Took my phone here after cracking the screen because it was closest to school. Everything worked fine for about a week until my screen started to act up, ghost typing, frozen screen, overall unresponsive. Took it to a local guy back home that I trust to get the screen changed and I was still having problems. Decided to take my phone to apple to run diagnostics and they came to the conclusion that whatever steps taken during repair by this place resulted in internal damage. It would cost more to get that fixed than to buy a new phone so now Im down $300 in repairs plus phone payments. Save your money, save your time, go to apple.

I had a very negative experience here today. I brought in a device that had been repaired here before and still had a problem. The problem was with a part (proximity sensor) that was not repaired, and the earlier repairs were for water damage to the screen and home buttom. I was willing to pay for this new part to be replaced.The agent, who said his name is Kenneth, took the phone apart and tried a new proximity sensor. That did not help. He then said there was water damage (not a surprise, since they had done repairs because of that already), that a plate was missing from inside the phone, and that it is not worth repairing a phone that has water damage. Since the shop had already taken my money to do a repair for water damage, that was frustrating. He also reassembled the phone incorrectly, leaving something pressing against the back of the display. That pressure causes a bright spot on the front of the display. He refused to fix that problem that he had caused and threatened to call the police when I continued to ask how I could get that remedied. He insisted that it is not his shop, that his boss is not available, and that he has no responsiblility for what is done there in the past (or, indeed, by him).I also noticed that since the initial repair the store has many new signs posted about all sales being final, warranties being limited, etc. It feels like a different place. The person who did the first repair, which went well, was not there.I rarely give negative reviews, but I wanted to save others from frustration and expense.

This agent is NOT an authorized Apple Representative. My screen was cracked very badly and took it to IOZ during the pandemic since the Apple Store was not open. My experience was not satisfactory. It took three unsuccessful attempts at replacing the screen before I had to buy a new phone. The screens used are not authorized apple products and there for considered third party. To be clear the replacement screen was beautiful. However, since this was not an authorized agent or equipment it jammed the sensors on my phone and rendered it completely useless.The customer service of IOZ is good. However, I did ask for a refund since their product failed. They responded that all sales are final and to bring the phone is for a 4th time for them to take a look. No thanks! If you are looking to fix an apple device - bring it to apple or a apple authorized representative.

If I could give negative stars I would. I went in to fix a cracked screen, $125 later they fixed the crack, but my phone now shuts off, turns black, and the whole née screen now pops off randomly. I was hoping to support this business, but they will ultimately end up costing you more.

I was traveling through RI from Arkansas And needed my iPhone X and iPhone XR screen fixed. Stopped by IOZ wireless on Saturday to give them the phones, picked them up Sunday afternoon with no problem.Woke up Monday morning to a completely blacked out screen on my X and very sensitive screen on my XR. Called IOZ to advise of problem was told to bring the phones back I told the representative that I was not from RI and asked was there anything that could be done or could I get half of payment back he told me there was nothing he could do I would have to bring the phone back in. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Had batteries replaced for 2 different iPhone 6S’s on separate occasions. Quick service, no issues. Store hours aren’t 100% reliable but it’s a minor detail - he seems to be a one man show. Only once did I need to wait a few minutes for him to come back from lunch

I accidentally deleted the notes and notes icon from my iPhone today and was in a panic because I had some important personal information there. I couldn’t figure out how to recover them and in a panic I walked into IOZ at 5PM today. I explained what I did and in less than five minutes he had figured out how to recover the information. I was not actively using the cloud and did not have a back up so I was sure everything was lost. He was not only knowledgeable and professional, but reasonable too. I couldn’t believe it! I am very impressed with his service and feel fortunate knowing his store is in Warren.

Great store! I quickly had my phone battery replaced and the screen was fixed. After the original replacing the battery went bad but they replaced it for free and now it works perfectly fine! Not to mention it was very inexpensive!

He assured me that he would be able to fix it and if not, then he would refund me. I wish I had that conversation recorded because he lied to my face.After 2 days he still could not fix my phone properly., I needed one immediately for work so I went back to get my refund as promised to go buy a new phone. I came in had my screen repaired and when u look straight at is no cracks but if u look on an angle big crack brought it back the next day cause it was closed when I noticed it and the guy is refusing to fix the defective screen and all the bots that say they are highly recommended is just bots there not real people. I grew up in warren, and I have yet to see any of these small town businesses open on time!Not to mention I called for a cracked screen. They have their prices listed. They say it takes them 10 minutes to fix a screen, mine costing $100.00! That’s 6 screens sn hour at $600.00 am hour!! Are you crazy?? And it’s barely guaranteed! $100.00???? No thank you!!!
