Dropped a laptop on Saturday and was told I would receive a phone call the next day for pricing and timing for a simple reinstall OS. No call was ever received and I contacted them on Tuesday and the employee had no idea what I was talking about would have to reach out to his manager and get back to me. The next day I did receive a call back and was told my laptop would be ready in another week or so because they had to order the parts. Parts? My issue was just software related and did not need any parts whatsoever. I was willing to wait 8 days for a simple 20 minute job but they wanted me to wait about 2-3 weeks. They did not seem as if they cared by their attitudes and unprofessional way of handling customers. They definitely looked like they needed the business pretty badly. Place was tiny and ugly. Looks as if it opened in the 80s. I would never again deal with this place and I would highly recommend you look for another shop.
