Good service but the shelves were bare

Always friendly service. Sarah always helpful and will go above and beyond to help you. I always find what I need shelves are stocked. Never had any problems here. Sarah is the best employee this Family Dollar has and she should be recognized for her services. A compliment and a raise wouldnt hurt either.

The only pro to this review is going to be that the *2* employees were friendly.cons include, but not limited to: disastrous parking lot, unclean, and safety hazards throughout the storeUPDATE: as of (at least) May 2019, parking lot and entrance were recently repaired.

Clean nice people great prices

I was looking for something that my og store was out of so I tried here. Really dirty floors, I understand it’s a store but it was just gross, yuk.The store was kind of empty, the only good thing to say about that location is the girl on the register was the only friendly employee there. She totally helped that store’s “environment” for sure.

They always have everything I need

This Family Dollar store was dirty dingy and everything out of order from the little stock they had. The employee wasnt at the counter had to ring the bell 5 times and wait at least 3 minutes. Im never going back here. But when the clerk did show his face he was nice and polight.

Very nice cashiers

Was just there to grab some stuff for the house. Pretty sure the cashier who helped us was high on something. Moved incredibly slow, tried to charge us twice for toilet paper. Then when we told the other worker what happened she snapped at us to wait a minute, before refunding our money with an attitude. The lady who rung us up also tried to keep my keychain after ringing it upUPDATE; 1 year later & nothing has changed. Store has a now hiring sign out front but when you go inside nothing is stocked. So many shelves are empty it looks like the store is closing. There was only 1 employee working when I went to get toilet paper today. He didn’t acknowledge me at all when I walked in, or the whole time he was cashing me out. This store needs to be closed or they need all new employees. This is why I go to dollar general now.

Always have stuff blocking the Isles

This store has made a huge turn over, from the previous store manager to the new manager. The staff is friendly, and always willing to help out their customers ! Coming to this store makes you feel welcome unlike the other stores in this area !

Nice customer service

As a DAILY customer, I love Kathleen Amanda Dave Tia the wonderful people whom I was used to seeing everyday. Besides Amanda, Theyve hired obnoxious women, whom cuss and yell on their phones WHILE ringing me up at the register! They lost me as a daily customer the new manager is rude and has no respect for no1 not even her children who she said she was f..king up soon as she got home.

This store is always understocked and understaffed. The newest manager, Hope, is the rudest one theyve had yet. She has no business being in retail. Her customer service skills are the worst Ive ever seen, and Im a manager in retail too so yes, I know what its like

I called to see if you had any softside coolers still available. The store manager that worked 8/29/17 12:15pm apparently answered. She had me waiting while she discussed her unhappiness with her schedule, pay & co-workers explaining to another worker that she didnt want to be the store manager if she was going to be working then someone else should be. She took care of other customers in the store but, never spoke to me again just kept me on hold.. (Sounded like she was holding the phone). Just very unprofessional of a store manager & plain rude.

I wouldnt even give it a one star. The manager in that place accused my brother of stealing. She didnt rely on cameras. Instead she relied on her daughter who thought my brother stole candy when he didnt. Terrible customer service

I come to this store often for quick odds and ends. The cashiers are always friendly.

Cashier was friendly and efficient but store is a mess. Carts full of stock in aisles, shelves short on merchandise and not placed very neatly :-(

Need cheap laundry detergent? This is your place. Seriously, its a Family Dollar. This one in particular isnt the cleanest, but its conveniently located, and offers good value for your money.

The cashier was extremely rude and charge me more for the item it’s was priced for there in the shelf when I told her she’s said she can’t do anything about it..

Very very poor customer service my boyfriend wanted to use the bathroon they told him no for employees only and then they turned around and a customer of a different skin color use the bathroom there are so racist but very very poor customer service
