Well, the service is often shotty, the smart watch we ordered was abruptly canceled and yet was still on my account as received but not activated. We reordered the watch but I have little hope of success as the chip shortage (because of China) will continue. The staff is good but the company seems to be going down hill.

Purchased a galaxy SE20 yesterday. The phones battery life was so Terrible I couldnt make it thru the 10min setup with a 62% battery life. I also Purchased a phone stand that looked very useful for 20 bucks an it didnt even have the magnet to hold the phone. All around Terrible experience. I feel this place is reselling returned items an charging you 50 bucks if you try to return the items back to the store.

Well get out there was very helpful and ended up saving us from buying a new phone by fixing the issue we had. God bless that woman!

Ryan at the AT&T on Mound had amazing customer service. I had some problems with my phone and nothing but fast service, nice and I will definitely be back! I don’t live around the area but definitely my new go to AT&T store.

Purchased 2 new phones at the Att store on 12 mound and switched service from Sprint. Anthony was my rep and was very knowledgeable and made the experience very easy. Simon was helpful in teaching me how the phone worked and making me familiar with the new options. Cortland was overseeing everything and was very helpful answering the questions I had. Overall it was a very pleasurable experience and I highly recommend this location.

Terrible customer service. Reps don’t possess the language to engage in professional conversation; therefore quick to disregard your concern if it’s not focused on achieving their sales metrics— meaning even if you purchased something, they have no interest in resolving any after sale problems THEY’VE caused. When stuff goes wrong, they blame one another instead of working as a team to solve the customer’s issue. The four and five star reviews mentioning specific reps are requested by the reps. ANYBOBY with common sense can tell those reviews are an attempt mediate their poor customer service. I will be sticking with corporate locations where there is an accountability process for poor service. But AT&T needs to hold franchises like this accountable for dropping the ball as well. I will definitely be reaching out to whomever at corporate oversees this location.

Great customer service at Mound location! Took my new phone in to get activated. Matt helped me and even stayed a little past closing, along with Andrew, to make sure everything was transferred over from my old phone and up to date. Both guys were very personable and never once made me feel like a nuisance for having to stay past quitting time!! Will definitely visit this location again.

Andrew broke my otterbox trying to remove it.Cortland then offered to give me a DISCOUNT on one, instead of just giving me a free one- you know, b/c it’s the considerate thing to do.Then he told ME to get CS to give me a credit on my acct. Why? So that your non-corporate store can get a step closer to your quota? No.Customers should walk away in a BETTER condition than when they arrived-not worse. I was happy to go to Verizon across the parking lot.

I was courteously helped and after my out-of-Country non-AT&T phone didnt work immediately, they even hooked me up with their help desk to finally get it running. During that time several people entered and as the other two clerks were already dealing with their own customers, this one guy Thomas Berry was able to help three people at a time. Additionally he figured out that a lady might even save some dollars if she switched to a different plan. I was in the store for about an hour (partially due to my own stupidity) and all three dealt with their customers professionally and fast. This is the way it should be.

I was out of town when I got a call from my sister informing that my moms phone was not working properly. My moms English is broken so I thought it was going to be a challenge. I called the store closest to her home, which isn’t the store I get my phones or accessories from, and I informed them of the situation. A rep named Cortland called me when my mom arrived and we walked through the entire process over the phone. My moms phone was working again ans updated in less than 20 minutes. That’s customer service and that’s now my new store! You guys rock!

Went here to ask for a sim card for a new used phone, but was told they didnt have any (after he asked me how he could help.) What phone seller doesnt have ANY sim cards in stock? How will they activate phones? Or was it because I wasnt buying anything that they didnt have one for me? Im sure it was that. So I went to a different att store and the lady there was willing to help for free, so I also pre ordered a new phone and bought accessories too.
