I went there to purchase a cat pod for 99.00 she said I had to order it online I told her that I didnt have a computer she said she would not order it for me. I was willing to pay for it that day she said no she wouldnt order it for me . I am done with job lot

I went for a phone holder for my bike. They didnt have that. But I ended up getting 2 wifi lightbulbs for cheap and an air compressor for $5. I was pretty excited about that. However, when I got home, only one of them was in the box. The other was a regular bulb that someone switched out and returned and they put it back on the shelf without even checking it. That frustrated me. Joblot definitely needs to step their game up. Theres no reason that ever should have ended up back on the shelf.

Its convenient...but I have shopped there twice this season and walked out with anything. prices are average to high. went for a comforter refuse to spend 50 to 70 when I can get better quality and cheaper prices elsewhere. staff are great!

Always come here for the most random things - and they have it! Not to mention if there is something I cant find, an employee has always been willing to show me where things were.

Terrible checkout system lines blocking isles cant shop certian isles near the registers they still calling one person at a time to registers holding up the check out process ! Customer convenience is crutical these days

As usual, Ocean State Job Lot has a eclectic selection of clothing, both mens and womens, garden supplies and seasonal. Greeting cards, tools, auto and otherwise. A large department with appliances and inexpensive foods, snacks and spices and fresh breads. The stock changes from time to time and the sales are very good. Youll save a bit of money shopping here!

BUYER BEWARE....AFTER PURCHASING A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT ON 2/22 I attempted to return it 2/24 with my receipt and they refused. I would have settled for store credit but they wouldnt even do that . When I attempted to contact corporate customer service they told me there is nothing they can do about it and Im stuck with a defective product and they just screwed me out of $50. They clearly ignore their own policies and dont care about the quality of product they sell so I am now out $50.
