Ive very picky when it comes letting someone cut my hair. The woman I normally would go to has been off work due to surgery. So I had to find a place I felt and a person I could trust! So I googled hair salons in for the area I was in and Fantastics Sams pops up so o decide to look at the picture online to get an idea of how well they do hair... Well so I picked Fantastic Sams and let me tell you, that was the best decision I could have made! My stylist was Nargiz, aka Nancy I was a little hesitant at first cuz she was going through people so it made me nervous, and she doesnt speak like most stylist do... So anyways she washed my hair I was still deciding if I wanted to highlights or not, so she cuts my hair, I show her the picture of how I want my hair to look and let me tell you she is ONE OF THE BEST COSMETOLOGIST OUT THERE.... She was very precise, I watched her every move, I come from a family of cosmetologists so Im aware of how hair is suppose to be cut the 45 and 900 degree angle cuts and so forth! Well Ive been to a few people since Ive moved down here prior to Fantastic Sams and nobody ever really got it right nor did they care! But Nargiz cares, and she does an amazing job! She is now officially my new stylist, I trust her with my hair and i even let her highlight that day too!! So if your a person who is extremely nervous about your hair and you want it done right please go to Fantastic Sams and ask for Nargiz aka Nancy I promise you will not leave disappointed! Shes 100% the real deal and works with precision!!

Came through for a cut yesterday with Christina. 100% worth it. All staff members there are friendly. If you’re looking for a clean establishment, a family atmosphere, and stylists and barbers with decades of experience, this is a good place to get it done.

The ladies are very sweet once you get to know them. They do a beautiful job and actually listen to you. I like that they offer to blow dry your haircut a bit without charge, though it’s not a full blow-out but it’s enough to where your scalp feels dry which I appreciate! They’re very communicative and make you feel comfortable once you’re getting started. The place itself is big and open. Always enjoy coming back!

The only place that my kids feel comfortable. (Ive tried several other places) Nice people, who take their craft seriously. Definitely call ahead because while they accept walk-ins, they do get busy. If I wasnt bald as a light bulb, Id be getting my hair cut here, too.

They burned my eyebrow area when waxing. Had scabs for a week.

Love the staff. They are very friendly and caring... But as far as my hair color experience went, Im not happy. Spent 4 hours in the chair and paid $200 for grey hair basically. I asked for a blond look with some brown highlights thrown in and what I got was a head of brown hair with mixed highlights of white, brass, yellow and grey. Very blotchy and inconsistent. Im really disappointed with the results because I truly did like the staff but I would probably never come back for a color again unless its for them to fix what they did without charge. $200 is alot of money to end up hating your hair. Very upset.

Would not bleach my hair like I wanted done. Instead they did what they wanted to do highlights are uneven not the color I wanted very disappointed very very disappointed especially when they charge so much for highlights

The hair cut was wonderful but there is so much dark brown dye on my face. You would think they would use something to protect your skin. An inch all the way around my hair line. 😕. My ears are stained as well.

I dont usually leave bad reviews but If I could give this place 0 stars I would! took my brothers to get a hair cut and they did a horrible job, it seems like they practice on kids and they cut the hair as they want not what the customer asked for! I wouldnt suggest this place.

I dont know if its the same owner or not. I worked there for a short time when bushras brother owned it. I have never seen staff so abused. Stylists were only receiving 40 percent of already low prices, yet we have to pay for our own tools and equipment, schooling, and carry a state license with continuing education. Shame on him. Hopefully he doesnt own it anymore and can no longer abuse these state licensed professionals. Its a disgrace to our industry.

My Stylist, Val, is fantastic. She does a great job! Color, cut, the works. There is never a long wait even on the weekends.

Wish I could give this place zero stars but I cant. Lady did a horrible cut on my moms hair. It was just a simple straight cut. She couldnt even cut straight and kept waving off my hair suggestions. Just a tip: dont pay ahead of time. Wait until after the cut to see the finished product. I totally regret tipping the lady. Never coming back!

I had a highlight mishap and went there to get it fixed. The ladies there were very friendly and my hair looks great.

My haircut was good. I liked the end result. The prices are not listed, however. I had been there before, and received the same service, and my price was $20 different this time. It was more expensive. When I questioned my stylist, as to why it was so much more expensive, she said What did you expect to pay? When I told her what I had paid before, she said that that must have been a student. This is not a school. Its a salon. I paid the money, and left. I just wanted out of there.Even though I liked my hair, the atmosphere is very uncomfortable. I will not be back, due to the cattiness and the way that the other stylists treated each other, and other customers. When I was there, I was getting my hair cut, and there was another stylist, a man, who was working on a client. There were 6 other available hairstylists. They were all sitting in a circle, speaking in their own language, sometimes in English, but basically ignoring everyone. The salon was dirty and messy. A client, a man, came in. They could not be bothered to even get up to greet him. He signed in, and sat down. No one got up. After about 5 minutes of waiting, and no one assisting him, and being EXTREMELY uncomfortable, he got up and left. The male stylist, put down his scissors, since he was working on another client, and went after the man who left. He yelled at the 6 catty hairstylists, sitting in a circle, telling them, This is why you dont make money, you automatically assume that all the male clients are for me.. I said very loudly, Thank You, to him. I felt so embarrassed for the client he was working on, and for the client who left. He did come back into the salon, with the client. Of course, the ladies all jumped at the chance to help him now. He refused and said that he would wait. Kudos to the male stylist who stuck up for himself against those women. They have lost a client in me. There is a salon, literally at every corner, with stylists who treat me better. Customer Service is so important.
