped off my laptop here that had been lying dead for months at my house, failing to even come on.They said they didnt have to anything, just turned the laptop on and it started working all fine.Even refused to take any cash/money for the service which shows their honesty.Highly Highly Recommeded!!

I bought computers off eBay from the time it came in the mail it has said the fan isn’t working I took it back too the shop too get it fix and it still broken I just won’t our money back I told him he told me I would have no choice but too get it repaired I’m so angery They are scams

I recently purchased a computer from there online ebay store called Uptstore. The computer arrived with the wrong windows key and the hard drive was not hooked I tried contact them it too k week to get that problem solved I used the computer 1 time and went to use it again and It would not boot to bios. I explain to them what was going on they acted like they did not understand. any computer repair would know what was going on but not them! then they said you can pay to have it return to be fixed but the computer was not worth the trouble or the cost to return. They knew that Uptstore is a poor choice for repair or purchase!

Ive purchased several computers over the years. The computers become outdated before they break. With 5 elementary aged girls, thats saying A LOT! Friendly and helpful staff make this a great place to buy a computer. Some may be thrown off by the computer parts and clutter but remember, they sell refurbished off lease computers and a huge discount and sell a massive volume. I can overlook cleanliness under the circumstances.

Ordered a dual monitor PC setup from them. Just needed a cheap office configuration for quickbooks and word processing. Its definitely older stuff, but at a great price and so far everything is working as expected. Had them upgrade the hard drive to an SSD. It booted right into windows without any setup on my end other than plugging it in. Very happy with what I received for the price. Will use these guys in the future for sure. Only downside, the self-branded keyboard that came with it was junk. Easily replaced with a spare we had though.

Ordered a Dell 7010 I-5 256 SSD with 1 Terabyte. 4 brains with hyperthreading...2 monitors..$460.00. From United PC Tek..........Explained 3 times ...I wanted this computer to work right out of the box. Arrived 4 days later....dead..would not start only in DOS.Called Microsoft for help. No help with out paying $500.00Called Dell ....basically told me the computer was 6 years old and had completed its useful life.Called United PC Tek on following Monday....Get this..They said.I must have damaged this computer.Asked for a Refund...took 2 weeks to get refund.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE A NICE CLEAN INSIDE AND OUT COMPUTER THAT WILL NOT START OUT OF THE BOX.THEN YOU WILL BE TOLD YOU DAMAGED IT.... Their Teks evidently didNOT even check this computer...before they sent it out.Call BBB to get their opinion of this company.

My wife had to start working from home, so she ordered a Dell computer with dual monitors (all renewed). It arrived packed all in one box. Setup was easy, and it worked OK except one of the monitors would not stay on. A call to the company quickly determined the problem to be the VGA adapter for the second monitor. Two days later, a replacement adapter arrived, and the second monitor was up and running. We are very pleased with the purchase.

We been ordering PC for our stores for over 4 years from these guys and we have never had an issues, theyre easy to get hold of and we get our PCs shipped same day or next business day.

We went here earlier today and picked up 3 Chromebooks for under $500.00 after trying to find laptops (and only being able to find laptops no cheaper than $700.00 a piece anywhere else) for our children for this upcoming school year seeing their schools are starring off remotely, and I am not comfortable nor do I want to be responsible for a borrowed device from our school district.

Horrible customer service, kept emailing back and forth with no solution, ask for a refund didnt get it. Only 1 of the two monitors work. The desktop was bad, the hard drive needs to be replace. It was a total waste of money. Had to go out and buy another computer set so I can start working from home.

Im still waiting on my refund that they claimed they have not received even though UPS tracking clearly shows that the order was received and signed for. The owner says that he does not know who the signature belongs to. They are liars and cannot be trusted..I will update this when my refund is posted. I ordered an OptiPlex 9010 which arrived in perfect condition across the country via FEDEX Home Delivery in a very short time. The packing was simple and yet perfect. The already installed Windows 10 Pro for refurbished PC worked perfectly with the activation process. I have already configured most of my desktop apps from my old computer and connected all of my ham radio gear via the Ethernet (through Router), Serial and USB ports. I have not tested DVD Write mode yet, otherwise everything else is working perfectly. Basic but brand new keyboard and mouse included! I switched out to my CORSAIR Red Cherry switch keyboard but the supplied certainly can be used fine. Impressive order processing and delivery for this fine I7 quad core based computer this retired guy will be using for years to come.

