I live in Florida. When I come to visit family in the area, I always make this a stop. Clean, a lot of selections and nice ladies. I’m never disappointed.

The prices here are great!! I bought a dress for a wedding and it was $12. Cant beat it!!! New things arrive all the time.

Dont take new goods here. We took brand new Dooney and Burke Bag and wallet with tags still on them and was offered $59.00!!!!Yet theres a used Louis Vuitton bag without legs and lock for $600.00Never again!!!

Nice place to shop

Resale shops like this are few and far between. Spacious, well lit and clean. The staff is helpful and knows their inventory. Everything is displayed invitingly. I bought several high end items at excellent prices. Dont pass this store up!

This store is very clean, items are arranged by size and it was very easy to find what I was looking for. I bought 2 really nice dresses for less than one dress would have cost at Jcpenney or Macys. The staff was very nice even though I went in there around the stores closing time. Highly recommend!

I will never go into this store again. I took a large tote of clothing in for them to review and it was an extremely unpleasant experience. They acted like I was a huge inconvenience. I made sure to go in 2 hours before closing and even told them I could pick it up the next day if they needed extra time (they informed me they wouldn’t hold things overnight). There was only 1 other customer in the store when I left and 2 employees working, so they weren’t busy. When I went back to review and pick up everything thing they had only taken a couple items out of a huge tote (there were multiple items new with tags from Old Navy and H&M that they didn’t make an offer on) and more frustrating, the tote was destroyed. The side exploded like they had dropped it off a counter. They didn’t say anything about it and I was completely flabbergasted so I just took it and left. The tote still had the $12.50 sticker on the side and was brand new. When I got home I pulled the stuff back out of the tote and most of it hadn’t even been unfolded to be looked at. I called the next morning to talk to a manager hoping it was just an inexperienced person who was having a bad day that help me. The women on the phone informed me it was her (the manager) and the owner of the store that reviewed my stuff. She offered no apology, no explanation of why they didn’t actually look at the clothes and was extremely rude. She said the tote was cracked when I brought it in (I’m 100% positive it wasn’t) and implied it was my fault. Again, never even an apology. I won’t be going back and I hope no one else wastes their time here.

I have sold and purchased items from the store. As with any resale (be it clothing or even sporting equipment), payout is based on a resale formula. You do get more for in-store credit. The store is clean and well organized. The displays are great and the staff clearly has retail experience.

I took barely worn dresses and shoes that I no longer can wear to this place thinking that they would want to buy them. They claim that they had a smoke scent but I dont smoke nor is there any smoking in my apartment. I used to like this store. Ill sell my items online like Ive done in the past and shop elsewhere.

Always find adorable clothes for great prices and Ive sold my clothes to the store a couple times and I love how you get the option of cash or store credit and receive more if it is store credit! The staff Is very friendly and helpful! One of my favorite stores to shop at!

This store is very nice. It is clean and organized with a good selection of cloths do not look second hand some even still have the original store tags. The staff has also always been kind and helpful.

So disappointed that I brought clothes in here, really nice clothes to be looked at and possibly purchased and there’s nothing that says they stop taking clothing at 6 o’clock I thought it was 630 it’s a 35 minute drive for me I am very disappointed

I have been to the store 3 times and am never disappointed with the selection and prices! I have a pair of Merrells that were only $12 (like new), J Crew sweatshirt (only $8) and Victorias Secret hoodie (only $6)!!!! Not to mention jewelry and a designer belt; I wouldve spent at least double on these items alone at the mall. I sold a few dresses and a skirt for credit so I was pleased with my trade. The staff is very friendly and I wouldnt hesitate recommending this place to all of my friends and family.
