I ordered couches from them. I ended up canceling my order and buying couches elsewhere. But the only reason I did so was because of the price. Staff and inventory was great. I just ended up paying cash for something cheaper so I wouldnt have payments. But Id definitely go back to them in the future.

Read properly protection policy especially on phones.Cheap replacement or bad repairs do not affect rental cost.Check re-used refrigerators.

This store has the worst management. Ive been a customer of r.a.c for many years. Weather that sounds good or not. I had an account with the other 9 mile store where they were great and friendly that closed. So I unfortunately was transferred to this store. Im not going to say Im a perfect customer. I may be late every now and than. But i pay and pay all my items off. So i purchased a computer and paid it off. In their computer it was never taken care of properly. So 6 months later on my account when they call for a payment they say I owe on my current item and the PAID OFF COMPUTER. Which i already had this problem 6 months ago that I had to be contacted from Ryan(district manger) who supposedly fixed there glitch in their computer. But no, again today Steve the worst manager got on the phone and argued that I still owe $349.00 for my paid off computer. Now after 10 minutes of me trying to nicely explain I began to aggressively explain. Which his customer service skills really need to be questioned. He was far and beyond any kind of manager i would employee or could see employeed by anyone. After 15 minutes he came to the conclusion that he had to call his district manger Ryan, who was off today. So finally STEVE using his brain he called the manger from the closed store and she explained that yes my computer was paid off and I do not owe for any computer. Steve calls me back and says yeah its paid off I gotta wait to Monday and clear a 31.00 payment because a glitch in their system was making it show I owe and I dont. No appology, and he had the audacity to say I was out of control because I had to be aggressive to get him to do his job properly. Im extremely appalled that he would talk and treat me in the manner he did twice now. POOR POOR MANAGEMENT. And to add insult to injury he also said I gave the gentleman a hard time that was calling to take my payment. This place is a joke. Its hard to believe that a loyal customer doesnt matter when there are other competitors that would greatly appreciate my money.

Manager always tries to work with you if you come up short they go out of thier way to satisfy the costumer