Over the years I have purchased 3 computers from this establishment and I have taken computers there for repair. Happy with the service! Nick is as pleasant as can be. I would give him 6 stars but they only offer 5. I sent a couple of friends there. All have been happy.(yes I use all 3 of the computers that I purchased there and all 3 are going strong)..

I’ve taken my Mac here twice. Once for a hard drive and second for a software issue. My life depends on this computer and they fixed it perfectly both times! Not only Perfect but also super fast. They are so affordable and their customer service is wonderful! I would recommend them to everyone I know!!!!

I called Nick in a panic because I needed a computer quick. He was very nice, looked at my specifications, answered all of my questions and provided cost effective upgrades. Service was friendly, prices were reasonable, and service was OUTSTANDING!

After further review and investigation about the charging port, I felt compelled to change my rating. While the service was adequate, and in store I appreciated their tolerance for my nephews million question barrage, I was unhappy with the lack of communication while my laptop was in service. I didnt feel like I was being taken care of until I posted a negative review online.Overall, I dont want to post this as a dont shop here!. Hopefully they take this criticism constructively and learn from it for the sake of future customers.

I was and continue to be thoroughly impressed with United PC Tek. I accidentally spilled water on my $750 Asus laptop, resulting in it not being able to turn on at all. I thought my laptop was gone for good, but took it to United PC Tek to see if it could somehow be salvaged. The staff that waited on me was friendly and gave me a timetable for when the manager would get back to me about it.The manager called me shortly after I dropped it off and asked me some questions about it and said that Id only pay if they were able to fix it. It was free for them to look at it and diagnose, even though Im sure that type of thing takes a fair amount of time. He was also very up-front with me. He didnt promise he could fix it, which I liked, as I appreciated his honesty. He gave me a very reasonable quote for what itd cost in the event he could fix it.A day or two later, he called me stating that he was able to fix it and that it was up and running. I came and paid them a fraction of what it would have cost me to replace the laptop. I took it home and, sure enough, it runs as if I had never spilled water on it. Im typing from it right now.All in all, United PC Tek is an excellent PC repair service. They have great customer service, are honest, very affordable, and effective. What more can you ask for?

Most people dont realize that they can save a lot of money by buying refurbished PCs (from a trustworthy source). These friendly folks have a great inventory and can customize your PC any way you want. They also have the absolute best prices I could find online and off. They are a Microsoft Registered refurbisher and the PC I picked up was very nicely and completely set up, with very clear instructions (which ended up not being needed), and all the necessary software to get started and online! You also get a 90-day warranty! Were really happy and will probably be coming back here for a long time to come!

I bought a desktop PC from United PC Tek and within 6 weeks the hard drive failed. United PC Tek did not honor their advertised warranty. I had to replace the hard drive and transfer the data out of pocket. Their communication with me was confrontational and poor. I will never purchase another product from them again. Piss poor products and service along with not honoring warranties. United PC Tek refused multiple times to honor their posted warranty. They were very dishonest with me.

We called & Nick hooked us up with an incredible deal. We wound up with a computer that no retailer could touch for the price! A#1 5 Stars.

Great experience getting my gaming PC fixed. I got it fixed on 9/11/18 it is now 2/20/19 and it is still running smoother than ever. Thats more than what i was hoping for. will do business again.

Great service!! Ordered my personal pc from them via eBay and it arrived very quick and it works perfectly. Then I started working for a call centre and they needed a new pc for my office so ordered one directly through them, and again, came quickly and was in great condition. One screen wasn’t working correctly and I called and they guy was very helpful and sent me a new screen which I has within a few days. Everything is great. Easy company to deal with.
